Selectricity did a whole home aluminum rewire for a property I am in the process of selling and I couldnt be more pleased with how the job was performed. Their estimate was by far the lowest of those I solicited by several thousand dollars. Malik was extremely professional, courteous, and led his team very well. He kept me apprised of their progress throughout the project and answered any questions I had along the way. Anthony was also very professional and fun to talk with about football and personal vehicle restoration projects. I would definitely recommend Selectricity for your aluminum rewiring needs and, if I ever need to have another house rewired, I would specifically request that Malik and his team do the work!!!

I have used Selectricity for many things in the past. Today they came out to replace and update my electrical fuse boxes - I have several! Doing this in an old East Hill home can be very challenging. They completed the job with courtesy and professionalism. Took them pretty much the whole day to complete the work on one of the hottest days of the year. But they fixed it all, replaced the old stuff and marked everything so now I know what’s what!! Cleaned up and left me with a huge smile on my face!! I would and do recommend Selectricity to anyone who needs electrical services!

After calling every electrician in Pensacola. All except for Selectricity and one other were willing to repair my pool pump cord and run an electrical line from the pump to the house. Everyone else said they don’t do that type of work but I couldn’t understand why. We had been using an extension cord for sometime and it kept burning the power cord on the pump. Selectricity came out quick and gave me an estimate and I was quickly put in the schedule right after I approved it. It wasn’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good. And when it comes to electricity, it’s definitely not something you want to cheap out on anyways. Lol So if you ever need an electrician to set up and outlet for your pool call these guys!!

The minute Tyler and Ryan came in our home, we knew this was the company for us.They were friendly, informative and did a great job on the small job we had. Thanks for a great knowledgeable service. My experience was very positive, first off the representative showed up carrying his tool bag to the door with him. Initial contact with tool bag let’s me know this guy is here to work and fix the problem unlike other places that will show up and ready to give you a rewire a whole house estimate and not willing to work on a single problem. I had unplugged some wires in my ceiling fixture when I was trying to replace it and didn’t know how to put them back together which made the electricity in the room next to it go out. The service technician put the wires back together and installed 2 ceiling fixtures for me. The time he worked on them was efficient and cost effective.

My first appointment was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time, but prior to that scheduled time I received a call from the office explaining that my service tech had run into problems on the previous call and could not make my appointment. I understand that things happen, but I appreciated the heads-up. My appointment was rescheduled for the first thing the following day. They were on time and worked diligently. A set of unusual breakers were needed that they had to obtain. Later that evening, after 7:00 PM, the owner of the company came out, delivered, installed, and insured that everything was working as it should have been. Again, I appreciate their efforts to help me and keep me satisfied. I recommend them without reservation.

Really pleased with the job Sam and Devon did on our house. We had a full rewire done to get rid of old, 1950s wiring in the house, and I was prepared for a really lengthy and stressful experience, but what they delivered was far beyond what we expected for the job. They were extremely helpful; Sam answered all of our questions, worked around our work from home schedule, kept us informed of their progress, and consulted with us any time there was something he felt we would want input on. The job required very little destruction, which was both surprising and impressive. Devon said to me before he left on one of the last days, youre gonna like what I did in the attic, and sure enough, an annoying switch that had been inconveniently located deep in the attic for 20 years he moved next to the other switch at the attic stairs, just because he heard me talk about how annoying the attic was. Just a bunch of little, careful touches like that throughout the whole job. Very thorough, I felt like they genuinely cared about the job they did, and that we were happy with it. Selectricity had a long wait time for whole house rewires, which I had hoped meant that they were in high demand because they did good work, and I was right. I cant remember his name, but even the estimator that came by was personable, helpful, and also answered all my questions. Same goes with the office staff when I called with questions. Glad I got these guys and would absolutely recommend them. When it was done I wondered why I had waited so long to do this (which is a good feeling as a homeowner).

Getting new kitchen cabinets installed and needed outlet moved, dishwasher / disposal electric run and stove vent wired. Techs Austin and Connor came out and did a great job. Stove vent was tricky, but Austin worked with us to figure out best way to hang it. Really happy with the work done and professionalism. Also happy with the reasonable price to perform the work.

The crew was on it like they were my long lost (much handier) brothers. They showed up, assessed the chaos Id unleashed, and got to work with the calm efficiency of a bomb squad. Not only did they fix my porch light fiasco, but they also restored peace and electricity to our home - (yes the internet came back on and my family was stoked), all while keeping the vibe light and stress-free. They even gave me a few tips on what not to do next time I get a great DIY idea. So here’s to Selectricity, the unsung heroes who saved my marriage and brought light back to our home at a price that was fair and cheaper than I ever expected. Selectricity did a great job of installing a NEMA 14-50 plug in my garage to charge my Tesla. They did an estimate pretty quickly and a week later I had my plug installed. Very professional job in running the conduit to my garage and you can tell they’ve done this before. I was a little skeptical that I could run power from my outside breaker box to my garage, but they got it done. And in just 2 hours too. Now I don’t have to look around town for the nearest place to charge. I can just charge at home with great speed.

I want to thank Selectricity for coming out after 11PM to address my electrical issue. It is not often you get that President of the company to handle after hour calls and that speaks to the commitment, dedication and loyalty he has towards his business and customers. Though a lot of my electronics, AC, and appliances were fried, he narrowed down the issue which stemmed from the power company FPL’s equipment, who he called and they were dispatched to my home after 1AM. Also, since they do both electrical and AC work, he replaced my fried components so we could have air. He was quick, precise and professional. Dustin and his company rate a 10 out of 10 in my book!

I heard Selectricty is the go-to for rewiring. Im here to let you know how happy I am I finally got them to rewire my house. They have this down to an art! They gave me a quick rundown of what to expect when I scheduled the service - 5 months in advance. They were there the day they estimated. They started on time daily, cleaned EVERYTHING daily (even before they left for lunch), answered all my ignorant questions with explanations I understood.I felt safe turning my home over to Colton & Malik every morning.I put this off for so long hearing horror stories about the damage to walls and ceilings that sometimes happen. I was super impressed by the care they took. There are just a few places to fix, nothing major. I dont have to hire someone to fix drywall.Everything was perfect. Everything is better. I contacted Selectricity to replace the original aluminum wiring in my home. The quote was very reasonable. Electricians Sam and Devon were the primary workers. They were very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. When I asked questions they took the time to answer, they explained the steps needed to complete the job and involved me in the placement of some fixtures. Sam even gave me his personal mobile number in case there was a problem in the evening. My house was built in 1973 and required removing wood paneling. Sam, Devon and their crew are so good at their jobs that there is absolutely no damage to the paneling or the sheetrock. Sam, Devon and crew kept my home clean - they vacuumed/dusted/swept up and removed any debris. The job was completed within the contracted timeframe. The general manager/co-owner even visited the site to ensure we were being well taken care of. The service provided was exemplary and I would highly recommend Selectricity to anyone in need of Electrical Service. I am so happy I chose Selectricity.

Today the general manager Adam came out personally to make things right. He impressed me with his cander and knowledge as well as running straight out to buy a replacement tub. He did not just replace the tub, he came back with the wall surround and liquid nails so that I can install it. He even went as far as to offer helping me set the tub when the time comes. Customer service is lost in todays world so I can say with confidence that Selectricity is the company to hire if you want a seamless, professional and clean job.

I only dropped my rating to a 4 because I was not all that happy with the scheduling of the disconnect and reconnect to install the service entrance. Their office never called to set this up. They just scheduled it with FPL and called to let me know when THEY scheduled it. Just so happens I was going to be out of town on the day THEY scheduled the disconnect so they could replace the service entrance. The front office called me Android told me I didnt need to be there since it was all outside work and it did all work out without issue but I would have liked to be in the house when the power was disconnected and reconnected. I requested same day as it was very important to me as it was a main breaker no just a smaller one.The came out listened to me and actually used a meter to check my breaker. For this job I got three businesses from BBB with them as one of the recommendations. Both of the other businesses didnt bother about coming for a quote to see what I wanted done. One business gave me an outlandish quote saying they would charge $100 per hour and it would take eight hours to complete the job (Selectricity finish approximately 4 hours but would have finished earlier but for the counter top installation) the other business would not come for an estimate saying they would just come and let me know how much it would cost and knock out the job while they were here. Totally satisfied with Selectricity and they will be my go to business for all things electrical.

If you can’t get the most basic part of the business right, what does it say about how you perform the rest of your business?Update. Dustin called me back after reading my review. Apologized for the mix up and offered a discount if I still wanted them to do the work. Robert and Cory came out and did an outstanding job. Could not have been more pleased with the work and the courtesy they showed me and my wife. I did not feel excepting the discount was fair under the circumstances. I had Selectricity rewire my house a couple years back. Dustin and his crew replaced the aluminum wiring in my house with copper. The crew assigned to our house was very professional. I was surprised how they were able to work, yet still not create a disturbance in the house. It took them a total of 4 days of actual rewiring, dividing the house into 4 sections (one for each day). They explained the whole process before they started, and kept to their word and finished on time. All the outlets and switches were replaced with new ones. They even let me go buy a couple of new light fixtures, and they replaced them for no extra charge (since they had to remove the old ones to rewire anyway). They rewired my entire house without putting a single hole in my walls. Their rates are very reasonable. I would suggest their services without hesitation.

Called numerous electricians and told them my outside panel was out after Gulf Power told me to shut down all the CBs due to the corrosion in the panel. Selectricity was the only company that said they would send someone out that day to repair it even though they were scheduled 2 weeks out. I cant say enough about Harold who came out and estimated the job and Floyd who worked late into the night to get our power back on!
