Amazing company! They helped me when I really needed someone to come out the very same day to fix a leak. Sarah was so understanding and sent Mickey who came late at night to do the repair work. He explained everything well and even went back to his store to get a part to replace and repaired the leak. They are phenomenal.

I’ve owned my home for more than 18 years, I wish I knew about Triton plumbing and the quality staff that work there. Specifically, I’m referring to Renae and Jonathan. From the outset Renae was quick to make me feel welcomed and displayed genuine concern for my issue. Little did I know, she would check on me throughout the day to make sure I was pleased. That’s stellar customer service!!!She took my information and immediately set up an appointment with Jonathan—who I now refer to as “superstar-extraordinaire-fixer-of-all-things-water related!!!!” Seriously, I had been fretting about my kitchen and basement sink for months I didn’t think anyone could fix it without tearing out my walls or charging me thousands of dollars. Along came Jonathan, he assessed my situation and said “oh yeah, I can fix that!!!” Lost for words I just did a quick happy dance! In less than 2 hours he completely fixed my problems and charged me a fair price that included a 10% membership discount that further reduced the price—what a deal!! I’ve never been so impressed by such excellence and professionalism!!! Excited to get more stuff fixed at a reasonable price—I hired him to return the very next day to fix another water issue! He arrived on time, went straight to work and fixed my problem in less than an hour! Jonathan went above and beyond what most people would have done! I will ALWAYS work with Triton plumbing. ALWAYS!

We’ve used Tritan Plumbing services in the past and are very pleased with their service. Had an issue in the bathroom come up at 4p.m. on a Friday and needed immediate service because of wife’s recent surgery and limited mobility. Called and had service technicians out within the hour. Jorge was extremely professional, respectful and friendly. Discussed the problem and potential solutions and came up with estimate. Once work started, took less than an hour from start to finish. Very grateful to Tritan and Jorgenand associate for getting job done so quickly. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Great experience today with Tritan Plumbing!!! We had an ongoing problem caused by another company and Tritan immediately came in and recognized the problem, was very thorough with their explanation and corrected the situation. They even waited to make sure our issue was resolved and explained if it happened again they had a set plan on the next step but were considerate to not charge us today for services we may not need. They were extremely curious, friendly and professional. I wish I had called Tritan the first time, as I wouldn’t have been dealing with this same problem for over a month. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience today with Tritan Plumbing. I had a 2:00 appointment for a technician to come to my house to assess my sump pump problem. The doorbell rang right on time. I really liked the technician, Mike. He was just a genuinely nice guy. I appreciated how friendly, courteous, and efficient he was. He cheerfully entered my messy basement and crawl space, explained exactly why we were seeing water, and offered me several options. He was not at all pushy in trying to sell me up. Within 45 minutes he had installed my new sump pump. I got great service. What a good attitude Mike has. Ask for Mike!

I called Tritan Plumbing Thursday evening when i discovered evidence of water leakage on my ceiling below one of the bathrooms and they were able to get me in the very next day. Chris was awesome. He quickly assessed the situation, explained everything and was in and out in no time. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He arranged for another company to come out and make sure there were no issuees from the water damage and to repairr the drywall. I received a call maybe 15 minutes after he left to set that up. I called Tritan to replace my primary and backup sump pump as well as replacing the outside RPZ valve. The technician, Jonathon who showed up and was extremely professional. He listed to my concerns and provided recommendations that were in-line with what I was looking for. He did a great job of explaining pros and cons of each option. He was straightforward and honest about what would provide the best value for the money. The work he did was phenomenal. The sump installation was top-notch and he took extra time to clean up the area. The outsize RPZ work was equally phenomenal. He installed a much better quality valve and the configuration is much more visibly clean that what was originally installed. They sent before and after pictures along with the invoice which was great. I would use these guys again, hands-down. Courteous, professional and honest - best plumber Ive ever worked with.

Our toilet broke Friday night, we called Titan early Saturday and they were amazing! Sarah was so kind and really helpful. She worked quick to get us on the schedule for Monday morning. Love these guys! Jon came out to take a look at our disfunctional water heater. He was very straight forward about what needed to be done to fix it, and the benefits of just replacing it. I expected a big sales pitch but it never came. He did all he could to make it work temporarily while we made a decision about replacement, which was really great. He bought us enough time to do our research without taking cold showers in Jan.We decided to go ahead with the new heater; Jon had made a good argument for the cost of replacement against multiple repairs because of its age.Paul came out the next day in the middle of an ice storm to get it done. Despite the crazy weather he was on time, which is a big deal. He was fast, very nice, and most importantly, I felt really safe with him and his level of expertise.I’ve been looking for a new plumber for a while now, and I’ll never use anyone but Tritan again!

Last week I had Tritan come for a leak under the sink and I was told by the plumber, Michael, that I would need a new faucet and shut offs. Also, he informed me I needed to have a separate shut off for the dishwasher as the previous owner had not had this done to code. Michael did a wonderful job of selecting the faucet and reattaching my very tangled mess of hoses under the sink in a very neat and orderly fashion. The new faucet is so much better and I no longer feel like I will cause a leak just by putting things under in the cabinet. I will definitely ask for Michael the next time a plumbing need arises.

My experience of doing business with Tritan Plumbing of 10051 Bode St. in Plainfield , IL 60585 is unbelievably true. I had a Bradford White gas Hot Water Heater that started leaking water on the utility room floor. I searched the internet for a business in my area that sold and replaced that same brand water heater and chose Tritan Plumbing. Wow, what fine treatment I received. I called them at 3pm. They were on site at 3:40pm to determine my choice of water heater. Chris stayed to remove the old unit and while Tony went to their warehouse and returned with the new unit. At 5:30pm everything was installed, filled with 50 gal. of water, tested, and floor completely cleaned. 2.5 hrs from phone call to completion leaving no mess behind... Unbelievable! And heres the bonus, Chris & Tony have a great sense of humor along with their professionalism and customer concerns! Thanks to Tritan, Mel H.

We needed our water heater fixed and needed it fixed fast. It was the first night it was super cold outside and it wasn’t working. We called them in the morning and they said they were pretty booked up and they would call me back to see if I could get in the same day. Well the owner himself came out to our house to take a look. He explained everything over and even told us the price. He also told us what to expect and what could happen just in case. After a short time it was fixed and working properly again. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We had to have our drain unclogged from the kitchen sink being stopped up. Chris came and was here for 6 hours because their equipment kept failing and the hoses they were using were frozen. So his boss had to come out and help and eventually go to the shop and get an unfrozen line and start over after 9pm. He was done by 10 once the equipment started working. Chris was very polite and professional the entire time, even when the hose detached and sprayed water all over my kitchen. Which he cleaned most of that up with bleach. I felt bad for him because as someone who owns a small business, I understand having a bad day. Ultimately he got the job done. Chris is definitely a hard worker who seemed honest and kind. We tried to tip him and he refused. I appreciate his time and effort to get the job done.

I bought a house in Plainfield last year and I just discovered the back up pump that was attached to the sump pump was dead and I needed a new one. I called Tritan and was told they could replace the battery so she sent Damian out. I also asked him to check the pump and see if it was still good. He pulled the old pump and I was told it wasnt installed right and that the back up battery wasnt even connected correctly. So he replaced them both. I also have a toilet in the basement that was making a noise so he looked at that also. Come to find out, that wasnt installed correctly either....Damian was great and did all the work and now everything is working great. I am very pleased with the service and friendliness of both, Damian and his apprentice.

We were very happy with Tritan. The pipe between the house and septic tank broke. I was surprised that they were willing to dig it up and repair it that night! I elected to have it done during the day. They came out, dug it up, replaced the pipe (properly, I might add since it was done wrong and destined for failure by the previous owners) and restored the soil.It was a big job for a homeowner to soak up, cost, digging, cleaning sewage out of your house. As nerving as it may be to go through this experience, its what they do everyday and they made us feel at ease. I was having issues with my main line, I had a sewer gas smell in my house. Tritan came out next day and Jet my line. They spent a little over 6 hours on jetting my main line, most other companies would have told me to just replace the line. I had 3 spots where it looked like the main line collapsed but they found that the line had tree roots in all three places. They used 3 different jetter heads to cut through the roots. They had two plumbers come out and they were both very professional, the price was amazing for the amount of time they spent.

Tritan replaced my leaking RPZ for my lawn sprinkling system. They installed the new one inside, which meant changing the outside plumbing to eliminate the RPZ, and changing the inside plumbing to replace the existing shutoff, an install and mount the RPZ inside. They upgraded me from the 3/4 valve to a 1 unit, which should have been done by the original installer. They also install a valve to drain water from the outside plumbing for winterization. They also replaced the outside spigot and moved it away from the gas meter. They had to design how to support the new larger valve, and built support with 2x4s to secure the valve properly. They did a really careful and neat job. Had problems at the beginning. They were several hours late due to problems at the prior job. The next attempt, they had problems with the truck and could not make it. Third time, they were on time and were successful.

Mickey had done prior work a Sewer Repair in our home in Plainfield, We knew who to call this time to have our Leaking Outside hose faucets replaced! While doing this work, he noticed that the Main Water Valve was leaking and that the second shutoff valve (the one after the meter) did not work. Replacing the main water valve required coordination with the city to shut off the water from the street. Normally the city employee shuts the valve off and leaves and you have to call back to get the water turned on again. Mickey did the replacement of the valve so quickly that the city employee never left. Although the plan was to replace only the main valve before the meter, we ended up replacing also the valve after the meter since it also had a small leak. Mickey gave a fair price and did an outstanding job.

“I live in a condo building with four units. Monday morning I went down to change the clock on our timer for hallway lights. There was dried poop, filth, and toilet paper on the floor. It had exploded up from the floor drain. Guess who had to clean it up? I did! And then I noticed a note on the washing machine, saying not to use it because the ejector pump was not working. I did not know what an ejector pump was and guessed it had something to do with the washing machine. I saw the lint trap was clogged to the brim and thought it might have caused some trouble but not the floor drain backup. On my way to work, I went to the library to use the computer and look into Angies List deals for a plumber. I got Tritans name and some other one with good ratings. Monday night, home from work, I stood in the laundry room and watched the washing machine run a cycle with a new lint trap. On its second rinse, I had to turn the machine off, as the floor drain was about to overflow, and I left the washing machine unplugged. I let our former condo association president know what was up and that I would be buying a deal from Angies List in the morning (I dont have Wi-Fi at home). Tuesday morning, checked the laundry room before heading out, and the basement toilets had been flushed again...with a new mess for me to clean up. I also got out my phone and told Tritan about my situation. (tight on time, hadnt yet purchased the deal) They said they could come out and honor the deal anyhow. (I didnt want to do that because I wanted Angies to know.) Then, with the mess and me not wanting to clean it again. I called and said I had till noon to leave for work and a meeting there. I thought it was the sump pump but mentioned the floor drain and the poop and washing machine note. Justin showed up around 10 and was gone before 11:30, ejector pump replaced and all, costing $735. Professional and sympathetic. Great service. I also learned some stuff personally about different pumps, etc. Thanks. Because of my emergency, I couldnt get the Angies deal off their site, so I lost my chance to get a $15 reward, but something else will come up...another opportunity.”

Jonathan and Antonio installed a sump pump to prevent another flooding in our laundry room from water coming from an outside drain that was supposed to drain to the main sump pump. The problem was the clay pipe to to sump was collapsed due to age. The new sump pump was installed in the laundry room and would eject the water from the drain to the outside.
