I had a ceiling fan that had started spinning super slow on all speeds. I realized this would be a capacitor replacement. Thought about doing it myself at first but then called around. Travis at Fan Doctor came out within two days and replaced it. It spun faster than I had ever had seen it before. Realizing this I had him also replace the capacitor in the fan in my office as well where I spend most of my days. What a difference! Thanks guys!

My living room ceiling fan recently called it quits so it needed to be replaced. I stopped by the shop and talked to Brian & Travis about getting a new fan. Showed me one I really liked and ordered it. One of their techs were even able to come out to my house and install the fan. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about every step of the way. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Brian was very helpful finding the perfect fan for my great room. Despite the raised, sloped ceiling, without electricity, the installation went extremely smoothly. They were even able to do a few “add on” tasks for me, which made my month! On time, and worked efficiently. Highly recommend.

Requested several estimates to repair a ceiling fan with a remote. Some responses needed to view the fan before providing an estimate. Another response, griped that old fan are junk and should be replaced. Fan Doctor Bryan the owner is the only one that tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, but no luck. However, he was able to provide the service call charge and a quote for the part that he guessed was failing (failure of the fan remotes receiver). He scheduled Mike to service it and Bryans guess was correct. I am glad that I got to keep the fan I liked and these guys were fast, professional, and above all reasonable & knowledgable. Honesty is key and these guys have it. I actually just need to borrow a wrench for my bike. Walked in and was greeted with kindness. I saw they offer Lutron lights and I had a question. While I was out fixing my bike quick, they looked up the item I needed, said it was easy enough to order online. Super helpful and not looking to sell you sometime you dont need. Thank you so much.

Our second time to purchase from Fan Doctor. We are pleased with the quality and huge selection of fans plus their excellent installation.This time we purchases two fans fo our Az. room. Watching them finish I said perfect and he said no we will be back as there is a vibration and it has to be corrected. Sure could not tell until he showed meThey will be back tomorrow. Best place for customer service and employees are articulate and courteous. Would not go anywhere else.

Brian helped me out with what seemed like an impossible issue, we had a beautiful fan at our new house that didn’t work at all, the previous owners never left the remote and had done some weird wiring. Fan doctor found a slightly used remote and receiver, and it wasn’t cheap, but it worked awesome, a beautiful but useful fan became an amazing and very cooling fan!

I just had Dave from the Fan Doctor out to help me with two exterior fans. Based on earlier work with a qualified electrician, it had been suggested by him that I needed to either replace the fans (an expensive prospect) or maybe, the Fan Doctor could help me. Dave was terrific, got the necessary parts replaced, cleaned out a bunch of old wasp nests that were affecting performance and now, for a fraction of what I would have spent on new fans, my fans are working perfectly. Dave (and The Fan Doctor) is now my go to place for anything having to do with fans. Thanks Dave.

Stopped in to see what kinds of fan they sell and was happy to meet a genuine fan expert. Unlike big box stores, the fan selection was massive (though not all on display) and they were able to give great advice on finding a fan that met my needs. When planning install, I learned they are licensed electricians, so moving the fan or rewiring were all easy options to consider.

We purchased a new fan for 500.00. Unfortunately its motor would not work. Fan Doc had us change out the motor controller first. That did not resolve the issue. We were instructed to bring the motor into the store on the 3rd visit. The fan is now working well after installing the replacement motor. Sigh.

Though the actual showroom is small, they have dozens of design books to choose from. If you cant find something with them, then you probably arent looking hard enough! 5*****

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Amazing what a good fan can do to cool down a room in Phoenix. After some excellent advice, we were able to replace our old ceiling fan and a ridiculously loud floor fan with a single nearly silent beautiful ceiling fan.

Awesome little fan and lighting shop, they mostly had a unique assortment of fans but they do repairs and service here. This being i said, they helped me do a quick troubleshoot of my fan, didnt charge me and even offered more suggestions. Not many other businesses have this kind of customer service and support please stop by if you need anything fan related they will definetly take care of you!

Bryan is a gem. Im in NYC and found FanDoctor online while trying to figure out why my new Hunter original fan was leaking oil. I called and explained that I was thousands of miles away but needed advice. Rather than giving me the ridiculous explanations that locals here in NY have offered up, or simply saying Im sorry, find someone closer to home, he spent time explaining the anatomy of the fan, telling me where to go for the necessary parts, sending me the official Hunter diagrams.
