Jacuzzi Bath remodel installed this beautiful new shower in my home 3 years ago and it is still working perfectly. The low threshold is great, No stepping up ⬆️ to take a shower. The plumbing and mechanical work were expertly completed as was the punch list, this was done during the Covid-19 pandemic 😷 which made there job more challenging than usual. We are very happy and satisfied with our new Jacuzzi shower and bath. We did not say remodel because they removed the entire old one and started all over again with superior parts and workmanship. They were able to complete it all in one day (full day) ! WOW. They were more than willing to help us through the entire process including a lot of help in the financing! We are very happy and grateful for all that they do and did for us. We really enjoy our new shower and bath and were thinking about letting them know and come back to see how great it is all holding up! And here we are now leaving a feedback comment on how it all went and is doing ! We appreciate the great piece of mind we have because of the timeless warranty our son and we have. The finish product is quite nice. There was some disconnect between sales and installation. I was promised a one day installation, it took almost 2 full days. Not the end of the world as I purchased it more for their reputation and the lifetime warranty, but sales should be aligned with installation and those commercials, stating one day should always provide information on the possibility of it taking longer.

We had two bathrooms updated by Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel. The installer and his team are great. Juan Cristian and his team are professional, polite and very customer satisfaction oriented. They kept us informed on what was going to happen and when. That is really helpful as we had only one commode operational. There is however a lack of communication within the company. We agreed on an installation date of 6/3/2024. Around 5/16/2024 we got a phone call from someone at Jacuzzi that the installation date is moved up to 5/20/2024. That date came but nobody showed up. I called Jacuzzi but was told that there was no record of that call. The installation crew showed up on the original date. They were right on time. All the demolition was done and we were told that they would come back the next day so an inspector could ok the installation. Next day the crew set up but no inspector. So they had to shut down. A wasted day. The rest of the installation went smoothly. We really want to thank Juan for his patience. Sorry I made a mistake, our install team was Juan and Cristian. Job well done you guys. Thank you.

We received a call from our install team Jaime Q, AJ, and Sean who showed up on time to get our project done. We are thrilled with our new, walk-in shower. It looks amazing and our only regret is not doing it sooner.

Work on the actual shower installation was completed in a timely matter as advertised, however, even though my shower is a common size I had to use a second party company for the doors, which then delayed the overall completion. The installation team were very courteous and kept my home clean of dust and debris.

Despite a few setbacks during the installation process, we could not be happier with the results. We **LOVE** our new walk-in shower.We love that they took everything down to the studs and into the ground to the drain. Our home is 60 years old and the drain pipe gave them a few problems, so the installation had to be put on hold until a plumber could come fix it. We were without use of our shower for a week - NOT the one day they promised upfront. Luckily, we hadnt sold our old home yet, and we live fairly close to it, so we were able to go there each morning to get cleaned up. So, be prepared for issues to possibly come up... it might not be that one-day install that the salesman promises you.Because our bathroom has a lower ceiling, we opted to have a white panel installed on the ceiling. We are so happy that we did that. It looks really nice... and less worries of water damage.The fixtures we chose were a little more expensive, but we got exactly what we wanted, and they look so nice. The corner seat was more expensive as well, but we sure love having it. I use it for shaving my legs and sitting down to shower on the occasional days that my legs are hurting me. My husband really appreciates being able to walk into the shower now and not have to step over the tub. We were a little worried that the corner seat would take up too much room in our fairly small shower, but its not at all intrusive.Jacuzzi is definitely more expensive than the other companies out there, but they do a fantastic job... and not just a cover up job... they BUILD your walk-in shower. They have fantastic products that arent cheap and flimsy either. No worries of your floor or walls cracking or warping. Everyone weve talked to and worked with at Jacuzzi is very friendly as well. The crews who installed our shower were very friendly, but also very conscientious of the noise and mess they were making. They apologized to us and our neighbors for disturbing us. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They put down drop cloths. They picked up their tools each day when they were done so we could at least use the toilet and sink while we waited for the shower to be done.

We have a gorgeous shower now! We had 4 installers . They are all fantastic and very good at their job. My only complaint is the job was started on Monday, but the wrong size base was made. So Damian was fantastic at helping us thru this error and located the 42 inch base we needed. That delayed the job, but no fault of the installers. Then on Thrs two completely new installers came but they had no idea the job was already started. So better communication in the install department is my only complaint. We would definitely go with JBR again!!

5 Stars for the Jacuzzi Team that did my install. Juan & Christian were at my house on Time for day 1 & the never stopped! Juan showed me all of the accessories before they started. Good thing because the salesman - did not take 1 minute of time to see how things were going or to be sure hed had everything right. After he left my house to make the sale - he became like a phantom. Every e-mail or call I made was followed up by him with Im going into a meeting & Ill get back to you. Usually that was on a Monday & by Friday I would call him back. Nice. He did not have my hardware or measurements correct. Juan broke his butt only to find out he would have to rip out his work.Juan....he is a gem! He never lost his cool, he kept working with a smile even after his salesmans costly error. A Jacuzzi supervisor had to drive to my house with the correct accessories.So now to the make-over. WOW!!!!! My bath is gorgeous. Juan even custom cut around a window that I wanted to keep. Christian was always working & made sure he came to get me so I could see the progress & take pics for any future reference.I am a bit taken aback by not having any manuals or paperwork explaining usage - but Ill just Google it!Love my shower & thats only because of Juan & Christian!!!5 STARS to them!!!

Alex and Jaime showed up early to install our new soaking tub which was nice. It was really amazing that they were able to tear out our old walk in shower and install the new tub and rain shower in a single day! We really enjoy our new tub and rain shower with the sliding glass door. Everything is incredibly high quality and it’s completely changed our bathroom experience. Not to mention it looks so much better than the old walk in shower. Doug Parks did a great job showing us exactly what it would all look like before making the decision to purchase it. The experience was like having a friend working with you to figure out what would look best in the space and what we would really use. We had our shower replaced by Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel of Phoenix. I cannot say enough about the integrity and professionalism of the people at this company. Starting with the two salesmen that came to our house, Lincoln and George. They answered our many questions about installation, price, timeline and so much more. We set up an install date for July but an earlier date became available 😁 Yes please! The install team; Julian R., Miguel M., and Jorge were top notch! They were professional, friendly, courteous and included me in every step. They knew I was taking before and after photos so they called me in for during photos too. They covered the floors and vacuumed when they were finished. They even covered our bed with plastic.It was only supposed to take one day but because the city inspector did not show, they had to come back the following afternoon. They apologized so much. But it was in no way their fault. They even stayed late to finish the shower, which we really appreciated. The shower is beyond beautiful. It met all our expectations. We are so happy we went with Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel of Phoenix.

My husband and I recently needed a new master bath shower because our old one (which was the original from when our house was built in 1998) cracked in the bottom. After lots of research, I reached out to Jacuzzi because they were a reliable name, running some great promotions and had beautiful photos of previous work.Christian who came for the initial consult was very professional and personable. He did a wonderful job explaining the difference between all the options that were available to us as well as the materials that Jacuzzi loves to use that were very impressive. We were even able to extend the area of our current shower to give us a larger area. We were sold.It took about one month for our materials to arrive and schedule a day for installation. Justin and Brad arrived promptly in the morning and did a fabulous job removing our old shower and installing our new one. I loved that they asked questions of where we wanted items placed as they went (such as height of shelves and bench) and gave suggestions for anything we were unsure of. They completed the full install in just under 8 hours and it looks beautiful!We absolutely love our new shower and would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to anyone looking for a new shower! You wont be disappointed!

I would give the installers, David and Angelo 5 stars. They both were very professional. They came on time and took care to make sure that the project was done properly. They had to return a second day because they encountered problems that needed to be corrected.I was not impressed with the company especially their communication. They were very good at signing you up and making sure that they got paid. They were very poor at letting you know when they were coming to do the job. I had to call twice in order to get any information about the installation. This was well after a month had passed and I had heard nothing.

Jacuzzi Bath and their amazing installers, Asja, Sam, and Jackson earned this five-star rating. The bath looks wonderful and perfectly as ordered by us, but only after dedicated hard work by this team of installers. They encountered the type of issues one might imagine in This Old House. Thick concrete, interesting plumbing choices by the original builders, and multiple idiosyncrasies from a 1960s house. No one complained: this group of can-do installers was upbeat, positive, hard working, and kept us updated every step along the way. They were professional at all times. Their work and the quality of the materials are excellent.

We hired Jacuzzi to remodel 2 of our bathrooms. Overall the install was very good and done with quality materials but the project still needed a final touch. We reached out to Jacuzzi to finish the project right. Fortunately they sent Tim McGuinness, one of their managers. He carefully reviewed the work and listened to our concerns. He identified our issues and detected others as well. Then along with Kendall Porter, they painstakingly addressed every issue. Their hard work took the project from very good to great! Doug Parks was super helpful in coming up with the design for our new master bathroom and the project itself took much less time to complete than we had initially expected. Shane, Thomas, and the rest of the Jacuzzi installation crew were very friendly, as well as understanding when there was a mix up with the installation process that required an extra day to fix. In all, the job took only three days to complete, which was great for us (especially compared to our prior experiences with... less than ideal contractors). Everything came out like we had imagined - Shane even suggested an additional adjustment to the showerhead height that I am very grateful for. The crew also did some much-needed drywall adjustments and removed the old shower and bathtub.Alex came by promptly after the fact, in order to fix a leak in one of the shower doors and re-adjust a pony wall cap. Both fixes were under the Jacuzzi lifetime warranty and, as such, free of charge. Alex was super understanding and explained everything well before the fixes were done, which gave me confidence that Jacuzzi will be reliable to call on in the future, for any warranty-related fixes.All told, the master bathroom project turned out fantastic. We love it and have really appreciated the good communication and customer service. We are so happy with the job that we also signed a second contract to have our other bathroom remodeled (which will likely be done in January).

I would encourage hiring them, but make sure before the install date that what you ordered and what the installation team brings with them in their truck are exactly the same.

At first, I was a bit hesitant on Jacuzzi installing my bathroom because it took 30-day to schedule the install for both of my bathrooms. I experienced working with 2 different crews. I periodically checked in on them and they never gave me the impression that I was bothering or holding them up. When finished the family was so pleased and in awe of the outcome of our bathroom. With a little help from my friends, George came to my house and took all the measurements for the remodeling. I was able to use the video app on my phone to complete the transaction.Second, sooner than anticipated the installer were ready to install.Third, still in the hospital - now the 10th week - Corey, Andrew, and Cassey took out the bathtub, removed the dirt and grim, and unclogged the drain for the installation. Then, through the phone video I was able to determine the location of shelves, hand bars, and seat location for the walk-in shower.Fourth, the installers offered good alternatives for the location of the shower inserts. Adrian had to get a plumber involved as there was some pipe re-routing and fixing needed and he called in John the plumber from Jacuzzi, and together John and Adrian performed magic and turned a complex issue into a very nice work product, with high quality. Adrian also had three apprentices working with him; Giovani, Sur and Angelo. They worked very well together and Adrian operated as an excellent lead. The install team under Adrian did everything we expected from Jacuzzi, High Quality materials and installation, along with customer care of our home and making sure we got what we expected. He is definitely another of the best installers!I just cant say enough about the Quality and Customer Satisfaction from Jacuzzi. They lived up to all I expected and more. If you need your bathroom remodeled, you should definitely call on Jacuzzi.

Love the product from Jacuzzi. The installers, Ramon and George, were great. Answered any/all questions that I had and were very professional. they both knew what they were doing and asked me a few times to make sure things were as I wanted them. These 2 guys were fantastic. As for the communication between the people at Jacuzzi, not very good at all. The shower pan size was made wrong and I was only notified of this on the installation day. Was told it would take about 2 weeks for it to be remade. I was told numerous times that the pan would be in and it wasnt. Finally 2 months after my original install date, my shower was installed. i am very pleased with the job done and with the finished product. Just not with the communication which was awful.

Pedro Espinoza and his working partner Kian installed a new shower - working from 8:45 am through a full day to 12:30 am the next. They took only two rather short breaks - one for dinner. They, at all times, behaved professionally and with a high level of competency. Courteous, considerate of all surfaces, protecting from dust and debris and thoroughly cleaning anything that was needed before leaving. The end result - once cured and tested - is beautiful. An exceptional installation.Very pleased with the initial sales representative, Jenny Johnson, and her excellent service throughout the process.Also pleased with the courtesy and competency of the scheduler, Sherita, who worked with us through shipping and fabrication delays and ultimately came through with final arrangements for installation.
