    Let me just say that this might be the most top notch company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. After a long, hard search, I finally came across this awesome company to install my new HVAC system. Their 5 star rating with thousands of fantastic reviews makes all the sense in the world now. I had the pleasure of working with Jacob, who was the lead in scheduling a time for my new unit to be installed, while Michael was the main installer, along with Tyler and Raul working alongside him. They were all super nice and thorough, and did an amazing job with the install, as they were also able to get a new unit put into my condo within just a few days. Their pricing was pretty reasonable, too, which was a plus. I cant say enough good things about ProSkill Services and its staff, as they were all great. I spoke with Nick a few times on the phone, as well, who seemed to be right on top of things and was also super friendly. Im so thankful that I chose this company in the end, after talking with about 20 different companies during my search. No joke!     Jose was excellent, he did a thorough job on the HVAC house inspection. Very professional and I received a detailed report with pictures and findings.     ProSkill replaced my A/C unit in the spring of 2023. They performed a maintenance check on the heating system as a part of their maintenance service on December 20, 2023. The maintenance representative, Richard, was very professional and checked out the system and found it to be in working order. I was happy with the time and attention he took to inspect everything.

    The employees of this company definitely live up to the companys name. They are professional and skilled at what they do. Daniel removed our old water softener system and installed a new ProSkill system. He did a great job, he explained the system and process very well, and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. The new system is working well.Dylan and Jay were also out this week to perform an inspection on our house. They were very thorough and gave us a detailed report of their findings. We appreciated their professionalism and their suggestions. The company has some stellar employees!

    Denis came and serviced our HVAC today. He was so kind and helpful, changed out my smoke detector batteries on top of thoroughly checking out the heating system. He didnt need to, but he even helped me with how to work my thermostat. I highly recommend Denis and this company!

    Jose was polite and professional during his time at our house. He was able to arrive early and completed the work in less time than scheduled. ProSkills practice of using detailed photographs showing the condition of the A/C unit is very helpful. He clearly discussed the options and pros and cons of the one item that he felt needed fixing. He did not use pressure or scare tactics as part of the discussion.

    I am always so happy when I use Pro-skill services. I have used them over the past 8 years for heating, AC, electric, hot water heater, and garbage disposal. Not only do they make the repair or replace the unit but they also always educate this 76 year old widow on what I can do to take better better care of my unit. ALL of the employees are young clean cut very polite men. Whoever is doing the hiring at this place of business knows what they are doing. Today I had Craig Schmiemeier. This is the 2nd time I have had him for a house call. He did not disappoint and educated me on what I could do to keep my disposal working better and longer. I have Pro-Skill do my annual maintenance on heating and cooling so that means I have had at least 16 maintenance appointments plus several repair/replace appointments and not even 1 complaint. I highly recommend!!

    Proskills have been awesome. They have done everything possible to keep us happy. From install to issues, they are respectful, knowledgeable, and respond In a very prompt manner. Can’t speak for everyone, but most of our service calls have been same day. This last one, we call around 1pm and they arrived around 3pm. That’s incredible with the heat we get. All the service techs are great at what they do, Richard W. And Michael A.we are latest techs and when you treat them right with water, a cool place to take a break, even if that may be their truck, well, that’s seems to go well for me. They are looking out for me, I can make sure they stay healthy. The heat is nothing to take lightly. I only wish the would work on my boat. But I haven’t asked. Five stars all the way!

    Ricky was amazing and very helpful with the connection of the thermostat process and suggesting items that are needed with our house.     One of my a/c units went out; both are 13+ years old. I found ProSkill Services on the Next Door app - they had great reviews and did not disappoint. Within five days of my initial phone call on a Thursday - I had new units installed and running by Tuesday. The initial rep was great and the 4-man crew that did the install were professional, on time, and hard working.Also, just had them come by again to flush my water heaters. Again, great service, friendly reps, professional and fairly priced.

    When I called ProSkill about installing a mini-split AC system, a representative came out that day and provided estimates as well.     Our AC unit failed on a Sunday with the projected high expected to be 108*. I called ProSkill and they were at our home within 1.5 hours. Thankfully, it was a repair that could be accomplished immediately. The technician, Karl, had the part on his truck and we were up and cooling in no time. Karl was very helpful explaining how the part worked in the unit and he performed additional diagnostics to let us know the overall health of the unit. This company has serviced us before and we have no complaints!

    I recently called ProSkill to install a new 3 1/2 ton Trane AC unit. Daniel was the lead technician and so friendly and helpful. He showed me the issues and resolved them all. He went over and above making the install seamless and professional. The AC handler room looks 1000 times better than it ever did and he had to fix the shabby job originally done back in 2003. I highly recommend Daniel and ProSkill. In fact, they have installed our hot water tank and water softener and each time they have sent very friendly, professional technicians. I love this company!

    Jonathan was great! This was the second time we had him. The first time we had him out to fix a leak. He gave us a reasonable estimate to replace our soft water system. Send me a report after 15 minutes of evaluation what’s wrong with the AC.I received three offers from Tobias… went above and beyond to get it installed today! 27 hours later, Carlos and Jose finished the installation.     First Mike Cornwall spent an hour accessing our needs, discussing options and measuring pressures. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Within an hour Holdyn Wyatt was on his way to install a new water heater. Holdyn was a great technician and completed our instillation with skill and great communication. We expected the whole process to take 4-5 days, instead it took 4-5 hours I appreciate the level of service that the entire ProSkill team provides to us each time we call on them.     Pro Skills did an AMAZING 5 Star job ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our water heater exploded and was gushing down our driveway while we were out of town. Pro Skills actually CALLED US because a neighbor notified them of what was going on. They were at our house immediately to help assess the damage and turn off the water. They had our water heater replaced within hours of it exploding. Thank you to everyone at Pro Skills who helped us out!!! The absolute BEST IN TOWN!!!!

    Had an outdoor coil installation with Tyler/Ryan.Arrived on time with the part and manage to handle and install it successfully.Checked everything to make sure it worked to potential.I had a lot of questions,because the unit was purchased 2 years ago but the coil was leaking,which rased my electric bill almost double.Tyler was patient and understanding.He was very knowledgeable and did his best to give me much information on what to look for,when having my annual maintenance next time.Technicians like Tyler are the ones that keep Proskill customer service at A professional level!Thank you very much Tyler/Ryan!

    My experience with ProSkill was excellent! My ac unit quit working on a Saturday. They had a technician out the same day by 1pm. Turned out that my 18 year old unit needed to be replaced. The whole process was easy, fast, and all the technicians were friendly and cleaned up everything nicely. My technicians were Daniel and Gerry. They were very pleasant and thorough, answering all of my questions. I also needed someone to come back and do some air balancing, which they scheduled in a timely manner. David came out and helped resolve that for me as well. I would highly recommend ProSkill!

    Michael Cornwell was very professional. Our water heater broke today and we needed to replace it. He came out the same day, gave us options of different water heaters. He was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. The crew will install the new wall water heater tomorrow. We have used Proskills for 2 A/C units, and extra insulation. We have no complaints at all regarding proskill and their employees. Everyone that we have come in contact with have been amazing.Today (9/25/24) Holdyn Wyatt and David Shrum showed up today at 8:30 as expected (very prompt). They were very professional and personable. They were able to remove our old water tank and install a tank less water heater. They made sure to clean up the work area (looks better than when they arrived). These two guys did really great work.

    So far, so good! Very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. I’m waiting on their bid response right now but that was expected due to the multiple aspects of the work I’m looking to have done.Bruce Tymeson installed the new electric today (6/15/2021) for the two new A/C units that will be installed on Thursday. Bruce did an outstanding job! First he had to deal with the 116 degree heat outside as well as dealing with the close to 140-150 degree heat in the attic crawlspace over the garage! He handled it like a true professional! The install went very smoothly and the final work product was done to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend ProSkill Services. Everything was done exactly like we agreed on, in a timely fashion and 100% to my satisfaction.Cezar/Jacobo installed my two new A/C units today (6/17/2021). They had multiple workers with them and arrived when they said they would, 7:25 am. They immediately got to work! While one group worked in the garage to install the air handler, a second group started work in the 2nd floor attic to dismantle the old air handler. Drop cloths were placed from my front door, all the way up the stairs and into the room with the attic access door. That was very much appreciated. Another Tech worked on removing the old A/C units/coolant lines/electric lines on the opposite side of the house. All this work was being done simultaneously in 112 degree heat....The cut coolant lines were neatly tucked into the wall and the hole was filled with chalking to where you cannot really notice that they were ever there. He even swept up the area after the units were removed from the yard! The air handlers, both in the attic and in the garage were tested after installation and everything was working perfectly. The A/C units look great and the exterior enclosed coolant lines going up the side of the house came out fantastic. I am extremely pleased with the completed job and I would highly recommend ProSkill for any of your HVAC/Plumbing or electrical needs! Outstanding work!

    We had ProSkill come to our home today to fix a leak that had appeared in our garage ceiling that is below an upstairs bathroom.Craig Schmiemeier was our plumbing technician. We chose to replace the RO system when he provided a very competitive price. The installation went quickly and when completed the area was left spotless.     ProSkill Services install two Trane air conditioning units in our house. It all started with Jason who walked me through what to expect, and pointed out things that were not right with our current units. The quote provided has every detail included, which other companies failed on. The install technicians were an amazing crew of three (Carlos, Cezar, and Taylor) that worked non-stop in 110º heat all day, both on the ground and in the attic. Through all of the heat and hard work, they were always smiling and friendly and communicating progress. The installation was meticulous and the team strives for perfection, even during clean up! I would highly recommend ProSkill Services to any of my friends or neighbors. I will be using them again for attic insulation soon.

    I called around 2 and Louis arrived at 4:30 which was earlier than the window given. Louis was outstanding. He identified the problem, showed us video, offered a plan with recommendations to solve the situation and prevent further issues and ac was working by 8 as extensive work needed to be completed. We have always had good service with Proskill but I feel Louis was probably the most knowledgeable tech we have had. He also is extremely polite and professional. We were extremely pleased to have same day service to assess the situation and tickled pink to also have it fixed. He even reviewed prior notes and due to some of the work not being completed correct in past he discounted the services. ( unrelated to cause of the problem). Again, I cannot say enough about Louis!!
