Gary checked for a slab leak using a pressure gauge and moisture meter, thankfully no leak was detected. I did have a small leak in the toilet tank, dripping in the back. I decided to have a new Kohler water closet installed. Additionally I had him install a new valve for the water heater, the old spicket type valve packing was slow dripping. All in all I was satisfied with the work performed and the nominal pricing for the job. I would definitely recommend John the Plumber for your business.

My technician Titus was a very nice, respectful guy. He snaked the clog quickly and cleaned up after himself. When the issue turned out to be a symptom of a bigger problem, he came back the next work day and snaked it again and ran a camera through the pipe to confirm there was no blockage, free of charge. Once he confirmed there was nothing left clogging the pipe, he delivered and installed a new, more efficient toilet in under a hour and left without a mess. Good experience would definitely use them again.

Who with confidence reassured me that they would take care of what ever issue I was haveing. With in a short period of time . Gary and marquis showed up tools in hand ready to go. They worked very hard and where extremely knowledgeable. I had a hot copper loop leak from one side of the home to the other. They where able to stop the leak and run a new line over head in attic. I am very pleased with Josh and The entire workforce at John the plumber. The Customer Service is fast And efficient when ordering work. The tradesmen like Josh illustrate the value of trained professionals and the difference it makes when hiring intelligent and capable technicians. All of the proposed work was explained in Laymans terms so I could understand and carried out with constant texts and reminders of how the job is going when they will arrive and what it will cost. River was great. On time, courteous, did the job well. The response time was good. The only concern is that even for a basic service the business would not tell me the cost upfront and said they had to send someone first, and then it was crazy expensive just to reseat a toilet (which took half an hour) but that doesnt reflect on the guy who fixed it, who did a good job.

Great Job by Gary & Marquise! They came by first thing after a frantic call the night before for a leaking 30 gal water heater & main water valve leak. Catastrophe averted - the heater was split down the back and ready to blow. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up after. Granted it wasnt super cheap but the work was solid. Had a hiccup but Shane Evans was super duper friendly. Everything wrapped. All good.

Professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. I got a free estimate, the plumber knew exactly what needed to be done, gave me a quote, they offered financing options, and three days later, the job was completed. In addition, the plumber pointed out that my old main water valve needed to be replaced, so in the event it broke, I would be able to shut off the water. Lastly, there were follow up calls, to make sure I was satisfied with the job. If I have future plumbing jobs, I know where to go.

After two weeks going through many hoops with no results with a previous company, I must say that I am EXTREMELY pleased with the entire process that was involved in getting my main line drain opened once I called John the Plumber!!I first spoke with a delightful young lady by the name of Maelene(not sure of spelling) she was able to secure me a technician for that afternoon!That made me happy right away! Later, I spoke to another very nice lady named Renee, who had been in contact with the technician in the field, she had to advise me he was running a little late but would be there approximately twenty minutes after my appointment time. 18 minutes later, Jason Lemieux and his assistant Alejandro arrived. He promptly assessed the situation, gave me a clear appraisal of the existing condition, along with what procedures would need to be performed, and what they would cost. He also explained to me the potential problems they could possibly run into and made sure I understood, before he did anything.Both of them were Very professional and courteous as well as friendly. They started as soon as I gave my approval, and had the entire process done in about 30 minutes. And, even though it was my kitchen and laundry that were the original issue of not draining, now, after they ran the entire line, the rest of the house also seems to be draining better than it ever has since we bought this house two years ago. THANKS!! Great work, great team, Prompt service and reasonable, competitive prices. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a good plumbing company!!

When I first called them for information on estimates and appointments Diane helped me and she was so very pleasant and informative. Mike came this morning to our home to have our leaky toilets and an outdoor faucet repaired. He was super friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. Today Shaun was great and as part of the estimating process explained what was wrong with our faucet.Not sure why this was not posted when this older service call happened.I called for service and they came the same day which in Florida is unheard of. He also went above and beyond to show us where our water shut off valves were and explained safety features which in a condo that is 4k sq feet is helpful. He returned the next day as this job was somewhat complex and finished installing pipe connections for a second dishwasher, installed a new faucet and capped two pipes that were no longer in use for a dishwasher that was relocated. I could not be happier! Still waiting for other plumbers to respond to my inquiry.I highly recommend this company.

I just had another outstanding experience working with John the Plumber. This started with my initial request for service. Joannie, who I spoke to was so pleasant and worked closely (and patiently) while trying to set up a time and day that worked for me and quickly changed that date when I called back a day later. I received a call the day of the appointment to let me know exactly when to expect the technician. When Lin and River arrived, our elevator was broken and the had to walk up 5 flights to assess the issue ( I’d offered to reschedule). They quickly assessed the problem and after making another trip down to the truck they brought up the needed part along with a very heavy container of tools. I received a written proposal and was also shown the repair along with a clear explanation. This is not the first time I’ve used this company and it definitely will not be the last.

Jason L, arrived at my Mothers condo, to replace a garbage disposal and fix the drain pipe fiasco installed under previous owner. He created a streamline sink drainage system that resulted from his talent and high level of skills. Instead of waste water draining upward, he configured the piping in a small space to properly support good drainage. That, you only get with really skilled plumbers. There are not many people who are honest, do good work, and dont try and rip your wallet open saying that you have a major problem and major costs need to be incurred to fix it even if that may not be the case. He explained everything in depth and answered all my questions and was efficent with time, but also not in a rush to leave without providing answers to my questions. I highly recommend this company. Joe was great. The office answered the phone when I called. Service was provided the next morning after calling the evening before. Friday morning we were surprised when our toilets shower and bathtub were backed up. I trusted his expertise and was not lead astray. Not only did he know what the problem was without having to play the “if” game but he had a plan and the work was done timely. Jason is truly great at what he does and as long as this company employs him, I’ll be calling. Thank you Jason for pulling those roots from my toilet. It was weird but you knew what was needed.
