Where do I start with this company. When we first moved into our home Feb 2018 Bill came to the house to do some repairs and also gave me many helpful hints. Then came the major freeze of 2021. We had 6 pipes burst. Bill sent his team and they helped us so much by fixing all the pipes. Then came yesterday our pipes busted again and I called their number in such a panic. The lady remained calm and his team came but this time only 2 pipes broke. They are so nice, so helpful, so patient, overall just good people. Use this company you won’t regret it.

1st let me start by saying the initial phone call to the office was great all the ladies there are very sweet and very professional. They got someone to my house asap. Bill new right away what the problem was and when my new dishwasher arrived the plumbers Joe and Matthew came to install it, when they pulled my old dishwasher out they found a couple of problems, I asked what I needed to do Joe said it was no problem he fixed it right then and there for me. The guys were very polite very professional . I highly recommend this company if you need any Plumbing work I would give them more than five stars if Google would let me.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Likely not the first time anyone has ever heard of this, but the homeowner (me!) attempted to disconnect a few faucets ahead of new bathroom countertop installation the next day. Lo and behold, the water shut off valves were so old that they began to leak. Soooo, I found Amundson Plumbing and they were able to send a crew to fix my leak and disconnect my faucets. Better yet, their rates were very reasonable. After the countertop job was completed, they came back out the next day to install the faucets. There was a slight issue with the drain pipe that was addressed under warranty immediately, so I dont have any complaints. These folks are reliable, on-time and reasonably priced, kuddos.

Had a wonderful experience today with everyone at this company. Gareth came to my home when promised to deal with my emergency water leak. My hot water heater burst and flooded 3 rooms in my home. The company was also able to refer me to a great water restoration company that was at my home within an hour. Both companies have professional, respectful staff. Everyone I spoke to Amundson Plumbing from 430 am forward provided excellent customer service.Gareth made several recommendations to improve safety and prevent future leaks. He even picked up a carbon monoxide detector and installed it for me because we have a gas water heater. Thank you! I look forward to using this company for my future projects/ needs.

Let me say just excellent service, completely happy with the installation of my new water heater. The job was thoroughly and professionally completed about 30 min ahead of the originally quoted time and over $50 less after having drained, uninstalled and taken up to HD to get the new one. All was done in really good time as professionals should. They were detailed enough to install an outside drain for my catch pan as well as even seal the inside rim of the catch pan drain whole as to prevent further trips and leaks. Bill the supervisor i believe was really courteous in keeping in contact, patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions and concerns. Amundson Plumbing is worth your hard earned dollars as you get more than what you pay for in service. They will be my go to plumbing service for my home from now on. I chose Amundson after reading all of the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. We had our water heater die unexpectedly- I emailed them in the evening and gotna response first thing in the morning, and a service tech came out that afternoon. He talked me through my options and was very kind and helpful. They were even able to replace the water heater the same day. Prices were very reasonable, and service was top notch. Cant recommend enough!

I have worked in the past 50 years with several plumbing companys. However, i have never had the follow up and service that I experienced today. The repair today took about four hours and the price point for what they fixed was outstanding. I will never reach out to another plumbing company now that I have had such a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend this company. I met Bill when he came over to my neighbors house on a Sunday to fix a leaking hot water heater. Because of the respect he gave my neighbor (who is an elderly woman); I asked if he could cut us a deal on new water heaters if I he replaced mine as well. He saved my neighbor over $500 dollars and me $300 dollars on two brand new water heaters. I found my plumber whom I will always call for any work done. Thanks Bill

Used Amundson Plumbing for the first time recently, and couldnt be happier. They came out the same day I called them and Gareth and his assistance were super helpful in explaining the situation to me. Back in the office, Courtney always called me to let me know when things were happening. I spoke briefly to Mr. Amundson and he gave me some sound plumbing advice. Even after everything was done & they were paid, Gareth reached out to me to make sure all was good. Such excellent service. Overall, a great, friendly, professional company. From now on, they are handling all my home plumbing needs.

Today we needed to replace an upstairs toilet after leasing our home for the last 5 years. The toilet basin had some kind of staining left by last tenant, which no cleaning product could get out. We purchased our own toilet and had their Master Plumber Gareth intall. He’s incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and excellent at troubleshooting.We’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at Amundson Plumbing, especially Gareth pre and post tenancy because they are honest, punctual, kind and courteous. If you want the job done right the first time and deal with honest people, Amundson Plumbing LLC should be your plumbing company of choice. I only have high accolades for Amundson Plumbing.

The guys came out immediately to assess the situation and made a plan to replace the faulty unit while improving the overall configuration. The cost was reasonable and the execution was outstanding. I contacted Amundson Plumbing regarding a quote for a pipe re-route due to a slab leak. Bill came out the same day to give me a quote. I got two quotes previous to Bill and one after, even though I knew that Bill’s company would be the one I would use no sooner than he left. His office followed up to verify my appointment and again when he was in route. He and his crew arrived on time, were professional, knew exactly what they were doing and resolved my issue in a very timely manner. Plain and simple, Bill is extemely honest, hard working, and just a good old fashion great guy who is only interested in resolving your issue for a very fair price and not interested in fleecing your pockets. Bill is a rarity in this business. He also gives a military discount!!! As long as Bill is in the plumbing business he will take care of all my plumbing needs and will be recommened to every person that I know who needs a plumber. See for yourself and I promise, he will be your plumber too.

I was in a tight crunch with waking up on a Friday morning with no hot water and a leaky water heater. I found this company and called them up and they had someone out to my house SAME DAY. They came out and diagnosed what the issue was and then installed a brand new water heater for me on the same day. I had called around to other companies in the area and they were saying the earliest they could send someone out was next Tuesday. Amundson Plumbing has an extremely helpful staff, both front office as well as their technicians. Gareth was the plumber that got sent and he is the most professional, courteous person I have met in a long time. I wish everyone was that customer service oriented. Every person I had talked to were considerate of my situation and wanting to help. I could not be any happier with the service that they provided for me. Not to mention, it was a reasonable price as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone, HANDS DOWN!
