I had two 55-65 inch TVs one flat mount, one articulating arm mount and a full over full metal bed frame that I needed installed and assembled. Christopher was prompt to follow up, communication was frequent, work was done professionally and at a fair price for the time and effort for a roughly 3 hour job, and he and his helper were on task. I would recommend them to any one with kids with special needs, single moms, families, it was a great experience and I am really thankful I found them to help our family out. Thank you!!

I was having a major leak from the faucet in the shower and he was able to arrive within a few hours of the service call. Christopher was extremely courteous and extremely professional. He was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to bring the part over and get started right away. He also was extremely fair with the price and got it done within a few hours. I typically dont write reviews unless its a bad experience but felt like it was important in this case with Christopher just working in our community.

Chris came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, pointed out several issues I wasnt aware of and proceeded to give me a fair price on the spot. Came out the next morning, arrived early, and finished within budget.EDIT; I have recommended ACME to all my neighbors and have called them a few more times since my first call. Compared to other service people I have dealt with, he is the most up front and honest. They wont be the cheapest option but its fair pricing for the quality of work that you get.

I called Christopher early this morning as the electric to my pond pump had gone out overnight. In this heat, it would have meant the death of my koi if I could not get adequate oxygen into the water soon enough. Christopher rearranged his schedule and came out first thing. Chris was able to come and help my family out right away getting our new home set up from mounting the TV, to installing floodlights outside, getting all our ceiling fans installed, along with helping to get dimmer switches placed in multiple areas around the home. Huge shout out to Christopher McCabe and ACME Engineering for their plumbing work! Aside from it being a Sunday afternoon, my fiancé and I were in the middle of trying to get to a bridal fitting appointment when our shower fixture broke. We reached out to ACME and he responded immediately. He worked us into his schedule and went above and beyond the call of duty that evening. The job ended up continuing into the next day, but Christopher came back first thing in the morning once he had the proper materials to finish the job! We had our hot water heater go out on a Friday. Told someone from the company (whoever installed last one) would be out Monday morning. On Monday they call and say they’ll have someone there Tuesday before 3pm.I am not wanting to wait yet, another day for hot water. I posted on Nextdoor asking for recommendations. I get a response from Marshall. I give him a call and he lives 2 blocks away from us. He is at our house 15 minutes later. He assessed what needed done.... this was at 11:30 am. He goes and gets a hot water tank comes back at 2:30 and was done with installation removal and disposal of old tank. We could not be happier with the work, the service and the accommodating professional attitude, oh and price!!! We will call Marshall whenever we have a need. Thank you sooooooooo much!

Gave Chris a very long list of honey-do jobs and several project jobs only hoping he could do most of them - surprisingly he was able to tackle ALL the jobs including the projects. Work was done competently, with reasonable charges, minimal disruption to the household, timely without interrupting to work on other jobs, communication before and during the work, and follow-up afterwards. Was most impressed that he took on a couple projects that were unusual, came up with creative solutions, and followed through to completion. Have had many varied (often bad and awful) experiences with other handymen over the years, was only good experience with Chris. Already have him slated to come back for more work when things get lined up again.
