I was heading into what was going to be a record cold evening with no hot water. These guys were able to come the same day to replace my water heater. Tim and Sergio were courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the changes that would have to be made to bring it to code and answered all my questions. The work was done faster than I expected and they cleaned up everything. I am extremely happy with the service they provided.

DRF Water Heating Solutions exceeded my expectations from start to finish, I was skeptical at first because I was having the work done through The Home Depot and I had heard horror stories about contractor from big box stores in the past but I was desperate because I woke up at 5am to a bad water heater with water everywhere and needed to pay using my Home Depot credit card. After making an appointment through The Home Depot app I received a call from DRF Water Heating Solutions The rep was professional and polite and was able to flawlessly set up an appointment for a same day install. A delivery crew was at my house within a couple of hours of my request and the install team (Tim D. & partner) were at my house immediately soon after. Tim & his partner were both polite & professional during their visit and did a great job with the install, they explained everything they did and kept me updated during the process. They made a stressful day feel like a walk in the park. The Home Depot has a great company doing work for them & DRF Water Heating Solutions has a great staff working for them.

From the first call for a quote to the final signature on the paperwork, I had a great experience. The installer, Erik, and his helper Sergio were professional, efficient, tidy, and kept me updated on their progress during the 2 hours they were working. They showed me how to use the water heater and gave me next steps once it was completely functional. It can be difficult to find trustworthy service providers but these guys are top notch.

Excellent service. Andy, Brandon & Eric went above and beyond I would highly recommend them. We had a horrible experience with Captain Rooter who lied and said they were a licensed plumbers they were here for 3 days and messed everything up including damaging my gas meter and caused a gas leak. Andy, Brendon and Eric did an amazing job. Cleaned up the mess Captain Rooter made and was done within 4 hours. They were professional, knowledgeable and outstanding gentleman. They seriously saved our lives because the way Captain Rooter vented the unit was not safe and would never pass inspection. Thank You guys, you are the BEST!!!

Kevin L was great. He told me the issue was not the water heater and told me exactly what I need to do to fix my issues. Our hot water heater went out early morning on a Saturday. We called several companies trying to get a replacement. ABC kept us hanging for over 24 hours and then called and said they could not assist us. We called Four Seasons and they still haven’t responded. We contacted Home Depot and they contacted DRF, who responded almost immediately and sent someone out within a couple of hours, on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, the size needed is no longer available, but DRF provided us with all of the options for replacement which allowed us to make an informed decision and the ability to work within our budget. We chose to have them reconfigure the venting, to accommodate the slightly taller model, so that we could still have a 40 gallon hot water heater. The company arrived the next morning and started working immediately. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism and response time. We will use DRF for any future needs. Don’t bother with all of those other companies, call DRF for your heating and plumbing issues. You won’t be disappointed and the work will be completed professionally and timely. Thank you DRF!

Clayton and Ed were very professional and explained the new furnace and safety features clearly. They removed and installed quickly but the solder work was tight! Wish I could do it so clean. Thanks guys and a shout out to the company. My original install was not to code and they pointed that out and did not just repeat the original installation error, this cost them a second trip and some extra work, but they didn’t increase my quote. I appreciate the concern and professionalism. In this case they chose doing the job right over maximizing profits. That gets my loyalty.

They were both very friendly and Tom took the time to explain everything in detail. I had a new water heater installed and the size was going to be a tight fit. The guys were very nice (Vince and Ryan) and were able to get everything hooked up and done in about an hour. I was surprised they managed to fit the new heater into the utility closet and was very grateful.Unfortunately, later in the day i noticed a hot water pressure issue. I called back and we tried troubleshooting it over the phone. It was unsuccessful so they had to send someone back out. They waived the service fee since i just had the heater installed the day before. Kevin just came out today. He checked a few rooms and the heater. Upon closer inspection, he found there was some solder in the hot water line. He cleared it and i now have wonderful hot water throughout the house. Kevin was very nice and efficient.I would have given 5 stars if it werent for the hiccup in service.

After the install they explained everything they had done and gave an explanation on use of the water heater. Our family was in dire need of having a 24 year old water heater tank to be replaced. It had slowly started dripping water and needed to be replaced immediately. The water heater that was suggested we purchase for the replacement tank did not work, it was too large to fit in the space allowed. Luckily Kevin, our installer, had another brand of water heater that would fit in the space that we have in a closet that basically houses our furnace and water heater tank. Were also fortunate that Kevin is as skilled as he is, because new pipes and fittings were needed to install the new water heater. He also needed to replace the aging ventilation that came off of the old water heater. He workerd competently, and without wasting time. Thankfully he allowed me to go and clean the closet area out before placing the new water heater tank with a catch pan. And I thanked him for taking just a little break to allow me to do so.But what I found most amazing About Kevin, is that my 16 year old son really wanted to take a try at installing our water heater himself. He works with his father on such projects and had seen it done before and felt confident that he would be able to do it on his own, had we just gone out and bought one . His eyes were glued to what Kevin was doing has he worked. Noticing my sons keen interest, he strongly encouraged my son to look into an apprenticeship in the field of Plumbing which includes installing water heater tanks. I called up Home Depot and ordered a new tank and scheduled an install since my old tank was pretty old and I knew it would require more work than I was capable of doing.I believe within an hour of ordering and scheduling with Home Depot(on a saturday no less) Donovan showed up. He took a quick look at my setup, determined what needed to be done, laid it all out explaining it to me, and got to work. Jesse is a great guy and did great job! Him and his partner took their times. Explained me everything. He also called the office to me some discount. He is very professional and after the installation of water heater he walked me though and gave me some tips too. Great Job!!!

Tom R. and Tyler of DRF Trusted Property Solutions were extremely professional and did great work. They were polite and contentious while installing our new hot water heater. They were sure to leave the apartment clean and with working hot water. Before they left they made sure I understood how the new hot water heater works and how to adjust the temperature and restart the pilot light. They also left a free standing water alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.
