When I received my water bill yesterday afternoon and discovered that it was $300 higher than last month, I Immediately went to the municipal building in downtown Plano to try and find out why it was so high. When the clerk printed copies of my constant consumption for the month, she took one look at the numbers and said, You have a leak. Call a plumber now. My brother-in-law called Chris Foulk, the owner and operator of High Five Plumbing, and explained the situation. Chris said he would have a crew at my house first thing in the morning. They were amazing! I was so very lucky that the leak was not coming from under the slab, something that wasnt discovered until they had dug 4 feet down! The leaks were in the yard line leading from the house to the water main. Chris and his crew trenched 50 feet from the front of the house to the water main, including having to trench underneath the sidewalk. Not only did they replace the entire line, but they added a second water cut off close to my front door which will now make it easier for me to turn the water off if necessary. Chris was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but several times during the day, he took the time to explain to me exactly what they were doing, and what was needed. I now have a great, reliable plumbers name in my phone contact list! I would highly recommend him to anyone!! As a matter of fact, I already did that this evening! Thank you so much, Chris! I discovered that there was no hot watering running in the morning and noticed that the water heater was leaking in the attic. Called many different plumbing companies and all of them did not pick up. I decided to call Chris from High Five Plumbing because of all the good reviews; he picked up and came over within 30 minutes. He replaced my water heater with a new one and finished all the work in time as promised on the same day. Chris took the time to explain all the details to me and was very patient while i talked to my husband on the phone about making a decision for the replacement. Not to mention, my water heater was in the attic of my 2-story home!! I will definitely be recommending him to all my future clients and real estate colleagues and friends!

I have personally experienced the compassion and warmth of Chris as he resolved a major plumbing issue for my Father who is almost 88 yrs. old. Chris went above and beyond in both building a trusting relationship with us and then going about investigating and resolving a large blockage in the very old piping system of our familys home. Moreover, he took the time to explain how the blockage occurred and sent pictures of the results to confirm what we were already thinking. Great company. I am in the midst of remodeling a 1951 pier and beam house that I bought for myself and had numerous plumbing projects involved. Moving lines, adding new lines, switching from tank to tankless, insulating pipes, and updating fixtures.
