    We really enjoyed working with this company, particularly their employees, Caleb and Marius. We were somewhat forced to get a hot water heater due to an electrical upgrade we were having. Truth be told we did not need to replace our water heater as it was working fine, but we understood the challenge to replace our fuse box requiring us to remove our hot water heater. Benjamin Franklin worked with us in finding a tankless water heater that would suit our needs. The installation was quite professional, and Caleb and Marius were excellent to work with. Their customer service skills were outstanding given our frustration, and they were committed to doing the best job they could do. I highly recommend this company.

    Elliot was fabulous! He gave us options for Ben Franklin Plumbing to install one of their water heaters, and when realizing that was way over my budget, he gave us the option to buy our own and he would install it. As luck would have it, he didn’t have a call after us, so he went to Home Depot and picked up the water heater so he could install it immediately.     Marius and Elliot from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to my house to troubleshoot a plumbing issue that Ive been experiencing since a recent home renovation from a different contractor.They were very clean, professional, and had a very good good idea of the potential problem based off my description. They ran a sewer camera which confirmed their concerns and provided me the recording of the issue to go after the contractor (will require the ceiling to be reopened and an adjustment to piping to repair).I really appreciate Marius and Elliots assistance in this matter.I would recommend them for any plumbing issue.

    Excellent service on a tough job. I had a bad leak behind a wall and their tech Marius not only found the leak but discovered an even bigger problem I had with water seepage from outside my house. The leak inside the house required extensive repair as over 10 feet of copper had gone bad. It was replaced with a new modern material that is built to last longer than copper. Marius worked on this until 10pm! He did not leave until he was certain the job was completed successfully. Give Franklin a try for all your plumbing issues.

    Id like to speak on the 2 man crew that came out to my property to assess the situation and resolve the problem. Marious and his trainee Jamie who is a qualified plumber hes just new to the company so thats the reason for the training just to clarify. Marious came to my door in professional attire as if he hadnt touched a tool all day however that was to introduce himself and have a quick look at the problem. Once he determined what it was we agreed to go forward with repairs at that time he went out to his work van and got into work clothes to proceed. These guys spent a lot of time in my home that day and were very kind and professional the job was neatly done and they were well organized in doing so. Now the company gets credit for hiring these two awesome guys they are a great asset to Benjamin Franklin plumbing located in Margate Fl. Im Robert J Merritt and I approve this review!
