I hired Duggins to clean the floors (carpet/tile) in our new home prior to moving and was not able to inspect the work before paying the invoice because I live out of town. Over the first week of being in our new home I had to wipe the floor several times (crumb pickup, ice spill, etc) and there were multiple spaces (kitchen and both bathrooms) where the paper towels I used came up with excess dirt and grime. The floor had clearly not been cleaned in some time. The majority of the flooring appeared to have been cleaned, but the attention to detail in various locations was missed. I did not feel the quality of the service matched the price charged. However, the scheduling and servicing team were communicative and respectful of our home, which I greatly appreciate!

My husband and I have used Duggins Services as long as they have been in business. We have been long term real estate investors. Duggins has helped us on every house in many respects. I can highly recommend them for any service you need to do a great job. The team is great to work with and the company attitude and professionalism has not changed. They do a great job and stand behind their work. You dont have to worry when you contract with Duggins Services. They helped me get one rental house ready to sell last year. I listed it and had a purchase contract the next day. This year they helped me with another rental house. I listed it Friday and by Monday we had 7 contracts! Whatever service you need you can count on Duggins Services to do great!

Chase did a great job and I was impressed with how quickly but efficiently he finished all three of my carpets. They looked brand new and you couldn’t even tell that my dog was in one of the bedrooms. Definitely recommend and will call Duggins in the future for any of my carpet cleaning needs!

Duggins is the first professional carpet cleaning service Ive used. I could not be more impressed. A very kind gentleman named Rick cleaned all the carpet requested in a timely manner. I think he was in and out in about an hour. They were very affordable as well. He let me know that they clean all floor surfaces and install, as well as other interior needs. I will certainly use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Omg!!!!!! Chase was god sent! He was very through and very detailed. He pre-treated my carpet and moved my furniture around which wasnt even his job. I have small kids he was patient and my kids thought he was very cool states my 6 year old. To say the least I sincerely feel like Chase went above and beyond the call of duty and I am very pleased and would highly recommend him.

If you need your carpets or rugs cleaned, backed with new rubber padding or the edges rebound, there is nowhere better in Pensacola. I have had our Seagrass rugs rebound and will have them done again soon...this time with black cotton binding. They can also cut down carpets that are too large and can recommend experts to repair antique wool or silk. They also sell beautiful rugs, carpet, tile, and wood, as well as maintain these finishes. They have excellent customer service and can take care of your needs quickly and friendly. I actually look forward to calling Duggins when I need them because I know it will be handled well.

Chase had his hands full. Our dog had bloody stool and made a mess on the stairs and in one of the bedrooms. Chase didnt a good job of cleaning up the mess. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service.

I own a dog training company in Pensacola. I had Duggins come out to help buff and wax the floors of a facility that we had just rented. We have VCT floors that had at one point had carpet glued down to it. Needless to say, our floors were in bad shape. They sent two guys, Chase and Darrel, to start on the floors. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and helpful. They even spent twice as long as they had expected to make sure that everything was done right. I cant say enough good things about the guys who did the work, but to top it off, our floors look incredible! Thank you so much, you will be our forever floorers!
