After a long search, i knew that this was my company because Zahmir was easily to talk to, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and honest about the time the kitchen project would take. I needed a new floor and countertop badly. He helped us choose and got the project finished quickly and completely cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable and we enjoyed working with him! We highly recommend him and will continue to work with him on future projects!

I knew Zahmir was going to be our guy when I first connected with him on the phone. He responded quickly, and was easy to talk to. As a woman I often get talked down to or things aren’t explained from other contractors I have worked with, even had one that asked to speak with my husband. Zahmir was knowledgeable, explained everything, and most importantly was excited to get to work on a monster project- finishing our basement, including adding a full bathroom. Other contractors would avoid working on old houses like the ones here in NW Philly (one even told me to call a lawyer), but Zahmir didn’t bat an eye; he knows the ins and outs of these homes. While it was a very long and involved project, I always felt safe with Zahmir in my home working, my kids and pets included! He quickly became friends with our neighbors and will continue to be considered a family friend to us. He is just getting started with his business and I can only imagine how far he’ll take it! We were looking for an increase in quality of life, and Zahmir delivered. I look forward to seeing him more in the future, knowing how trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional he is! Wonderful working with such knowledgeable young men. Needed plaster walls skim coated and crown molding installed. Impressive job….. on a difficult skill! Everyone can’t install crown molding!

Zahmir installed a garage door opener in my garage that I had to continually get out the car to open and close, which drove me crazy! He did an excellent job and I’m so grateful that my neighbor who he also does work for recommended him to me.Zahmir is very pleasant, respectful, professional, dependable, provides great services at a decent price and an overall really nice down to earth business man and I would refer him to anyone and continue to utilize his services! Pro Modelz was a joy to have for my fan installations. I had a previous “contractor ”come and install some fans all to realize they installed some fans incorrectly and had to remove a fan because it presented a fire hazard. Instead of allowing this person to return and fix what he did haphazardly, I called Pro Modelz to properly wire my dining room so my ceiling fan can work safely. The rest of the fans were reinstalled correctly. I didn’t have to return my ceiling fans back to Lowe’s like I was previously told. It turned out the previous “ contractor “ didn’t follow installation instructions. I say all this to say I will be calling Pro Modelz for future projects. He came to the house to do what he said he was going to do, communicated every step of the way, made sure everything was in working order, and him and his partner cleaned up after themselves before they left. I am loving my fans and this cool breeze because of him!Thanks again Zahmir!

We hired Pro Modelz to open and reframe an old skylight hidden in our bathroom ceiling. Zahmir and his partner Malachi were great to work with. They were communicative throughout the process and did a great, thorough job on the project and finished within the estimated timeframe. If I could give ten stars, I would. Zahmir and his assistant, Malachi, did a number of different small jobs for me (bathroom fixture replacement, cleaning and replacing grout and caulking, fixing a breakfast bar area, installing a storm door and closer).Zahmir’s work is of the highest quality and, as others have said, he is an absolute joy to work with.I am also a woman who owns her own home and have dealt with service people who are condescending to me, have overcharged me, or have downright been rude to me because I’m a woman.Zahmir was not like this at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked him to do, checking in periodically with me to ensure that I was satisfied.What really sealed the deal for me — and why I will continue to use Zahmir’s services - is that he listened and responded appropriately when I asked him not to use products with harsh chemicals or odors because of my sensitivity to them. So instead of using chemicals to clean my grout, he used a steam cleaner (who knew you could even do that) and eliminated using harsh chemicals altogether.He had to purchase several items for the job and checked in with me at each step to ensure I liked what he was selecting. He is not only pleasant to be around but also exceptionally bright and capable. To top it all off, his prices are more than reasonable. If you are looking for a reliable, capable, and highly skilled contractor who will do the job YOU want rather than they job they want to do, look no further than Zahmir. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Zahmir. You are now among the few go-to people with whom I entrust my home, my most valuable asset.
