After another plumber came, left and the hot water heater problem returned an hour later but they said they couldn’t get back to us the same day, Justin Dorsey Plumbing saved us and got our hot water back up and running that night! Kevin was great, had everything he needed to get it fixed and explained it all to us as well as what our options could be for new products down the line. When that time comes we’ll definitely be using Justin Dorsey Plumbing again!

Called Justin Dorsey Plumbing after another company let me down. They came out same day and gave me an estimate. Were able to start the work of replacing a shallow well pump and line the next morning. By mid morning we had water again!!! Recommend to all I know.

I would highly recommend this companyI called and they got me an appointment the same day for our toliet. Woman on the phone was very professional.Brad was our plumber that took care of the diagnosis and stayed with us until the job was done. He recommended a great company,AA Septic Service, that came to pump out the septic ssystem.Brad worked with the man that arrived and made sure all drains and toliet were working properly afterhe installed a riser to make system more accessible in the future.

Tig was the best! Immediately diagnosed the problem, installed the new water softener, showed us how to maintain the softener and the water heater. And even a new stopper in the shower tub. We have used them for home and business for years. You won’t find a better company!

I live upstairs of this building for over a year. The property manager is very easy to work with. It is a very old building so all neighbors know what they are doing. But the only reason Im moving is there is 17 stairs to get to my apartment. My health doesnt like that. But a great price for an apartment (even though it is small) in downtown Plainfield.

Had them out last year to help with the remodel of the spare bathroom and the gentleman did an awesome job. Call this time to fix a leaky faucet. The gentleman that came out did an awesome job too. They do a great job and are a less costly than some of the others out there.

Troy came over to replace a valve behind my fridge. I originally called to have him look at two valves that were marked as issues by another service company. Troy was honest and straightforward no up charging or scamming which sadly has been an issue for most places I have come to look at or do repairs on issues in my home. He gave me a direct price which was extremely honest and fair and got to work. He didnt take long and did a great job. I will definitely be sticking with Justin Dorsey Plumbing from now on for everyone my home needs. Its a huge relief to finally have someone I can go to for plumbing that isnt going to try to drain me.
