Patrick did an amazing job on our install.He was very communicative before coming and had everything he needed before he arrived. Our pipe broke outside so we had to turn off all water to our house so this was an urgent job. Patrick was the first to respond to my call and he gave me a quote over the phone after seeing pictures of our problem. His quote was very competitive and even though he was coming from Tampa to Trinity he was going to make it sooner than all of the plumbers in our area. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family with plumbing needs.

They did an awesome job. Excellent service, professional everything, from the initial estimate stage to prepping the job, fixing the problem, and the final paperwork. A clean job, no mess was left, even with having to cut through concrete in our backroom wall. Michael was a pleasure to have around and he walked us through everything ( explained and was more than happy to answer any questions) as he fixed and replaced the waste arm pipe that was leaking which was our main problem. He cared about our issues and was experienced at what he was doing..you could tell he enjoyed his work! Also, very reasonable pricing for all the work involved. I will totally call them again in the future and would recommend to anyone else looking for go-to plumbing work.

Called them at noon about a bad clog kitchen drain and Cory arrived within 2hrs. He came into the kitchen and covered the floor so that it would not be damaged from the large snake machine. He snaked the drain 40ft and then replaced the strainer in the sink. Cory was the best and politest plumber we have had (out of 3 other plumbers).

I had a mysterious (possibly under the slab of my house) water leak that could have cost me upwards of $10,000 to find and fix. I called Cape, and they sent a professional out right away. After inspecting every possible source inside of my house, he began using his leak detection equipment, and isolated the leak to an outside underground pipe run between two hose bibs. Problem solved with the addition of an additional valve, and a very costly re-routing of the under-the-slab pipes was unnecessary. A very thorough, honest and professional company that I will certainly use whenever I need plumbing services.

We contracted with Tom from Cape Plumbing In Pomano Beach to repair a water leak under the slab In our commercial property. Our bill for two offices was almost $800 a month. The leak was under a office floor. They expertly cut the slab and excavated the area. They were able to repair the water pipe and solve our leak. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They communicated with us at every step of the repair process. After completion of the work the area was left immaculate. I highly recommend Tom with Cape Plumbing.

I used Cape Plumbing for the first time today. Michael showed up early and assessed my situation. I had new counter tops installed and needed to have the faucets and garbage disposal reinstalled. The new sinks were different from the old ones and Michael had to cut pipes and adjust the alignment for the faucets and disposal to reinstall. He gave me a hard estimate before he started and we agreed on the price. Fair price... perfect installation, and guaranteed work for 90days. He had me inspect each job and wanted me to confirm I was happy with it. I will definitely use this company in the future for any plumbing concerns.

I thought that I needed to do a thorough leak inspection, however he recommended that I save my money and fix the most likely culprits of my high water bill instead. We developed a leak & I did research online to try & find a plumber who also did leak detection. Cape was highly rated & they were also listed in Browards Best Pick Report. I called them & received a prompt response. Mike, one of the leak detection specialists, came to our house for the scheduled appointment. He found our slab leak almost immediately & he was able to cap off the leak to stop it as well as to allow us to have water. The actual re-route of the pipe was scheduled for a few days later. Mike arrived as scheduled & completed the job. He was extremely nice & professional & he did an excellent job fixing our problem. He was also very neat during the process in terms of cleaning any dust, garbage, etc. I would highly recommend Cape for any of your plumbing needs.

They came out to replace my water heater when my old one was spewing water everywhere, and recently they replaced my old toilet (which was not installed correctly) with a brand new one.Their work is impeccable. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and like magic when he arrived for my repair his best guess of my issue was correct. He was able to pinpoint the grease buildup in my main drain line of a condo building, fix the problem and was very responsive/on-time and fast repair. We had a visit from Tom (our favorite Cape plumber), to reroute water supply lines & drain to a new position in the bathroom, and then install a new vanity and hook up the new lines and drain. There were two visits, one to move the lines & drain, and a second to install the vanity and hook-ups (the wall was closed up between visits). On each occasion, the work was expertly done, and completed within 90-120 minutes, including clean-up. We are very pleased with the outcome. Tom is the best of plumbers, and over the years, Cape has always provided quick and first-rate service. Five stars!

These guys were excellent!! I had to replace all my cast iron pipes under the house, and John and Jason were on top of everything. Permits came fast, even from Fort Lauderdale. They started immediately and finished on time. John showed me pictures every step of the way, and I had every confidence they were working to code and not cutting any corners. I spoke w/ Mark to schedule an inspection of our houses plumbing as the city informed us of a leak. Mark came out the next day, checked it out, confirmed the leak, and even though our house is old/ the pipes werent where they should be, he was very patient, and skilled, and was able to find and seal the leak. I inquired on Angies List last night about a repair or replacement of my water heater. Cape Plumbing responded within minutes even after hours and had someone here first thing this morning. The technician came all the way from Boca Raton to Miami today, the day before Christmas to fix our water heater. The young man that came was Arsenio and he was very pleasant, courteous and professional and fixed our problem quickly and thoroughly. He could have had me replace my water heater for $2500 but instead they were able to repair it for just $275 and it is now working perfectly! Oh and they replaced both my heating elements for the price of one when they could have charged me for both. These people are very responsive, professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. This was a completely different experience from other plumbers we have used so we now have a new company to call for all of our plumbing needs. Cape Plumbing has earned our business for the future so dont hesitate to call them for any plumbing repair as you will not be disappointed.

Stack drain pipe leak at my house, so lucky to have called cape plumbing and talk to mark, the owner. He came right out and found the problem, came the next day and fixed the leak. It was by far not an easy job, but Mark, with some help from his great assistant Brian, completed the job in 1 day. The work was done and they cleaned up nicely, the price was less than I thought it would be, very fair. I would call them again for any plumbing problems.
