Love Welburn Electric! My garbage disposal went out second time in three weeks. Time to call a pro. He not only changed my wiring underneath my sink so I can now plug in a garbage disposal instead of wiring it in. He saved the new disposal by changing the wiring to a plug in with an adapter. So I got to return the new disposal I had waiting that was the plug in type. Then he changed the wiring above the sink that turns the disposal on. That was the problem, not the disposal. All for a little over 200$ I wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you Welburn Electric!

For my last job with them (this was #2 I believe), I had a fairly simple, but two person, job to rewire the section of wiring between the bathroom fan and the switch. (They are actually who installed the new bathroom fan and replacement switch in a prior job.)The office staff was friendly and helpful, and were able to get me scheduled in an timely fashion.Job Background: Something in the walls was producing small levels of ozone that would build up in our master bath and bedroom. Over time, I was able to determine the general culprit and this section of wiring was the last section untouched and unreplaced components that could have been the cause. With my Asthma, ozone is is even more of a problem so I had to get this resolved.The two technicians that came out to perform this work were both highly knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and I can not say enough good about either of them in a professional manner. My only caveat with using Welburn Electric Inc is to be aware they do charge travel time. With them being in Phoenix and Im in Central Point; in the end about 1/3 of my bill was travel time which does add up as you get more workers involved.

We had a tough job-- no doubt. However, Sam, Molly, Cheyenne and Brett were all great to deal with. They got us through some bad weather, parts that didnt fit, etc. They were all amazingly courteous and friendly. They got the job completed and made us feel like we had a partner in our construction project. If you can get him, Sam is the guy!! So understanding, fast and competent! Were glad to have worked with WEI!!

Preston was very polite and very professional. He showed up on time and installed a bathroom fan and light in less than an hour. Totally cleaned up everything up everything and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again!

Came out on short notice. Quickly analyzed the problem to be at the power company transformer. Power company fixed the problem and we were back in business. Cost was merely the standard call out service. Honest company and knows their stuff.

Could not be happier with the Welburn Electric team. Working with Sam was amazing. Were doing a major remodel of a 105 year old house that had a mixture of knob and tube and old (not so) handyman stuff going on. Sam was fast, flexible and knowledgeable. Molly and the office staff were always cheerful and accommodating. Well never call anyone else.

If I could rate them 10 STARS I would. Needing an electrician I called multiple companies for 2 days with no luck in getting an electrician to come out and look at the problem. I got a referral to try Welburn and I am so glad I did. I called on Tuesday and they didnt have an appointment till Friday (which I was fine with) but they put me on a cancellation list and they were able to get a guy out that afternoon. Because it was short notice for the afternoon appointment WELBURN worked around my schedule to make it work. The electrician arrived and was super friendly and diagnosed the problem and got it solved in about 30 minutes !!! I am beyond impressed with this company and as a Realtor I will definitely be recommending them to my real estate clients ! THANK YOU WELBURN !!!

Ive had welburn do a couple of jobs. I usually have the homeowner call them for remodels i do locally . Easy to work with, and if there is something I dont like it is quickly corrected. No complaints. Quite happy and will continue to use until i retire.

Absolutely the best service and helpful people you could possible hope to deal with. I called in with an emergency with no power to my home and they made it a point to run out and help me instead of trying to put me off or overcharge me for initial evaluation of the problem. I have a large family and with no water or power in the home I was prepared to pay just about anything, the price was very fair and I will use them for everything related to electrical in the future Thank you all again!!!!

Welburn Electric were wonderful! They installed a dedicated circuit for my hot tub. When I was looking for an electrician, they responded promptly and set up and appointment for a quote right away. The gentleman ( I think his name was Brett?) that showed up appeared and acted in a very kind and professional manner. They gave me a fair quote for the work which was emailed to me the very next day.On the day of the job, Steve the electrician showed up 10 minutes prior to the agreed time (kudos). He was very polite and professional. Luckily, the work was straight forward and he was done fast and the work looked great (still does). In fact, the city inspector came by this morning to ensure everything was done to code and he was also impressed with the quality of work. He asked me who I went through and I gladly told him.In a valley full of companies who cant even return your calls, Its refreshing to know that good customer service is still alive and well. Thank you Welburn, I will be sure to recommend you to all of my friends and family.P.s. The office staff were also very nice and pleasant to talk to. Cheyanne was very prompt to return my calls and help me with scheduling. Thanks again guys!

We had 5 LED ceiling lights installed and changed one faulty wall switch. Sean showed up as scheduled, was efficient, professional and friendly.
