    Highly recommended! The service was excellent from the time I called the company until the repairman left. I was able to get someone out to my house the same day. The repairman was very courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was given different options but he made some very valid suggestions that made me feel like he was looking at my best interest as a home owner wholl be in this house for many years to come. I am glad that I found Als Plumbing. I will use them again next time.

    I have used Als a few times and always found them to be honest and fair. When I had a new A/C put in a few years ago, they originally thought a copper line had been hit by a nail when a new roof was put on and it would have to be replaced for $800. When they came to install the new unit and further investigated the copper, it was just fine and they told me that my price would be $800 less than originally quoted! An unethical company would have just ripped it out and charged me anyways. Fast forward to today...I had Als out because I am selling my home and the buyers inspector said that several small repairs needed to be made to my A/C (rusted drain pan, damaged exterior insulation etc) and Als came out again. The tech looked at everything, took pictures and determined that everything was perfectly fine. He wrote up a report and sent me the pictures. Again, another company could have just done these minor repairs and charged me for them. I was charged the $89 trip free, which I expected. They did make a trip out here after all and inspected everything. Bottom line, I feel like Als does not try to charge me for things not needed, they always show up on time, wear booties in the house, and take the time to explain what they are doing. Also, Art has been my tech a couple of times now. Hes really great! I would recommend Als and Art!

    I had Als Plumbing over to the house last weekend for a clogged main sewer pipe. They were professional and quickly assessed the problem.Their prices are fair and reasonable considering it was after hours and the weekend. The issue was resolve quickly. I am very satisfied with their work and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

    Great service! They showed up as planned and were efficient in replacing my water heater. The technicians were polite and explained what was happening thoroughly. Later that day, I had an issue with burner after they left (BTW, not their fault - just simply a bad unit). They promptly replaced within the same day. I would definitely use these guys again!

    When you need a repair and you need it NOW, these are the ONLY guys to call. Their response time is incredible. (Others I have used in the past have taken over a day to merely respond.) Their pricing has always been reasonable. (Do you really want your critical repairs done by the lowest bidder? I dont.) Their staff has always been top notch. A great experience every time Ive used them!

    When I called to get pricing on 2 - 50 gallon Bradford White hot water heaters the gal was very knowledgeable and knew about the pressurized tank and requirements/codes where we lived. After checking around, I felt the prices were within reason. We scheduled them out two days later. They called as she said they would before they came. The two guys showed up within the time slot and had it done in a reasonable amount of time. I scheduled it all, and wished I could have been there to meet them and see the process.     I called Als when I was searching for an emergency plumber on Google. They were at my place in not time. The leak I had turned out to need a new pipe. I was surprised that they had the right piece in their van. The repair was quick and I think the price was fair considering it was an after hours service. I would recommend Als to anyone. You may be able to find a little cheaper elsewhere, but the work they did with thorough and they explained everything they needed to do before they started working. I really appreciate their good communication the whole way through.

    I needed a second opinion because another plumber said I had roots in my sewer line and that the remedy would cost thousands of dollars. I wasnt completely convinced and wanted proof. Als Plumbing has a camera and had many good reviews so thats why I called them. They came out and lowered the camera into the sewer line and inspected the line all the way to the city intersection. No roots! They also checked for any obstructions, breaks or leaks under the foundation. No problems.What a relief. I watched the whole process which took maybe fifteen minutes. Theyre prompt, professional, proficient and honest and saved me thousands of dollars.

    Art with Al’s Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning was great! He was clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to show me and explain to me the source of the problem, impact of the problem, and possible solutions. They responded quickly and were able to get the work done fast. I’ll definitely use them for any future issues!

    Stellar service!!I found Als Plumbing to be reasonably priced. They scored big points with me .... the plumber was prompt and very tidy in cleaning up his mess. I cant tell you the number of times Ive had services is coming to my house and then leave the jobsite a mess. I really appreciate the quality work I received and that they were very courteous.     Had Als plumbing come out today and replace our water heater due to the city replacing our water meter, turning in the water too fast, and rupturing the tank. I really appreciate them working with my schedule and coming out on Saturday. It gave us time to have water restoration people come and put fans down and get everything drying before the new tank was put in. William and James did an excellent job! Our tank is up stairs in the attic of our two story house. They were very professional and also took time to let me know the proper maintenance I need to have scheduled and performed to keep up the warranty and prolong the life of the tank.Thanks for the excellent customer service!Lane Watson

    Called Al’s plumbing for a new water heater. They gave me a quote over the phone which was the best price in town. They answered any questions I had and got back to me right away. They kept me updated when the plumbers were running late. Great and friendly service. Most importantly it was the price that they quoted. Will be using them again.

    In April 2018 Als Plumbing, Heating, and AC sent William to assist me in checking and repairing several aspects of the plumbing as I moved from one home to another. William assisted at both locations, which were 30 miles apart. He helped with installing amenities and making sure the plumbing infrastructure was in top shape. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Thank you, William, and thank you to Als! I will definitely ask for William when I need assistance from the plumbing side of Als.

    Before Art came into my home to assess my problem he put booties on his shoes. He took time to inspect everything and was very thorough before presenting me with a detailed description of what needed to be done and he explained everything. Since my unit was about 20 years old, I chose to replace the heater and a/c unit. Four days later, on Friday morning, David and Josh arrived at 8:00am and worked until 4:00pm. Before walking into my home they put booties on their shoes and layed down tarp from the front door to the work area. Josh worked on the inside while David installed the compressor outside. Their work was immaculate! The closet where my heater is located looked better after they were finished than it did when they arrived. Josh took the time to explain everything he did, how he did it and why for things that had to be changed. David cleaned from around the outside unit and put down a. Larger, prefab, platform for the new unit to sit on. When all was done not even a screw remained inside or out. Before they left David took time to explain how the new Nest thermostat worked and made sure my new heater and A/C worked properly. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from the employees from Als. They were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Als for H/AC and plumbing. (They were out the week before for a stopped up drain)

    Work was done professionally. Gentleman was very personable. He was here for less than an hour and charged me 350.00+ to install a Badger 5 disposal than costs under 100.00 on Amazon. I think thats a bit of a gouge. I could have said no, but I needed the leak fixed and I did not want to do it.

    William (Plumbing Technician) came out to my house in Frisco on yesterday to determine the cause and resolve a water leakage problem in one of bathroom sinks. He quickly determined the root cause of my problem and in so doing he determined a few other problems I was having for which I wasnt aware. He took the time and explained everything in laymans terms. He was very professional, polite and determined to work out the best solutions for me (the customer). He and his team spent the entire day at my house taking care of all my repair and replacement needs. First class service all the way and I give him (William) a 10 out of a 10 rating.     This company is totally professional. After waiting a full day for another companys plumber to arrive that never showed, we started looking for plan b option and so we found Als Plumbing online and gave them a call be because they were pretty much in our neighborhood and we wanted someone who could come out quickly. They made me a priority the next morning and offered a discount during their visit. He diagnosed the problem in about two minutes and also made another key recommendation that would eliminate another problem down the road. Our #1 choice for plumbing issues from here on out.

    Charles and Jeb were awesome. Response time was FAST! They worked efficiently and effectively to diagnose and fix the problem. The cost was VERY reasonable. Another thing I really liked is that they didn’t charge a fee just to come out and diagnose the problem. So many other companies charge a fee to be applied to service cost “if” you use that company. That’s a trap I don’t appreciate. I won’t hesitate to call Al’s if/when I have another plumbing problem.
