August 27, 2021 I had the pleasure of speaking with Brenda Delong ECA Delaware Intake coordinator. She processed my paperwork, and guided me through the process. November 19, 2021 Veronica Irizarry came to my home, to do an energy assessment audit. I provided Ms. Irizarry with a copy of Larry Calio Independence Power Solutions LLC detailed report with images. Overall this program is impactive and useful for the underserved population.
