    Im a Property Manager for 5 different medical buildings and had to call Rapid Rooter on 2 different occasions for the first time dealing with Rapid Rooter.I dealt with two different Servicemen plumbers, Named Bo and Jermel. They Both were very Professional and very thorough in doing their job.EXCELLENT PLUMBERS ! 👍I highly recommend this plumbing service if youre in need of some great professional fast help.

    I just call to get a budget to replace my 2 bathroom faucet ( old, rusty and a 100 years old conector ). First of all I was afraid of the price because I did some search before with others companies and the price was sky high. When Dimitri came over he was so confident, professional and polite that made me trust on him. Besides all this qualities he was able to make a very fair price. I was surprised how good he managed this job. ( it was a hard work in one of the faucet sink). I’m very happy with the work done and the company. Thank you so much!!

    We have had Kris and Sheldon out to our house multiple times. They go over and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. They are professional, so smart, and overall great guys.     My experience with the company was smooth and quick problem solving.men’s beard clipper had fallen then it was flushed by a child on a Saturday late afternoon, the flushing is backed up, we tried our usual liquid drano, and plunger.I called this amazing saver company, the receptionist was super helpful in a calm voice, remember the customer is agitated and concern of extra cost of the toilet, water line, and how long and much money will be? Because this was going through my mind. The receptionist very informative whats going to do. Scheduled available I had ask on a Sunday, thank goodness available. Said yes, they take cash, card as well through the company phone and gives you a receipt of everything the plumber had done and the payment receipt number confirmation.Plumber comes less that 30 minutes and introduces himself and has the company vehicle with the name, his uniform ready to work.I explained the situation at best Detailed possible, then the plumber will exam the water flushes, and gives his plan and tells you the price before he and the customer accepts and signs the paper. Then proceed to the plan agreed.The plan method works! I jump to the air and yes! Never been so happy about a toilet additional savings $$$.It was my first plumber toilet experience. I’ve been taking for granted the bathroom toilet, I am happy for the professional plumber knowledgeable because I had asked for explanation for me to understand methods of plan.Paid and off the plumber to save another household “plumbery “ rescue.Thanks again I completely will recommend this to my friends and family.

    The tech, Ronnie, was extremely knowledgeable and provided options for our issue. He broke down the process, timeline and fee’s with professionalisms. Once job the was completed, he walk through what I should expect (air in lines and how to adjust temp) and advised if I had any questions, that Rapid Rooter was available 24/7 to assist.     I had a prior plumber come out a damage the diverter on my shower. Called Rapid Rooter the next morning and they promptly came, assessed the issue, throughly explained the costs and process then professionally repaired the shower. Both technicians that completed the job were both professional, easy to talk to and very kind. Before leaving they cleaned the work area and made my bathroom beautiful. I felt completely at ease with the entire process from start to finish and would highly recommend them. Thank you to the technicians that came out and saved my bathroom.

    The plumber came to my house to service the septic tank ON TIME! Danny was very respectful and professional while he worked. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently he was able to unclog the line and clean the tank. Great customer service and job well done!     Luis and the apprentice were courteous, explained the problem in detail and gave me cost to repair. I was able to get service that same day within a 2 hour window.     Mike 272 came out to install my water heater. He arrived in 30 mins and it took approximately 3 hours for the water heater to be installed. He was helpful and very professional.     Had a serious plumbing issue at my condo. Rapid Rooter responded very quickly. The technician onsite was very knowledgeable and went in to great detail the work he was going to perform to solve our problem prior to beginning his service. The work was completed with precision detail and the pricing was more than fair for extent of our problem. I will definitely call Rapid Rooter again and I have already begun telling other members of our condo community, as well as our friends in the surrounding area, how great of a job they did for us.     Thank you Rapid-Rooter!!! Had a friend of a family friend break our main water pipe while putting our shutters up and claim he could fix it. Unsurprisingly made a half done job and had the audacity to try to charge my mom for it! Called Rapid-Rooter and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mr. Luis Alvarado came right on time. Did an amazing job and helped us tremendously, quickly and was generous with the pricing. Rapid-Rooter will definitely be the ones we will call if we ever need help again!

    I never write reviews, but felt compelled to on this occasion as I have never been so impressed by a company for a very long time. I found this company on Google after we had a blockage and had backup of waste. They said they would have someone with us within an hour and they would call to confirm and that is exactly what they did. When Sheldon turned up he was fantastic, he knew his stuff, was polite and very good humored and a real credit to the company. I would strongly recommend this company.

    Had my septic tank cleaned . Ace, the technician was polite & professional. After opening my septic tank he explained what I was looking at. He told me to continue treating the tank monthly as I had been doing. He didnt try to tell me there was a problem as the technicians in the past have. When pump take arrived they kept it on the street to protect my driveway. Once the septic tank was pumped & cleaned after replacing the tank lid they filled the hole in & left my property looking great. I appreciate Ace placing a tarp on my grass which made it easier for him to fill the hole & kept my grass looking good. Great job !

    I had a big issue with my main shutoff valve needing to be replaced. Bo was my plumber and he was absolutely great. This happened at night. He answered my phone call even though he was off hours and told me he would be there first thing in the morning. He showed up early and fixed my issue quickly. Unfortunately, things turned from bad to worse when the main valve to my building also broke. Even though this was not his job he still decided to help. He wasnt allowed to change that valve as it was the property managements jurisdiction but he helped me to make sure the building still had water. Bo was calm and collective. He helped me and assured me the whole way. He even went with me to Lowes to pick out hoses and adapters that we could use to temporarily give the building water. Bo went above and beyond.

    Had a clog in my main sewer line. Rapid-Rooter quickly scheduled an appointment for me the next day with Luis Alvarado. He was on time, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Luckily my clog resolved on its own without needing any intervention. He didnt try to sell me any services that I didnt need. Very honest. If I did need something done, I would not hesitate to have Luis and Rapid Rooter fix the problem.

    We had horrible flooding in two bathrooms due to the toilets. Called Rapid Rooter and they dispatched a service tech within a two hour window. Even though it was an after hours service call, Gavin Seebach, the Plumber Tech arrived, and was very calm, professional, reassuring and knowledgeable about the problem. He was helpful, caring and was able to immediately diagnose the problem and provide effective and expedititous service. He even provided useful tips to an unrelated plumbing issue. All in all, it was a great experience despite the distressing conditions. I would definitely use them again.

    Courteous, professional and on time describes the employee DANNY that came out to fix my septic issues at my home.     Called Rapid-Rooter to repair a dripping kitchen faucet. They came the same day (afternoon). Dmitri G explained what needed to be done and noticed another problem with valves. Service was polite and I was called by the office to be advised of timing delay (a nice courtesy, as Ive had other repair work done when they either didnt show up or didnt call to say they would be hours late).I took a star off for the pricing. According to Home Advisor (google them), the average cost for faucet repair in Miami area is between 150 and 267. The faucet repair was higher than the high-end of average at $295--and that was a discounted price as per the plumber. (We provided the Delta faucet). And the Valves repair was 250, plus cost of the parts (they supplied). The new faucet installation plus the valves repair and etc came to $620. I put the prices only so yall have an idea what to expect for similar service.Faucet is working fine now and its nice to know the shut-off valves are operable. (How these things stop being operable, dunno, but there it is.)We printed out the $25 coupon from the website to use for the visit. You may want to check if its still available if you schedule service.Great service: excellent courtesy, pleasant plumber (Dmitri).The star off is for the higher price than expected or as documented via HomeAdvisor for this area.We had used Rapid-Rooter several times in the past and I would call them again. We know theyll show up when they say they will, call if they can come sooner, call if they are late-- and that matters a lot in Miami.

    The best. Ronnie was professional. Exactly on time. Fixed the problem. At my own request I asked if other shower should be replaced as well. He didnt force a product on me and let me decide.     Rapid Rooter was very RESPONSIVE! After i have made the call that the main sewer line was clogged, Raul came and started working. I had a lot of baby wipes on the pipes☹️ but Raul didnt stop untill it was cleaned 5 hrs later i found out my house had a Septic tank that i didnt know i had. So i had to get it emptied. Bobby came and was very friendly and was telling me how Rapid Rooter will get the job done and always put customers first. He wasnt t lying.     Raul was very professional. First thing he did was put on covers for his shoes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly and he showed me exactly what was wrong.     Came home from work one night and went to take a shower to find out my sewer was backing up. I found Rapid Rooter from google and figured I would give them a call. Even with it being 10 pm, they had a plumber named Jordan at my house in no time. He was very nice and professinal and gave me a fair price before even starting the job. They had to bring out a truck to jet my line which the manager Nishan drove it out and between them both got my drains working again! Very happy with the service, this company will be the only plumbers in my phone and I will let everyone one I can know about this company.

    My elderly mother resides in Coconut Creek and she experienced a backed up sewer line in her home on the4th of July. I live nearly 3 hours away in Central Florida and felt helpless and expected there was no chance of getting this problem resolved on a holiday. To my surprise Rapid Rooter was not only open but they were able to get out to moms home within an hour and snake open the drain. My mother was thrilled with the service she received from technician Ace and he went above and beyond the call of duty by helping her clean up the mess in her bathtub.     Appointment was easy to schedule. Technician (Ace Marinelli) was professional and very friendly. He fixed the problem and gave tips how to avoid it in the future (Clogged Drain). The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the price. Very expensive for cleaning out the drain - but on the other hand, they are licensed, insured, and know what they are doing.

    Called for a hot water heater that was malfunctioning at 8:30 AM. They were here by 11, tested the unit, found a defective heating element and recommended merely doing a tuneup by replacing the two elements and the thermostats at less than half the price of a new unit. No pressure to buy a new unit or bs about replacing the old one. Ive used this firm for lots of plumbing work on an old house (by Florida standards) and they are great; responsive, reliable, and fair pricing.

    Called Rapid Rooter to help clear sewer line that was causing a back up from floor drains in the bathrooms of our an office space we were beginning to occupy (Was apparently vacant for years before we moved in). Issac came out within the hour and was very knowledgeable on how to take care of this kind of issue. Was able to quickly assess the situation and he acted quickly to snake out the line that was apparently blocked some 50-75 feet from the bathrooms. He gave a few suggestions on how to work with the old cast iron pipes to prevent future blockages such as, no flush-able wipes, etc.. Also, he used a floor mat and other items to protect the floors while using his equipment, which I find is outstanding professionalism. I would recommend to anyone, commercial or residential.
