Joe came to my apartment building today to work on a backup in the drain of our Laundry Room. He spent quite a lot of time Rodding out two different drains and the main Cleanout. Expert Plumbing did an excellent job in replacing my 80 year old clay sewer tiles that were loaded with tree roots. They were flexible with my schedule with other contractors and that came in handy with rainy season work. Keith W and his crew did a great job dealing with some unexpected issues to get my sewer line back in order the same day they started so that tenants in the building were not without service for more than 8 hr. They gave a great price and great service. Highly recommended!

I recently found out about a leak in my upstairs bathroom that I needed to have looked at. I called up Expert Plumbing and they were able to send someone out the same day I needed. Keith was very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He inspected the issue and thoroughly explained multiple options and price packages on how to fix the leak. He also gave me a referral to a handyman service that I needed. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Keith and Expert Plumbing.

This is the third time in 12 months I have invited Expert Plumbing into my home to make a repair. This time it was to replace an ejector sump pump in my basement. Knowing that it was important that we get it done quickly so that we could use the washroom and laundry room, they made room in a really busy schedule and sent out one of their great plumbers. He was in and out in less than a couple of hours, and of course we have a new pump. You cannot go wrong hiring these guys! Boom!

Water heater broke Sunday afternoon, left a message for Expert Plumbing Service. They called first thing Monday and were at my house by 10:00. The sold me a high quality water heater with a maintenance contract (I wanted one). The service was very professional; Chris explained everything, the new water heater was expertly installed, Chris cleaned up after himself (and the old broken water heater), and he was very personable. I will definitely call the next time I need a plumber.

We had a problem with a water heater that worked when it wanted. We knew it needed to be replaced and called a couple of contractors. When we called Expert plumbing, they were very professional and efficient. The technician that came to do the estimate was friendly and informative. I learned a lot from him. He educated without trying to sell me. I appreciate that. We took a couple of weeks to make our decision and when we called Expert they installed our new water heater promptly and at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with the service.

Unfortunately, they did not have the part in stock so the repair took a second day.Dispatch, Teresa, was responsive and communicated each time the service technician was on his way.Pricing was $440 for a leaking cold water supply pipe (copper). A quote was $95 but waived (included) if work was performed.

We contacted Expert Plumbing Service to service our kitchen sink. We had exhausted all options of fixing it ourselves but when Luke arrived, he quickly knew how to address the drain and remove and replace it for us. Additionally, since everything had been soldered together, the plumber had to saw to remove the old drain. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the process to us. The companys truck was equipped with all necessary tools. We were happy with his work.

We found Expert Plumbing by searching the internet. Expert was actually the2nd one we called. The 1st one wasnt able to resolve the problem.Expert responded quickly. When Jason arrived, he spent 2 days routing our drain pipes then rebuilding the piping under the sink. Jason was very knowledgeable , professional and hard working.Not only did he work very hard on our problem, he explained all the way through his work and afterwards gave us very good advice on how to prevent the problem in the future.Thank you Expert Plumbing and Jason.

We have used Expert Plumbing in our home for over 10 years. They have always been professional and very prompt to respond. Lukasz K was their representative for a problem with our ejector pump. He diagnosed the problem and presented us with several options to repair or replace the pump. He presented the pros and cons of each option and let us make the decision. Once we decided to replace, he was very efficient and attentive to detail and his work. He gave us an estimate of the time it would take; he was within a few minutes of that estimate in finishing the job. He explained the process and showed us the steps he was going through during the installation. He was also very attentive to ensure that the whole operation was clean. I would recommend Expert Plumbing or Lukasz K to anyone with home plumbing issues.

Excellent Service. Phil J. was very personable, took care of the issues I had quickly and efficiently, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Phil noted that our Hot Water Tank was fairly old, but still in good shape, and also showed me some knowledgeable options for a Hot Water tank when we feel were ready to replace our existing one. I would definitely use Expert Plumbing Services again and highly recommend their services.

I recently had a main gas line leak and needed it repaired ASAP as our house was on the market. Expert Plumbing was at my house very quickly. They pulled out the pipe going into the house and it was completely corroded and full of holes, thus the leak. They provided an estimate of the costs to replace the pipe and fitting. The entire job was done very quickly. I appreciate that they were able to fix the issue in such a short period and that we were able to get the gas turned back on for our house showing. I would hire them again if I had an urgent plumbing need.

I used Expert Plumbing Service for the first time this week. They sent out a rep named Chris. I can tell you that he was extremely honest about the work that needed to be done and was not pushy about me doing the work. He sat with me and thoroughly explained his plan of attack and the chances that he would be successful. I asked him a lot of questions and felt that he had a good chance of fixing my problem so I asked him to start immediately. Chris never wasted a minute of time while he was on the clock and used a lot of professional equipment while he worked. He completely fixed my problem and put all the pipes and fixtures back in place. I would highly recommend that if you need emergency work that you not only call this company but that you DEMAND that Chris is the one that comes to your home. I called Expert Plumbing 1/1/2019 in the evening for a strong smell coming from the basement, suspected sewer smell, but nothing leaking and all my quick check items negative. They came promptly the next day and Chris found the issue in 5 minutes. Nothing to do with my sewage, but instead the controller and battery backup for my backup sump pump. The controller failed and was overheating and overcharging the battery to cause them to swell. He got everything replaced, including a new sump pump (also needed) quickly and professionally. This could have turned into an expensive fishing expedition for sewer problems if he hadnt quickly and confidently found the real cause. Plus, the battery could have been a serious issue causing fire and or explosion in the near future. I will be calling Expert Plumbing in the future when needed.

I had a leaking hot water heater. I called Expert Plumbing in New Lenox. They sent Phil out the same day. I talked to Phil about which heater to buy. He explained the different ones that would work in my crawl space. I decided on one and Phil called and was able to locate the one I wanted. Phil and 2 others pulled my old heater out and hauled it away. They brought the new one into the crawl space. The 2 helpers left and Phil connected the water pipes to my new heater. Phil is a great guy and plumber. All the people at Expert Plumbing I worked with today were very helpful. I will use them again.

Chris from Expert came to my house. very polite and presentable young Man. I went over all issues I’m experiencing and without heditation he pinpointed problems. He gave me solution which was really noce and explained every one of them. I decided to go with tsnkless hot water heater and battery back up system. He worked hard till late evening to make sure everything is buttoned up and I’m not left without hot water nor sump pump. Highly recommend professional installation. I reviewed Expert about 3 months ago after their visit. For some reason it didnt post to their site although i see it under my personal reviews. For that reason i am going to copy my previous review after i complete the current one. I seriously cant say enough good things about this company! I am one who does quite a few reviews as its important to me that in this day in age that if a company does a good job they should be acknowledged, as customer service and honest, reliable, quality work is rare these days. With that being said, I couldnt be more pleased once again with Expert Plumbing! They stand behind their work and my latest plumber to come out today was Keith W. This gentleman was on time, professional, explained everything thoroughly to me before the work started and upon completion he checked everything with me watching and showed me so i could see the job was done right. He made a suggestion about a possible issue moving forward with a different pipe i have but wasnt pushy about it or trying to upsell me on anything. It was simply a suggestion for the future which i appreciated very much! He was also very pleasant to talk to and went the extra mile with everything he did. I just cant say enough good things about Keith and the job he did and his kindness and professionalism and once again the young lady i spoke to on the phone initially Christine was her usual pleasant and super helpful self and im very grateful to her as well. Thank you Expert Plumbing for everything you do!Below is my previous post that never showed up for some reason. It was about 3 months ago.Expert Plumbing is the gold star as far as Plumbing services in this area as far as I am concerned. We wouldnt go to anyone else! Our plumber Brian W is an absolute incredible Plumber and all around great guy! He went above and beyond with his service call to my home and was able to rectify the problem by crawling around in our crawlspace(not a lot of fun and not easy to get into) and finding a solution to our problem. Although Im sure it was a huge pain in the backside, Brian did not hesitate to go down there and did it with a smile on his face. Many plumbers would not even have attempted to go down there and would have made some excuse as to why they couldnt but not Expert Plumbing and Brian. He was so professional but yet personable and left no doubt in our minds that he was not going to leave until the problem was solved. I am very thankful to Expert Plumbing and Brian for their honesty, professionalism, and dedication to doing things the right way! Thank you to Brian and Expert Plumbing for all you do as you guys have a customer for life and we will continue to refer our friends and family to you as we already have! A special recognition to Lucasz as well as he has been our usual Plumber from Expert who usually comes out. I cannot say enough nice things about Lucasz as he is an incredible employee but just as importantly a wonderful human being! I joked with Brian that Lukasz was our #1 man/Plumber but with what Brian just did at our house, Brian is now right on Lukaszs coattails now for that recognition. Lol.Almost forgot! I would be remiss if I didnt mention Christine who I spoke to on the phone and who I believe is the regular person who usually handles the phone calls. She is always so professional and nice and kind. She always does what she says shes going to do and is always reliable and always very sweet!

On Wednesday February 13, I went down to my laundry room only to find my water heater tank failed. I called work to notify them I would not be in due to all the water I had to clean up. I looked online for a professional plumber that was local with positive recognition reviews. I found only one that I was impressed with and that was Expert Plumbing Service Inc. I called the phone number listed on the internet and scheduled an appointment for an estimate that morning. A young plumber named Chris quoted me pricing using a few different options. My Wife and I talked and agreed on an option and Chris went to work. Chris was very respectful, honest and candid thought the entire process. Chris accomplished the work in a clean manner, he picked up during and after he replaced the water heater. Chris explained the warranty and also the included annual service. Update 05/28/21: Coming up on the holiday weekend, our sump pump quit Friday PM. Called at 3, Lukasz was onsite at 5:30 and had the new pump & switch installed in an hour. Outstanding!!Selling our house, buyers requested sealed sump pit covers. Lukasz from Expert was informative and speedy. He showed up on time, described our options and got the job done same day. The job was not easy and required re-plumbing the pump and vent line. Weve relied on Expert Plumbing and they have never let us down (Lukasz did our water heater a few years ago) . The price was fair for the amount of work done.

There was a leak in pipe under kitchen floor to the ice maker. It took more time to get quotes than to open the floor and make the repair. Other plumbers were interested in re-plumbing the house but this failure look like the leak was caused from a piece of rubble rubbing on the outside of the pipe instead corrosion from the inside. Glad i did not do the whole house.
