    We had a great experience with Ram Jack of Arizona (Straight Line Construction) and are very happy with the results of our project! Our project started on time and finished one and a half days early. The entire crew did a great job! Everyone that we interacted with were all very professional, friendly and informed as to what was going on. Communication from the Foreman, Victor Carrillo, and the Project Manager, Victor Mendoza, was excellent! Both explained everything to us when we had questions. We did not have to live in our house during the project and we felt that we could call either of them and have any questions answered and project updates given to us. During the project, they made calls to us to keep us updated. Our initial point of contact was Andrew Olson, the Foundation Repair Specialist. Andrew did a great job working with us from the beginning to the end of the project. He spent time explaining everything to us and what to expect. Again, communication was excellent! We felt that we could ask anyone who was working on the project a question and we would get a correct and informative answer. The work that was done on our project was, clearly, hard and physical work. The crew got on it and got it done! We dont think that they missed a beat! We would highly recommend Ram Jack to anyone in need of foundation repair!

    We had unsightly cracks in our stem wall we needed repaired. Ram Jack of Arizona promptly came out to house, inspected the area followed by describing the repair process to us in detail. We selected Ram Jack since they didn`t try to upsell us on unneeded products or services. Everyone was very professional throughout the repair process.After the repair, the crew walked us around the site to make sure we were satisfied with the repair and overall cleanliness of the area.     I was terrified when I saw this area dug out of my foundation. Got one estimate for $4400 from a competitor and that didn’t include tearing down the block wall so they could do the work. Andrew from Ram Jack offered a wildly different opinion: nothing’s wrong. He pointed out that it’s painted, and if I dug around the perimeter of my house I would find plenty of spots like that. He dug a little and showed me. He showed me where the cables are for the post tensioned slab and they’re way higher than that area. He said that’s just how it comes out sometimes when they pour it and the landscape people just cover it up with dirt and rocks. Thank you, Andrew, for saving me so much time, energy and worry! Always get multiple opinions folks!!!

    Ramjack fixed the sagging pier and beam foundation in our historic home. This isnt something anyone looks forward to doing, but the team at Ramjack made it as easy on us as they could.Their communication was great throughout. They told us exactly what to expect, gave us firm timelines, and kept to them.We were nervous about having to go through our original wood floors to do the repairs, but they worked with us to make sure we limited the amount of cutting we had to do, and were always happy to get on a call or visit our house again to make sure everything was set up correctly.The team who came to do the work were great. They were friendly and they were even able to get the work done a little bit ahead of schedule.We hope we never have to use them again (who wants to do foundation work twice?), but were glad that we used them this time.

    I am so glad that I called and went with this company! I had gotten multiple quotes from other companies but just didnt feel right about their approach or price.     Had lots of pops and noises over the last year. Had two companies come out and evaluate the house one week apart. One company was you have a foundation problem. We can fix it and if you sign up today well give you a 10% discount. The second company was Tim from RamJack. He Informed me that I dont have a foundation issue at all. Expanding and contracting heat in the attic causing some nails to pop out. Noises but definitely not foundation issue. Saved me a ton of money and gave peace of mind. If I have a foundation issue Ill go with RamJack.

    I met with Foundation Specialist Brian Patrick today from Ram Jack of Arizona to get an estimate for some concrete work. He obviously has lots of experience with foundation projects, but what impressed me was his refreshing honesty regarding what his company could and couldnt do to help me.     We were starting to wonder if our home had a foundation issue so we reached out to Ram Jack to schedule an inspection. Brian Patrick is who showed up and he was amazing. Very personable and friendly. After a very detailed inspection by a 3rd party engineering company it was determined that we didnt have a foundation issue and they recommend installing gutters which will most likely be cheaper than a foundation repair so that made me even happier. The whole process was smooth and for a company not to recommend unnecessary repairs is un heard of these days. I would def recommend Ram Jack and Brian Patrick to anyone I know. They were great!

    I had the absolute pleasure working with Tim at Ram Jack. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to because Tim went way beyond my expectations with the services that he provided. I found a large crack in the foundation of 2 rooms in our house when we removed the carpeting. Looked on yelp and called 3 companies with the best reviews which included Ram Jack. I did my due diligence and talked to all 3 companies. I could tell during the whole process to setup an appointment that Ram Jacks stood out at every level from the person answering the phone to Tim who came out to inspect our house.I was unable to be there during the inspection, but Tim called me from the house and let me know he arrived and that he will get started. He gave me a helpful brief on what the inspection entails. Immediately after the inspection he called and let me know his findings. He was confident that based on what he saw and measured and all his years of experience that the cracks in the house was due to upheaving, not a sinking foundation. As I wanted to be absolutely sure, I insisted on having Ram Jacks do a detailed analysis of the cracks. This involved Ram Jacks sending a technician who took multiple measurements of the house, including checking all the exterior and yard areas and then prepare a full written report with all the data and their interpretation and recommendations. It’s a report that I was free to take to any foundation repair company for their second opinion too. The report cost $450 which is significantly cheaper than anything out there that I came across. The report came back supporting Tim’s original findings. Tim knew I was in a rush, so he called me as soon as the report came out to let me know. Who does that these days?He said upheaving requires much less work and it’s something that a concrete contractor could repair. He even gave me the name and number of a concrete contractor. So, I felt his whole focus from the beginning to the end was to take care of me the customer even if it meant there was no business for his company. It’s something I rarely experienced before. Fortunately, the cracks in my foundation was not serious enough to warrant any further work from Ram Jacks. Even then, Tim still went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of by referring me to a concrete contractor to take care of the cracks. He was totally about making sure I was taken care of regardless of if it meant no business for Ram Jacks. I wish more people were like this. Complete honesty with the customer and looking out for their interest. What a difference from another company I contacted. They said the inspection would cost $250 if I’m not present and free if I am. The atmosphere was like a time share pitch. I did not meet with them, but I’m pretty sure it would have been a high pressure sales pitch to get me to sign on the spot.In the end, Tim won me over to be a lifelong customer of Ram Jacks. You can be sure that if any foundation problems come up in the future, Tim is the person I will call. I will definitely be referring Tim to anyone I know who has foundation problems and will tell them do not proceed until you talk to Tim first.

    Brian Patrick came to a home I’m considering purchasing and did a fantastic job inspecting the foundation of the property. While I had only needed an inspection of the exterior, Brian took it upon himself to work with the current homeowners and also inspected the interior for any cracks inside the home that would indicate structural damage. He then wrote up a itemized cost proposal detailing his findings, attached with pictures and a diagram of the home, making it very easy to understand for both the homeowners and myself. I would highly recommend Ran Jack to any of my friends, and using Brian Patrick, specifically.     We knew we had a corner of our house with lots of cracks, so we called Ram Jack to assess the problem. Tim M. came out, took pictures and talked to us about what needed to be done. He was very thorough and scheduled a team to come down to do a survey of the whole house. A week later Tim M. was back to go over the survey and explain what was going on. He made sure we understood exactly what was needed and what the timeline was to be. He was very easy to work with, and put our minds at ease that our home would be safe when the work was finished, as well as transferable to the next owners should we sell in the future.

    We hired two foundation companies to conduct a survey of our home, Straight-Line/Ram Jack and Arizona Foundation Solutions.AZ Foundation Solutions came back with a prevention program, beginning at $20K and running to $67K for extensive repairs.Thankfully, Ram Jack sent their best, Tim Schirra, to meet with us. Tim reassured us that our heaving issue was due to inadequate water mitigation, not a foundation defect. He recommended new guttering and improved grading around our property.We are forever grateful for Tims honesty and professionalism in revealing the true cause of our homes problems, while saving us tens of thousands of dollars.

    From start to finish Ram Jack is by far the best option for any type of foundation repair issues. I spent a lot of time calling 3 companies for estimates and information. After getting all 3 quotes Ram Jack offered the best price. They showed the integrity someone would look for on a project this large. They treated my husband and I with complete respect and they showed they cared about our home. They did everything they said they were going to do, and more. And did not skimp on anything or shortcut anything. Everything was done 100% the way they said it would be and they did not change the price after it was said and done. This was the most honest company I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We had a particularly large job on our house and of there’s going to be a hiccup here or there. There was a contractor (porta potty) on our job that failed to deliver for Ram Jack and my dedicated project manager Andrew handled it with tact and made sure we weren’t charged for it. Andrew kept in contact throughout the entire waiting period and during the actual work days with the crews on the property, which I appreciated greatly. The 3 different crews that showed up were all in great spirits while working and genuinely seemed to be happy to help us save our house. Every little detail mattered to them, and the main foundation crew-Joey, Tommy, and Vince-I cannot thank you guys enough for how professional and knowledgeable you all are. Sarah and her crew, who did the epoxy also showed such care with our patio and to ensure there was no damage during that process. The last crew with David also displayed extreme respect and knowledge and when this job was done it was cleaner than before anyone had started. There are a lot of resources involved in something like this and Ram Jack handled it so smoothly, and everything went perfect. At least in my eyes as the homeowner!     Mr. Bryan Patrick came to my house over concerns I had over a little moisture in the foundation. He made a thorough inspection of the house, both inside and out, looking for indications of a foundation issue. While it was determined there were no problems with the foundation, he spent a lot of time elaborating on measures that I can take to help protect the foundation from water, such as installing adequate gutters and reshaping the contour of the ground in one area to help with the drainage of water away from the foundation.     I had been receiving foundation repairs from another company. I had discovered new foundation concerns and shared these concerns. The company engineers recommended that have piers installed, which would cost more than $7,000 per pier. I had already spent about $8,000 on other repairs and remediation efforts including a moisture removal system and crack repair. I was concerned that the company was recommending an unnecessary remediation effort. I reached out to Ram Jack of Arizona, and they sent their consultant Brian, who had experience with the other company. Brian was not only knowledgeable but also understanding of concerns and desires, which centered around wanting to take care of my investment with confidence. Upon the first meeting, he was able to alleviate my concern about the need for piers. Just ot be sure, he recommended to perform another survey, which was half the cost of the other company and would contribute to any future repairs. Nick performed the measurements and was very accommodating and timely. Brian returned to review the results, which were similar to the results found by the other company but more detailed. The only repair recommended was stem wall repair at the front of the house, which was never mentioned by the other company. This repair had a lifetime warranty as well. The repair was far less expensive than I anticipated. In addition, Brian provided advice on how to better use my moisture removal system to avoid dropping of the slab due to over-drying of the ground. When asked about his recommendations on my other home improvements, he provided great advice and clear instructions, including dealing with other slab cracks and even new floor installation. Upon the end of the meeting, I was extremely relieved and excited about the go-ahead to continue my home renovations with confidence. Thank you!

    Get Ram Jacked - if you call anyone else, you made a mistake. My backyard concrete slabs were a mess. 2 high points. My house guests tripped over it all the time. The estimator was awesome. And the individuals that did the work are THE BEST. One of them was Sarah. She does work! But she is an ARTIST, more than a slab technician. Seriously. They leveled out the slabs to perfection. You call anyone else, and you are a silly goose.

    We had Tim from RamJack out this morning to estimate the repair of our stem wall. What he found were cosmetic issues and all that was needed was some patching and paint but there was nothing structural. In fact, the job was too small for RamJack to take on and Tim suggested bringing in a concrete company to take on the work. We had previously received a quote from Arizona Foundation Solutions for nearly $15k to repair (+ the cost to remove our landscaping for the repair + someone to paint the repairs), a far cry from what was confirmed this morning. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Tim and RamJack. They saved us thousands!

The result was that they were able to save me thousands of dollars for the same work. The project started on time but delays...mostly weather related and issues with permitting...caused this project to take longer than first promised.
