The builders Richmond American Homes contracted the electric with IES and made an appointment with them after I filled my warranty claim. IES called me for a heads up - great manners and courtesy. IES came out within 48 hours, and Rick was great. He replaced the GFCI breaker with an AFCI+GFCI combo breaker. Havenβt had a problem since! Rick even gave me his personal contact if I needed to follow up, and recommended me a home inspector for my 1 year. Positive experience and pleasure meeting Rick. -
