Last September our condo roof was hit by lighting. It fried our condenser. FMBS came and t4ied to fix it but the 20 year old unit was fried and parts were scares. They gave us a gtreat price on the replacement job. They were ready to install in 2 days. Were able to get us an electrician in 2 hours.Just had the unit inspected by Palm Beach County. The inspector was happy with the install. He especially commented that FMBS used the newly required hurricane stand and he stated that he wished every installation lagged the stand to the roof like FMBs. The prior day FMBs sent 2 technicians to the condo and they went over the whole installation and made a few adjustments to ensure the county only had to come out once.We recommend FMBS to all.

My dad and I have a twice-yearly service contract with FBMS for air conditioning maintenance. Both of us are very satisfied with their service and would like to make a special shout out to serviceman Rick. He was friendly and respectful - important qualities when working inside someone’s home!! He was knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. We greatly appreciate the appointment confirmations and reminders via text, and also being advised of appointment day status updates, which include a picture of the technician being sent. We recommend FBMS without hesitation.
