    Ryan and the Dr Fin team did a great job of getting a new AC unit in a day. I had been using another AC company for over 5 years and my AC stopped working - the company came out and informed me that the compressor was gone. They informed me that it would be several days before it could install a new compressor and since the unit was over 10 years old - I asked them how long would it be before I could get a new unit - I was told they would have get a sales person out first and it would take several days to get someone out to give me an estimate and then several days before they could schedule an install.So I called Dr Fin based on reviews online and spoke with Ryan that night (after hours and he answered) and he worked with me that night to put an estimate together and scheduled an install for the next day at 8:30am on Saturday.Ryan and team were out Saturday morning and completed the install of a 5 ton unit for a very reasonable price.I would highly recommend Dr Fin AC.

    I had been looking for an honest and reliable AC company for a while to service my AC and set up a maintenance contact.     After several phone calls early Saturday morning to various companies, this company answered my call and assisted with trouble shooting the issue. I was unable to fix the issue and the gentleman who I spoke with (very nice and helpful) assured me they would come out to fix it and they did. I was contacted by Zully Monday and I explained the issue and she worked diligently with me to get an appointment for today. The tech Rick was phenomenal!! He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He checked other things and made recommendations which I will definitely have done with them....that was great!     I definitely recommend. My AC broke down in the night and by noon the next day it was fixed. I needed it fixed immediately since I had a 2 week old newborn and a 1 year old at home while the forcast said it would be a high of 97 degrees. Louise was helpful and kind in connecting with me and updating me when I would expect service. And Rick was great in explaining and fixing the issue. All for a low reasonable price. You can trust them.

    The tech AJ was awesome for the 3rd time in a week as we’ve been tightening up our new house. He does a great job handling the plumbing issues, but is also aware of other potential issues. While working on a leak under our kitchen sink he noticed a buzzing noise and investigated to find a cut live wire that was resting in water and smoking. He may have saved a major injury and potential house fire. I know when he’s on the job he’s looking out for more than just the task at hand. Thank you Dr Fin and AJ. We’ll be calling again soon when the kitchen gets updated.

I was having an extremely difficult emergency with an outdoor plumbing issue that resulted in my flooding my area of the neighborhood and the HOA not being as helpful as they could have been.     My restaurant has been dealing with HVAC issues for several months. The company we were using before would come out, charge us a bunch of money but never fixed the problems. Our building was always wet and dripping with condensation and was either hot as heck or the arctic inside. It was awful and our guest were really feeling the impact of the internal issues we were facing. Rick and the Dr. Fin AC company really came and saved the day, really the business for us. Rick got us a quote super fast, and was able to locate the units we needed faster than anyone had anticipated. Within no time they were installing the brand new 70k HVAC system into our facility. This company was on time with every meeting they scheduled, with every issue we faced, Rick and his team were right there one time. The team was also such a pleasure to work with, very personable and easy to talk to making it easy to understand the process and what we could expect during the installation and next few days to come as the system kicked up and started running. Rick has continued to stay in contact with us to make sure everything is going smooth and that we are having no issues. We are beyond grateful and will definitely continue to use Dr. Fin for any other HVAC issues we may need in the future. Thank you a TONNNN!     Rick was extremely professional. He did the work of 2 men in one day. My blower motor, module and coil were all shot on my Lennox Air conditioner. It was hot as a pistol outside. He just pushed on throughout the day. That job, another company told me would take 2 men all day to do it… He did in 1 day, by himself! He was neat, clean, intelligent, quick, and kind. You couldn’t even tell he was here at the end of the day. The only difference is My Airconditioner is running like a Champ and before he got here, it wouldn’t even start. I hadn’t had AC for a week, calling all the companies and even got scammed by one before Calling Dr. Fin and meeting Rick! He does an awesome job. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!From now on for all my AC work I’m calling for Rick at Dr. Fin!

    I cant say enough about Todd going above and beyond to help with a problem with my ac. He even came out very very late one night to fix the problem even though he had alreadyvworked a 10 hour day. He wanted to solve the problem that night due to the hot temperature.     I quoted and talked to about 10 companies and nobody gave me the confidence and trust or had the time availability for my issue until i found rick/peter and their awesome company. they went out detected the leak and instead of going right to a full replacement they offered to try to repair a week later my issue was resolved and my tenants were ready for hot water again they rick even went back and did a vent cap replacement to standard same day requested and it all went well and to our expectations, thanks comfort zone you guys are great.

    Our A/C unit failed on Sunday. This unit was installed by Rick in May of last year. The failure was unusual and might be called a weather-triggered event. Rick arrived and made a temporary repair to get the unit functioning again. He returned Tuesday with the correct parts; the repair was completed and at no cost to me.Recently we opened a maintenance contract with Pride Mechanical, which included our A/C unit. I will maintain my maintenance contract with Dr. Fin AC & Plumbing; this company offers the confidence and professionalism requiring my support.I recommend Dr. Fin to all without reservation based on my exceptional experiences with this company.

I was told from the other company that I had a coil leak.When Todd came, I told him what was going on and he inspected the coils and cleaned everything out.     AMAZING service! Rick (one of the owners) came out and worked very hard to fix my AC problem at a very reasonable price. This was actually the 3rd company here in the last few days…the first did nothing helpful, the second only tried to sell me a ridiculously priced new unit. Feel much better now knowing my AC needs are in honest, hard-working hands!
