We recently had Montana come and fix our electrical issues. He was pretty quick on figuring out the cause and fixing everything in a timely matter. All even say Montana was there on time at the earlier part of the window given and that made it a pleasant experience for myself. I always hate waiting til end of time windows. Made it easier to get other errands done instead of having to wait around. I know that doesnt always happen. Montana went straight to work and was finish less than an hour..Thanks for quick and efficient work. We will be using them again.

My experience was with a warranty repair. I couldnt have had a better experience. I was able to go over a few issues we were having and get a professional opinion on whether or not there was a larger issue at play. Ultimately the main issue I reached out to resolve was fixed in a reasonable timeframe. I wasnt in any hurry but basically just had to wait for some replacement lights to come in which only took a few days. The technician Cole was on time and very helpful.

I couldn’t recommend this company enough. I was working from home early in the morning with my child home sick when I realized my electrical outlet in my office was on fire! I was absolutely terrified and called the first place I could find on Google. Frank not only dropped everything to help me put the fire out, but he also asked me to send photos and videos of the outlet so he could figure out how it started. Frank even called that evening to make sure everything was okay. I wish all companies were as thoughtful and customer-focused as the amazing team at Sunbelt Electric. I used them for an American Home Shield warranty repair on three ceiling fans, and I was so impressed with Coles professionalism that I then I contracted them to replace four exterior security lights. These folks are awesome! They really went to bat for me when dealing with the home warranty people (they literally spent hours being interrogated by them) after I made a rookie mistake with regards to how to work with home warranty people. Thanks to them I was able to get my electrical box replaced and the work was approved by the home warranty! They were also professional and did great work! They even did a temporary fix to keep me going until they could do the actual repairs! I will definitely be using them again when I need electrical work and highly recommend them!

Changed Electrical Disconnect Unit that powers AC unit on the roof.This company came as part of an insured repair problem. We were so pleased with Paul’s professionalism and attention to detail. He arrived before the estimated time range we expected and was finished within that estimated arrival time! And this wasn’t a quickie job - he was working on the Roof to replace an electrical unit that powers the heat pump/AC unit. We were very pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend this electrician and his company and I’m putting their contact information into my phone. I can’t think of a statement that says more about my opinion.

Jim arrived after a heads-up phone call, he was very courteous and was able to fix some mysterious wiring issues very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! My electrician, Dave, needed more time to properly fix my situation, so he was back again the next morning. My house is close to 80 years old, with some remodel head-scratchers, so I was very impressed with Dave’s determination to find and fix the problem. Not only was Dave a super nice guy, but this company is extremely well set up. They send you GPS info to let you know when your technician will be arriving. Why aren’t every businesses doing this?? It amazing, and should be so simple these days. If you don’t know where to start, call Sunbelt. If you have a 50+ year old home you should probably mention that so you can schedule an extended appointment just in case.

Ive used this company in the past and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Starting with the front office, both ladies Ive spoken to AJ and I dont remember the other womans name but both have been very friendly and professional. Its the worse to call a company and they sound dry like they dont want to be there. My tech was Sam. He is amazing! He was punctual, had mask on, professional and got the job done extremely quick. Nobody wants to deal with the headache of electrical issues but having a competent technician definitely eased my mind because I knew the job would be done correct! Sunbelt came and did their job and they were good. BUT American Home Shield is the worse. We have been waiting for heating in our home for now 6 days and American Home Shield is slow on their feet to provide fast service in getting it to us. During a 7-day period between plumbing issues and heating issues it has been a fiasco with them. Hopefully tomorrow we will get someone in to repair the furnace

Scheduling was done swiftly; telephone and email confirmations followed; also aSame day reminder and an On the way call were sent by Connor, our service tech, who arrived ten minutes early (organized, eager and pleasant). He explained what could be the problem with our Casa Blanca ceiling fan and proceeded to test and eliminate one of the two possibilities. He then gave us 3 options...we chose to have it restored. It would take 3-6 weeks....we said OK. He swiftly and carefully removed it and wrapped it in our old towels he requested. Our fan was surprisingly repaired early and reinstalled within 4 days...with emails, phone scheduling & perfect ETA in place, with the same care, efficiency and professionalism by Connor and the team.WOW...EXCELLENCE from beginning to end throughout the whole company and its affiliates, too !!!

My lights in my house had been flickering for the past couple weeks and I called my home warranty company. The warranty company sent out Sunbelt Electric for my call. I must admit I had low expectations as I had worked with companies for other issues with my home warranty. Frank was the technician who responded to my house call. Not only was he extremely professional, polite, and arrived on time calling ahead to tell me that he was arriving soon, but he did little things that most other home call service technicians dont do such as wiping his feet before he comes in the house, making sure that he is not tracking anything into the house and avoiding walking on carpets and cleaning up after himself. After explaining everything in thorough detail and waiting around to make sure the problem was solved he then showed me how much I saved by calling the home warranty and how much it would have cost me had I called him directly. He even asked if I had any other questions and when I told him I had a problem with the electricity running to my pool pump he took a look at that too and offered his advice.I wont hesitate to call Frank at Sunbelt for any future needs.
