John, Jesus, and their team are truly incredible!You will not find a more knowledgeable, kind, and affordable group to work with!Our project (new 200A panel in a new location, change from aerial wire to in-ground, car charger, etc) was complicated, time consuming, frustrating at times - all due to issues with the utility company and the City of Phoenix. Despite all the roadblocks, Vale City always kept us in the loop and assured us they had it handled, which they did!Do yourself a favor, if you need any electrical work done, regardless of the size of the project - look no further than Vale City Electric.

I received a call from my tenants late on a Sunday evening in the middle of summer. I called Vale City Electric around 7pm that same Sunday and they were able to have power restored within a few hours. John the owner informed me that although he was able to restore power that I was going to have to upgrade the entire panel which requires getting the utility company, city and other entities involved. Within 24 hours of deciding to move forward with the panel replacement, John had permits filed and immediately got the ball rolling. Through out the entire process I got status updates and I never had any issues getting ahold of the Vale city team, and they always responded promptly to texts. Great communication, High quality work and very competitive pricing.

John and his team were awesome to work with. Fair pricing, neat and professional prep work and clean up, and good communication! We were nervous because our 1941 home had to have some serious work done, like upgrading to 200 amp panel and adding several circuits and outlets, but John and his team had no issues problem solving and getting everything done on time. 10/10 recommend!

Ive used Vale City Electric twice. The first time was for electrical on a new build, and John and his crew went above and beyond. They did all the communicating with APS as well phenomenal electrical work. The second time was for a panel change out, and my experience was the same. I didnt have to worry about dealing with the city or SRP, they handled it all. I highly recommend!

I had to leave due to another appointment and they locked up for me and made sure to stay in communication and send pictures. When I got home I was beyond impressed.
