    I contacted ARS due to an issue with our main line. They called me back within minutes and I had an appointment scheduled for the same day. Steve came out to our house and he was a pleasure to work with. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable.     Thomas Lawson serviced my furnace this Sunday Morning. Our unit was installed 08/30/23. Our unit was coming on for about 3 minutes and then shutting off for 2 minutes. He adjusted the gas pressure valves on both the phase 1 and phase 2 burner systems. He also found that my humidifier was not hooked up properly. Thomas is obviously a very talented asset for ARS. I appreciate his promptness and knowledge and his work ethic.

    Once the prep man and installer were here I give them 5+ stars. Very friendly and knowledgeable! However, I had to speak with 5 different ladies in order to get the guys to my house. No coordination of information.

    Just bought a home, so I had a regular maintenance check up on my HVAC. Logan O., my technician, was amazing. I really appreciated how he talked through in and outs of my system. He also made sure to let me know how to continue to take care of my system, including providing really great recommendations to support my HVACs longevity, as well as overall air quality in my home. For example, we have pets, and my husband has allergies, and with his recommendation we went for installing their EAC filter.If you are looking for a company that cares about people, definitely give ARS a call.Excited to get on their maintenance plan and continue working with them.***Update***I have continued to work with ARS and their team.     This is the second home that we have had to completely replace the AC/Furnace within a short amount of time after we moved in. We used ARS for both homes and have been completely satisfied with their service, products and professionalism. Austin D. came out to get our furnace up and running in May, Logan O. came out several weeks ago to do regular maintenance and discovered a host of issues that were a result of age and neglect on the part of the previous owners, and Aaron C. came out immediately to help us find the best replacement to fit our needs before the whole system died on us during a heat wave. Chasen M. was the technician that installed our new unit and he was conscientious, punctual and professional just like everyone we have worked with on the Indianapolis team. I mention all of these employees by name to show that from start to finish, we received exceptional service. It did take several tries to get a service call scheduled due to the demand for emergency maintenance late May, but this was communicated and explained, and I understood why the company prioritized individuals that have NO air conditioning over routine maintenance. Thank you to everyone involved for their assistance in our project!

    Rick replaced my outdoor water faucet, but not before he replaced the indoor piping & shut off valves. The piping was kinked in 2 places (could have burst & flooded my basement - which is a finished basement!!). He could have told me Iā€™d have to remove the wall paneling so he could easily access the problem, maybe someone less experienced would have, but he worked around the problem & methodically replaced the bad piping & left my wall intact!!I was so pleased with his knowledge & experience, his dedication & how he worked thru the obstacles to get everything working & completedšŸ‘šŸ‘I told Rick he was a wizard & a Houdini!!He was very respectful of myself & my property & cleaned everything up like it was before he came! We will definitely request him in the future._____________________Rapid service for A/C outage. Roy is a very experienced and friendly professional who rapidly identified the problem and solved it, explaining as he went. He explained possible simple interventions I could do in the future to try before calling. (He also identified some duct issues for future correction.     We had a new air conditioner and electronic air cleaner installed yesterday by Collin and his assistant Austin. They did an excellent job and worked very hard. Some of the time it was pouring down rain but they just kept working. When they were done they made sure that everything was cleaned up. They didnt leave until they knew we were 100% satisfied with the job. We would definitely recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter. Great job Collin and Austin!!!

    We have a recurring kitchen issue. Every time we have an issue, we call ARS Rescue Rooters. We have experience with Bob and to us he is the best. He is able to unclog the drain and then it stays clean for good.     When I called on Thursday night , I was impressed to actually get a call and to get an appointment the next day!! Jeremy was the tech , he called me by 8:15 am to let me know when I could expect him. After Jeremy arrived, he was very quick to check out the issue with the air . There was a potential thunderstorm headed in the area, and Jeremy had safety first and wanted to do his best before the storms. I explained what I knew happened from the night before and Jeremy was quick to check out everything and fixed my issue. Jeremy did a very good job. He is very knowledgeable.     The technician that came out was extremely nice and very professional. He was easy to talk to you and he did a great job explaining a lot of future issues that I might run into as well. Which is important to me because Iā€™m a first time home owner. He was able to get everything draining properly without any extensive work needing done. And that means a lot to me because we had water pipes burst in December and to be honest Iā€™m kind of done with dealing with water issues. He was very informative about future care and preventative maintenance that I could do. Overall, a great experience.

There was an issue with the installation of the new water line, but ARS took full responsibility and fixed everything quickly and with quality.Even with the issue originally ARS stands behind their work and I would use them again.

    The service was excellent. Shane Ringer, the technician sent to diagnose and repair my AC, was professional and pleasant to deal with. Although the part was not on his truck, a service fee was added for him to get the part and install it today. Sadly, the price of the replacement part was ridiculously overpriced (I found the exact same part for a 10th of the price ARS charged me) but otherwise I am satisfied with the work that was done today.

I have never been let down and Iā€™m always treated like a valued customer from making the appointment to completing the necessary work.Today, Austin came out to clear a clogged drain. He was very humble and explained everything clearly. He set reasonable expectations and while the price was more than initially quoted, I didnā€™t get the impression that he was trying to ā€œhustleā€ me on the price.     Had my water heater go out on me in my new home and called ARS for some plumbing assistance. Tony came out and installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater for me and resolved the issue like it was nothing! He explained what happened with my old water heater, showed me how to adjust the temperature and thinks to look for on the new one as well, and even helped me locate my main water shut off valve in the event of a future house leak. He was super friendly and professional!

    Very busy week for HVAC companies as first really cold week of Fall. Not a shock that they couldnā€™t make first appt time but we rescheduled for next day. Excellent technician Ben was able to diagnose problem after supply houses were closed. Facing a weekend with no heat he called other workers and one had the right part on his truck. An hour later they hooked up and he returned to install new circuit board. Above and beyond service. Very capable service.

    This service was very well done. The serviceman was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.But we found that, last fall, the previous service person had cheated. In changing the filter we found that the previous furnace/AC maintenance had been very poorly done. The serviceman had crammed the folded filter into the box and put back in place. The result was very little filtering anda mashed up filter. If you charged for filter replacement you owe me a refund.

    When our water heater went out, we ended up encountering more problems than expected. Thankfully, ARS provided their help and expertise to help solve all of our problems, even when it wasnt something they strictly needed to do. They went above and beyond, every step of the way.Tommy, who installed the unit, drained and removed the old water heater. He was able to get the new, wide, unit in and installed with no damage anywhere, even though the fit was very tight and required us to take off a door and rehang it afterwards, which he did with no complaints or problems. He and Manuel, who quoted the work, also managed to get everything sorted out with the store I purchased the water heater from. I went through the stores protection plan rather than the manufacturers warranty, and ended up in a weird situation that would have required me to make several calls to customer service lines to get untangled. Tommy offered his help, called the manufacturer, talked to the store, and got things straightened out for me all while picking up the new tank. Then, when I still received push back from the stores warranty policy, Manuel was kind enough to provide me with the documents I needed in order to get my warranty fulfilled. Absolutely outstanding service!Ive spent a lot of time on the other side of interactions like these. I know how easy it is, as a contractor, to call it good enough, or to say, sorry, not my job. Check the contract. NONE of that from ARS. They provided high quality work and great communication, and they delivered it professionally and quickly.     I cant say enough about this company. We had an eighty year old furnace. They came out on Monday and gave a quote. It was installed along with central air.     I use ARS all the time and have the maintenance package that reduces the amount I pay for any extra service calls. Logan is the guy who came out pretty late because my 6 year old furnace was on auxiliary heat, which is emergency heat and can cost you a lot when your electric bill comes. Anyway he was very thorough and explained everything to us. I hope he comes back tomorrow to fix the rest of the problem, they need some parts and can do that during business hours tomorrow. Logan put my trust back fully in ARS. Most of the guys there are really good, but Logan was excellent.Ill update this when they fix the whole problem, but it is looking positive and when I had a plumbing issue Anthony Greenen was the most expert plumbing guy I have met. ARS is a fair price for a good job. You get what you pay for. More updates on my furnace, hopefully my 10 year parts and labor warranty will cover any unexpected issues!     My well pump went bad. The guys, Mark and Jameson, came out did an evaluation. They seemed knowledgeable and explained in detail the work that would need done and the parts that needed replaced. They came for the repairs and I had water up and running in about 3 hours. They were thoughtful, to keep the new pump hose off the ground to avoid contamination to my water supply. Nice guys, good work, So happy to have water again. I would recommend ARS. Oh ya, they let me see my old equipment, my broken pump. I took a picture.     The ac and furnace were installed in Aug. At the time of installation, the furnace was not checked. We had issue with it on the first time. Called ARS and Chris came out. Checked the gas pressure, setup up 2nd stage setting properly thru his phone. Checked the outside unit. Change thermostat setting to gas. Chris knows what he is doing. Everything is back on online.

    I had the best experience with ARS! We were struggling with a hot house so we called ARS to come check it out. They did a full inspection on the system and ended up finding that our duct work below our house was not functioning how it should. They fixed the duct work, and also did a full tune up on our system. They were fast and extremely easy to work with. Will definitely be calling ARS for any future needs!

    I just recently bought a home and the main sewer line collapsed 3 weeks before my wedding. Every other plumber I spoke to had a weekā€™s waiting time just for an estimate, and no payment plan. ARS was quick, they gave us the cheapest quote, and they have payment plans for people who donā€™t have $4k lying around. We worked with Manuel Fuentes and he was very compassionate and kind.
