BG Electric did a fantastic job running new electric lines for our washer and dryer hookups. I had to reschedule multiple times due to plumbing issues and they were so understanding. Some of my rooms in my home lost power so I browsed around for electricians around the area. BG Electric was the 3rd service I called but I wish it was my first since they were the only ones that answered. They are quick to respond and were able to find a techinician to come by on the same day. Mason and Ben did a great job explaining what the issue was and were willing to fix it on New Years Day. They upgraded my breaker box, installed grounding and fixed connections in a prompt manner and also kept my place tidy.

These guys are absolutely incredible! We had bought an old home that needed a lot of work, replacing knob and tube, running new wires, new outlets, fixture installation, you name it we had to get it done. They were responsive, on time and did an impeccable job. They were always helpful and happy to answer the number of questions I had. They are clearly very knowledgeable about their work. Great experience with Mason. They partially rewired my house while I was on vacation, and kept me informed of all issues that arose. He answered me patiently and made it clear that there were no bad questions. Within 24 hours of contacted BG for an appraisal, Ben and Mason showed up, on time and quickly assessed our needs. We were emailed with a quote within 24 hours and the following day after accepting they were back to do the work on time (a little early!) And were as professional as can be. I would recommend this business to anyone. Fast and efficient service. I was really stressed out about my electricity. I called on Saturday and in one hour Mason was at my house. He analyzed the situation and reassured me that he will remedy the situation in a timely manner. Today Monday, March 13th, 2023 Mason was at my house about 8am. I left Mason at my house and I space of 4 hours my 100a was converted to 200a. Work carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Work was very neat. Please do not hesitate to use this company. Well they were very responsive to a Google quote request, Eugene called me within the hour. They had a quote fee that was not going towards the price of the quote if it was accepted as a lot of companies do. However I accepted and i am glad i did. They showed up when they said they would and they kept me updated at all times. The job was so big that it took them 2 days. It was not until I already have accepted the quote that i was notified that payment with credit card had a 5% extra charge wish was not charged on the payment of the estimate and the same payment method was used. Mason & Ben this guys are amazing, they completed the job in a timely matter having in consideration the weather ( very cold winter) at this location. This guys were very professional and executed the job in a clean way.I strongly recommend this company.

Last winter my Eden Pure space heater malfunctioned. Found BG Electric online. Mason came to my house. Immediately. Showed me burned blackened outlet and melted plug.. it was a fire hazard..my house could have burnt down. Asked him to check the whole house. Turned out all outlets had to be upgraded to code. Mason showed me each problem and explained everything patiently and thoroughly, making sure I understood why the work had to be done. Also, the main circuit panel, over 30 years old, was rusted , damaged and hazardous..needed replacing. Next day Mason and Ben came, fully prepared and equipped and got the entire job done. It was expensive but well worth it because we now felt safe. Since then I used BG to replace the outside main wire to our house. Also used BG again yesterday to install security flood lights on the side and back of our house. It is rare these days to find a contractor you can trust. Mason is both competent and trustworthy. We are glad we found BG Electric and will always use them again in the future.

I needed a ceiling fan install, lights repaired, hanging lights installed and recessed lighting updated. The first thing that had me leaning towards using these guys was that my consult was free, which wasnt the case with a few other electricians I reached out to. Mason came out to my home, practiced all the necessary COVID precautions and gave me an estimate that was SIGNIFICANTLY less than another electrician. I received my estimate shortly thereafter and was able to get my appointment within 48 hours. Mason and another gentleman came out today and completed all of my services in very little time. We are experiencing significant rain right now, and they still completed the outdoor tasks despite the bad weather. Both gentlemen explained everything that they needed to do and did so in terms that I could understand. They worked quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. I have a few more electrical jobs from them that I am waiting for my estimates...I cant wait to use them again. Overall, this is THEE BEST contracted work experience I have had in years. Great job!

I just want to say that these two guys are awesome! They arrived promptly, showed me what was wrong with my wiring, explained to me in GREAT DETAIL what was the problem an why, they were very nice an very professional, they put all new wiring from my meter box (added a new box too), installed a new circuit breaker box with all new circuit breakers, they took their time an explained to me what they were doing every step of the way, I was very pleased & happy that they had me up an running, they are coming back in the morning to install an extra outlet for my window a/c unit an installing a motion sensor light for my driveway (my mom been bugging about that for the longest lol), overall I felt so good about their work I tipped both of them $20 bucks a piece and told them lunch is on me!...i may inquire about a camera security system when they return in the morning, thanks guys! Excellent service and proactive technician. They came out ASAP on a Saturday morning after we lost electricity to 2 freezers and our sump pump at our home due to an electrical line that broke. They quickly repaired it, suggested we put our sump pump on its own line and inspected our outdoor sockets for damage. Ended up installing covers and gfi for outdoor to bring up to code. Could have caused a fire the way they were corroded. I highly recommend this company!

Estimator came out and I inquired about few different options of what to do and Mason gave suggestions to try and help me save $$ instead of doing a bunch of work arounds.I called back a few days later. Ben & Mason came out to house added recessed lighting in the basement. We ran into a problem of extra junction boxes and Ventilation blocking where we where originally going to put recessed in Dining Room. I decided to add a few more light and drop them down to 4” over the next couple days they go the new equipment came back and and patched everything up nicely!!Thank you BG Electic & thank you Ben and Mason. My fiancé and I woke up to an outlet in our kitchen not working as well as our hard wired dishwasher not turning on. After troubleshooting the problem ourselves, we couldn’t figure out what was wrong.We reached out to BG Electric Service LLC expressed what was going on and luckily someone was available to come out that same day (it was a Friday and we were certain that we were going to pay out the wazooo and/or have a very difficult time having someone come out on such a short notice) It wasn’t urgent by any means either.Mason and Ben arrived to our home very quickly provided a diagnostic test and told us what was wrong. Mason gave me an estimate of the price to fix it. The cost was extremely reasonable!
