Pineapple Paradise is a little house with a big heart. The owner is so thoughtful, responsive & knowledgeable about the area & real estate in the area too. The neighborhood is a joy to walk in along the Bayou & It is close to the beach, downtown & shopping too. I wanted to stay forever!

Weve been staying with Cindy for several years now. Its always clean, and has everything you need for your visit. Close to great restaurants, downtown, shops and the mall. The beach is maybe 15 mins away. Cindy is an excellent host everytime. Would highly recommend a stay with her.

We stayed at The Kitchen: Cozy historic retreat in East Hill Pr for our daughter’s college graduation and son’s baby shower. The ONLY complaints I have are the bed size was not stated. My fiancé and I aren’t small people and we were VERY surprised to find we had a twin trundle bed. It should be one of the most important thing to disclose. The pictures on Airbnb were misleading. We were under the impression the place was a bit bigger than we found it to be when we checked in. We had a wonderful stay otherwise.

Some friends and I visited Pensacola, Florida for Memorial Day weekend and Cindy found us the perfect place based on our requests: we wanted a reasonably priced (read, not expensive!) house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a coffee shop and close to downtown. Cindy located the perfect place, a three-bedroom home in the historical East Hill neighborhood just a block away from an independent coffee shop, a fantastic bakery, and local pizza parlor. The house was close to downtown and not far from the beach. It was clean and well-maintained with basic furnishings, fully functional AC, washer and dryer, and a fire pit in the backyard. In short, my friends and I could not have been happier. Were hoping to book the same place for Memorial Day weekend next year! Thanks again, Cindy!

My host Cindy was phenomenal. She was in contact with me right after I booked, answered any questions I had, and very personable. When I got there the unit was clean and adorable. It was perfect for me. Cindy even gifted me with a delicious bottle of wine and a drawstring bag to bring home any souvenirs we had picked up along our beach trip. Cindy was only a call or email away if I needed anything. The only con I have was that I didn’t get to enjoy soaking in the tub because the water still drained with the stopper but it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that I would highly recommend this for a low key vacation spot!

Such a charming cottage! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable the whole place felt cozy. I loved the flamingo decor and Cindys attention to detail. She really makes sure that you have everything you need.

This Milton, FL property is a very nice Airbnb. The owner has done a great job with the interior design insuring guests feel right at home. Our family enjoyed our time there and hope to return again in the near future. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and promptly took action to insure our stay went smoothly. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

My family and I really enjoyed our rental it was very spacious and had a warm home feeling to it. I love the fact that we were close to the beaches and fine restaurants. When we vacay in Pensacola next year we’re definitely booking that rental again oh and it was very clean and the beds were the best part of the stay I literally slept like a baby.

This was perfect place for my daughter and her significant other to re settle (stayed six weeks)in Pensacola after working in Montana for six months. I know they felt comfortable and relaxed. If you are looking for a quiet location, a roomy property, a great kitchen, and every amenity you can want, Creola is a lovely and comfy place to relax in the delightful East Hill neighborhood of Pensacola. It is minutes from many of the fine restaurants in Pensacola, and 30 minutes from the beach. The king size bed has a very firm mattress, and we are here for that! This is the best appointed kitchen I have seen at Airbnb in this area, and every type of cookware and serving-ware you could want. The spacious refrigerator-freezer is wonderful for short term, and especially long-term stays. There is a sitting room where you can play games, read a book (including Cindys recent best-seller!), or chat separately from the TV room. We loved the hardwood floors throughout the cottage. Lovely little cozy bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Most everything is provided and definitely clean.Not able to give a 5 rating due to a few issues we noticed, no smoke detectors, no carbon monoxide detector, which should be installed when you have gas appliances. Safety of your guest should be paramount. Having retired from the fire service after 33 years, its hard to relax when those two issues were noticed.Bathroom sink also drains very slow.Furnishings could be updated, along with the mattresses.Dont mean to be so critical, but this is what we found after staying 6 nights.Again thanks for letting us rent your VRBO, maybe if were ever down that way again, we can rent 1 of your other rentals.
