We are proud customers of Lindstrom. Our first time was getting a water heater installed last year. Everything went great.Today, I had the pleasure of meeting, William, from Lindstrom to help out with a clog with our dishwasher. He is very knowledgeable and informed me in detail the situation and all my options. He was able to complete the job and resolve the issue. Very nice person to talked to and connect with. He definitely made an impression for when we need service again for anything else. The a/c technician showed up at my home when they said they would be there. It’s so nice to have a company arrive when they say. The gentleman was very professional. He was cheerful and polite and knew what he was doing. He tuned up my a/c and now I don’t have to worry if it will work in the future. On the day before hosting a big Thanksgiving dinner my A/C stopped working. Since I had recently moved to South Florida I asked my son who serviced his A/C and he recommended Lindstrom. The lady who answered when I called was very kind and courteous. She scheduled Brad to come and he arrived within 2 hours! Brad was extremely professional, answered all my questions and repaired my A/C in minutes by unclogging the drain. I ended up purchasing a maintenance contract with Lindstrom as I was very impressed by the entire experience. I now have one more thing to be thankful for this Thanksgiving!

We used to call only when we had a problem, or something didn’t work. 🥵 So hot and inconvenient! But for the past few years we’ve done the maintenance contract, and the a/c has never had a problem. We recommend it. The maintenance guys are always very knowledgeable and we have found, easy to talk to.

Since Lindstrom installed my air condition units, almost two years ago, they have not disappointed me yet! When I call in for an appointment its never a week or two out, which I love. The technician I had yesterday, whom name was Shaun, was awesome! He was polite, very clean, very knowledgeable and he went the extra mile (to me) to make sure my a/c would continue to perform at its best! Thank you to Shaun! Diego, the Plumber was polite and respectful, and resolved my issue. I have used them before and never expected to pay $1200 to snake 2 drains of which only one had some hair in it. The other had nothing in it. They also used a camera to check main drain of which was clean. Took about an hour and used no parts, just the Auger and camera. I feel I was overcharged considerably. About an hour of labor for $1200. OUCH! Lesson here is to get multiple quotes even if you used a company before or you will be charged more than expected for your loyalty. 12/10/24 & 12/11/24 Spoke with Jeff, who then spoke with his Manager and apologized for the misunderstanding with his Plumber. Lindstrom will be crediting my card $600 by next Wednesday 12/18/24.

Amazing experience! The technician, Miguel, serviced our A/C. Found mold all over the coils and inside unit. Installed blue light and air purifier to prevent further issues. And kept in touch They were on their way. They put their blue plastic booties on before entering my condo and got right to work repairing the internal parts of my toilet.. I would like for you to put down that the two technicians that were at my place did an excellent job we’re very cordial polite, clean, cut and honest.. Scott Post came out and fixed my toilet, which was leaking through the bolts upon flushing. He replaced the wax ring and cleaned up the waste water underneath. Re-grouted the toilet, and it looks fantastic! He was prompt, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly to me as he took care of the problem. He also showed me how to shut off my main waterline outside. I would absolutely trust him with any other plumbing issues and highly recommend him. Used another AC contractor for 15 years, but when we wanted to replace our system, we had difficulty getting details about the previously provided quotes. After the contractor was not responsive, we contacted Lindstrom. We got a personal visit and less expensive quote for an upgraded system the next day. System was installed within a week. I will only use Lindstrom Air. All the technicians are thoroughly trained and educated in air-conditioning repair and service. They are both knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They explain everything that needs to be done and what they do, and if your drains are clogged up, they will show you proof of that clog that they pulled out of your Air conditioning drains. In the living room I have used them in the Fall and in the middle of the Summer, and they always have a very good response time. Richard arrived much earlier than the original time slot given. The main office called first to make sure it was ok with me. I was thrilled to get an earlier time.Richard was very polite, and knowledgable, explaining every step of the way what services he would be doing. He was respectful of my home, putting on booties before entering my home. I trust Lindstrom will get the job done, and, never upsell me. I will be getting a service contract after the holidays, it’s worth the peace of mind.

Awesome service! Lost my ac due to an electrical surge during a storm. Called in at 730 am and service tech Aaron arrived at abt 130 that day and diagnosed the problem was a bad electrical board specific to my unit. Another technician(George) picked up the part and quickly brought it to my house and had me up and running in short time. Luckily I was under the Lindstrom 10 year parts and labor warranty so it didn’t cost a penny on my 6 yr old unit. Thanks Lindstrom staff for exceptional service.

He showed me details on the meter readings for the motor, the capacitor, and other parts. Im so impressed and so glad to have purchased the twice a year service contract.

Noted electricians that installed whole house generator left a 24v delay call wire from transfer switch with wire nuts just dangling in airhandler. He could not understand why it was loose in blower. I knew immediately as sort of monitored electrician work from distance. Tech also noted wire from thermostat had multiple splices.Determined it was one of the two float shutoff switches.

We purchased a full Carrier HVAC system in 2021 and have been pleased with it so far. The handler install wasn’t easy as it’s in my garage ceiling. The workers did a decent job of keeping most of the damage to a minimum. There was a little drywall wall ceiling repair and that was on their dime. I did top the gentleman as he was very good with the whole process. The handler install revealed a section of old ductwork that needed to be replaced so they did that for an extra fee. This ductwork ended up falling apart at the connection and appeared as condensation in several parts of the ceiling. I thought it was a roof leak but thankfully it wasn’t. I got my HVAC design advisor Stephen Blair to come out and check out the issue. After he reviewed my videos and pictures, he got the approval to do a warranty repair on the ductwork at no cost to me. This was the blessing that I needed to hear. I appreciate they stood by their work and fixed the issue. I will monitor the situation but so far the humidity has been significantly reduced in the house and I expect my electric bill to be a little lesser as well. So, I really want to give a big thank you to Stephen and I do recommend Lindstrom to anyone looking for HVAC work.

You were brought up for a failed float switch that Again didn’t shut my unit down, I just over 2 months after a blockage, flooded the plenum . It appears everything was done except dry out and it works but for additional preventive measures I still dropped $826 with discounts. You’re responsive have some good senior technicians and competent service manager but I have had worse technicians that appear to make commission on the price charges for certain parts, even warranty items or indications there is no fault of a component.I would prefer u send ur less experienced techs elsewhere, I’m not patient & don’t appreciate the games, have been in construction for over 4 decades, know what things cost. I’m still dealing with a wet plenum, more should have been replaced (bottom board) & I considered finding another vendor to service my unit but paid another year of Periodic Maintenance. We’ll see if the float switch wiring alteration has any impact to a light flickering recently noted- I understand why the senior tech wired the way he did, concerned a possible interconnection with FPL on call control over the appliance may have caused a float malfunctionWe have had history, since purchasing initially, I have been continually astonished @ times but now know this company, specifically targeting the Carrier HVAC UNIT w/ options when purchased almost 10 years ago. I expect more and will give it another year hoping some potential Acquisitions will give better rates on parts and eliminate attempts to charge for parts not failed or extremely overpriced.Service is responsive, I just expect a little more if we continue for the next several years. It goes a long way, back your work & the damage caused

Recently used Lindstrom A/C for the first time to service my 8 year old Lennox system, due to an error message that my blower motor stopped working. Sammy Camacho came out and assessed the situation and indeed a new blower motor was required, but he also pointed out that I had an unusual amount of algae growth that had completely clogged the drain line. In addition, he showed me the blower housing and interior of the unit had a significant amount of mold growing in it and that the insulation inside the air handler was completely soaked in water. I had been using Breathe Healthier Air (original installer) to service my unit annually since new, but with the clogged drain line only 8 months after being serviced and the amount of mold on the interior of the unit that had never been brought up by this other company, I decided to sign up for twice yearly service with Lindstrom from here on out. Also had a UV system installed in the same visit. Mold and excess water in the unit insulation was substantially and patiently cleaned out of the old unit by Sammy, a very competent employee. Highly recommend Lindstrom and Sammy to service your A/C unit.

Very good A/C and plumbing company. I had dealt with them before when I had my clean out pipe in front of the house replaced from 2 oak tree roots that invaded and damaged the previous pipe, the plumbing guy and his assistant worked for 8 hours to cut and replace 5 feet of clean out pipe in the front of my house. Now Im dealing with Lindstrom for my A/C maintenance. I had an a/c tech guy here last night to flush out and clean my 2007 Rheem a/c and although he came close to 10:00 pm when I had a 1:00 to 5:00 pm time slot appt he flushed out my unit in the dark outside with no problem. He had a big head lamp on and cleaned my coils too. He explained the reason why a few small drops of water is dripping from the unit onto the a/c filter underneath and its because the unit is old and the coils are freezing then defrosting, so eventually I will have to replace the A/C unit. Im very surprised my Rheem has lasted 17 years and its still cooling my two story home.So next time your wife is hot? Call Lindstrom Plumbing and A/C . Not Air around the clock. That company I dealt with before who installed the unit? well?? they are Crooks. Just my thoughts!

Had another company install and maintain my system for 8 years. The system recently stopped working, the company came and said it needed a new coil however they were unable to get the part for several days and were unresponsive about when it would be installed. I thought that was unreasonable, good communication = good customer service. I saw that Lindstrom had great reviews and called.The techs were wonderful. I did not need a new coil, the one I had needed a serious cleaning. My house had major renovation last year and I have 3 dogs. The other company never recommended cleaning the coil. Lindstrom advised it might fail, no guarantee but it might also keep chugging along since it is now clean and it will not void the warranty since it is clean. They also said there was no need for replacing the freon which the former company wanted to do. Not only an added expense but a complete waste.The price was the about the same as Lindstrom also installed an ultraviolet light to help with growth, another thing the former company failed to mention. I dont want microbes growing under my AC.With Lindstrom I was given options with the pros and cons of each choice. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. I appreciate all those who have left reviews as well as Lindstrom for getting my unit up and running again.
