Professional communication and timely response throughout the process. This was for the removal of a 29 year old hot water heater and installation of a new one. Alex was very communicative, arrived on time and kept me well informed throughout the process. He was also considerate, cognizant of the fact that I was working at home and even brought in my package delivered from Amazon.Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Alex or this firm them for your plumbing needs. However, I can personally attest to the installation of a hot water heater.
