Nothing but great things to say about Justin and Larry’s plumbing. As a new homeowner, with a young baby, Justin came out to our house and took care of multiple problems (leaking pipes, asbestos pipe removal, water heater repairs, etc..) Justin was very helpful in communicating the problems to me and what it meant. He also took the time to walk through my house and take care of some minor things that he didn’t have to. I will definitely use Justin and team going forward.

Justin has the patience of a saint. I have an older home and needed to get all the cast iron replaced. Due to reasons on my end, it took a few months for us to coordinate a start date. He was always understanding and supportive. Then the time came and they finished the plumbing in one day. My partner and I saw the photos and had some concerns. We wanted a few items double checked. Justin heard us. He came back the next day and went over the items with us again. He then proceeded to personally take care of each one of them. He ran the water test and everything worked perfectly. I cannot thank Justin enough. He is so kind and understanding. Pricing was reasonable. We are 100% satisfied.Highly recommend.

I came home after 5 days away for Christmas to find my water had been turned off by the city on Christmas Eve. A pipe within the wall from the outdoor faucet had burst and was gushing when the water was turned on. The plumber was called late afternoon and came out before 2pm the next day. He identified the problem, explaining each step and answering all my questions. He gave me an estimate which I accepted and he efficiently started to work.Jeromy was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He was clean and tidied up when he was done; then explained the charges and advised me on restoration for water damage and gave me recommendations. The company was very fast to respond and did everything they said they would do in a professional and expert manner! They are on my list of Emergency and Maintenance numbers to call!

I had been gone on vacation for a week and came back home to notice our house had a gas leak. I called different Plumbers in the area and got the run around from all of them. I was referred by a friend to give Justin a call. From the minute I spoke with Justin he was friendly and was ready to help. We set an appointment and he was there on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. I had other companies quote me thousands of dollars to fix and he fixed it well below what I had been quoted at. Justin was on point and did an amazing job. I had another problem that a rose that same evening with another plumbing issue and he walked me through it and help me fix the issue. He went over and beyond his job. I will definitely use him in the future and any family and friends that need a Plummber I will be referring them to Justin. Larrys Plumbing replaced a sewer line from the house to the alley. The old plumbing was made of clay tile and was prone to blockages since it was falling apart (typical historic plumbing material). They were on time, efficient and professional. They will certainly be our first call in the future for any plumbing needs.

Installed a new water heater, new dishwasher and repaired our master shower. Accessed the problem with the control valve and tried to resolve it without replacing part first. When we found out we had a water leak we were literally scared to death. Justin showed up and put our minds at ease. He quickly located not one but two leaks. One out by the water meter and another right next to the foundation of our home. Thank God it wasn’t under the slab!! Our yard had three sizable holes but the workers were very clean about their work. They placed large tarps on the grass to place all the dirt. Larry’s was so great to work with. They quoted me a fair price, walked through what was going to be done, and finished the work in a timely manner. But honestly, here’s where they really shined. I had gotten a quote from another company. That company pulled a permit even though they never did the work. This caused the city to want to inspect THEIR work as well as Larry’s. The manager from Larry’s notified me of the issue, and did everything they could to help me figure out how to get the original permit so we could get the project completed. Hire them, I’m pretty sure you’ll be happy with the results.

They were extremely professional, they explained everything to me with no hesitation, they were on time, very neat, and they were concerned about getting everything fixed and running properly for me. I had other issues to occur in the midst of fixing one issue but they made sure that was taken care of to. They are also a great company that understands when you are going through and they are willing to work with you during your time of struggles. We had low water pressure since moving in. I couldnt locate the pressure regulator since its burried in ground. Larrys came out, and located the valve. After replacement our water pressure is so much better. Definately will use them again in the future.
