Jose was fantastic! I called him after calling another company who wanted to charge me 1800$ to replace a hot water heater that was put in by them 8 years ago. Jose was kind enough to let me send him a picture of the problem. He told me it was most likely a nipple problem. Sure enough it was. I Spent 16$ at Home Depot on supplies and it was fixed. Other companies said they wanted a service charge of at least 150$ to assess. I really appreciate Jose honesty and not trying to charge me for something simple to fix. I will be calling him for anything in the future. Thanks so much Jose.

Great attention to detail. Professional workers. Prompt. Daniel and Jose took very good care of our home. Re-plumbed our 60 year-old cast-iron pipes all the way to the city lines, including three bathrooms, the laundry room, the kitchen. Reasonably priced also.

Loyalty Plumbing is such a great company with the absolute best employees! My house needed all new water lines installed. I was quoted $9000 to $11,000 from a couple of different companies and was told it would take a week to complete. Then I found Loyalty Plumbing! I was told they could do it for $5900 and would take 2 or 3 days to complete. All work was completed in 2 days! They cleaned up everything and left no mess, as if they were never even here. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly highly recommend!!

Loyalty Plumbing did an entire home water **re-pipe**. They did an amazing job!My husband and I were a bit worried we would have to remodel the bathroom and kitchen afterwards. BUT they did such a great job that other than careful detailed exact cuts (so carefully done!) on the drywall, nothing else needed attention later. Wow! We are so satisfied with the job performed by Daniel, Eric and Jose!!Katerine in the office also kept us informed about the permit they issued and we also received courtesy calls prior to arrival, they were great!Thanks for the outdoor shower as well, you do so many things and all of them are so carefully done, always putting attention to detail.We highly recommend you to anyone to do **re-pipes**, ALSO thanks for protecting the floors and furniture prior to commencement of the job.Thanks Loyalty Plumbing! **Re-Pipe** done right!!

Loyalty. Plumbing saved the day!!!! I was in the middle of a simple tub to shower conversion for my fourth floor condo. Easy, right? Not so! I had hired a very well-known plumbing company for the job months before but upon seeing the demo pictures they didn’t show up the day of scheduled service. When I called to inquire why they said they didn’t have time for the job. Not so easy to find a plumbing company in the middle of a project. UGH!! I called several and found one that was available to stop by. He did look at the job and I never heard from him again. I was at my wits end! Luckily, my neighbor is in the middle of a bathroom remodel and recommended Loyalty, Plumbing! He gave me Jose‘s phone number and I contacted him and, he responded immediatley! Jose came and looked at the job. He had an idea of how we could solve the issue and suggested we order a specific part. When the part arrived, Jose came to make sure it would work. He then sent Troy to complete the job! Troy is a very professional, courteous,worked efficiently and kept the area very clean! Troy was also available within days of when we needed him during the project! I finally have my shower! When no other plumbing companies could creatively think of a solution for my issue LOYALTY PLUMBING was there for me!! These guys were great right on top of things. My city piping blue on both sides of the meter when the city finally showed up to do the repair they werent gone 5 minutes before loyalty showed up I showed them the picture of replaced parts and they looked at everything looked at the meter and all... said it look good and I was sorry I couldnt give them a call and a heads up to cancel because the city just left the plumber was contacted after 4:00 the day before and was here before 11:00 in the morning to make sure I had water and the plumber also had a leak detector guy here before he showed up so again these guys are organized right on top of things and what a nice set of gentleman they sent out... I will definitely turn to them for all my plumbing needs. Even the boss showed up to make sure everything was good.... again really nice guys

Back in July, we had a need to replace our water heater ASAP due to leaks. We got quick, timely responses via call and text. The situation was initially assessed via phone conversation and I was given recommendations to shut the switch and valve off until it gets serviced. Cost was the best after inquiring from multiple companies. They were willing to work with price to be competitive if not. Service was the next day. It was friendly and professional. They came in on time to do the job efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. So far, everything is still working without any issues. We would absolutely recommend them. The service was so great, we would even consider using their other services.

Loyalty Plumbing installed a titanium anode rod in my water heater several weeks ago. They did a great job and the rod is doing what it is supposed to do. The sulfur smell is gone from the water. The job was fairly priced. Everything was cleaned up and put back the way it should be when the work was finished. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could, with the .5 star lost because I had to call to ask if they were coming on the day of my scheduled appointment when no one showed up at the prearranged time. They came hours later. Otherwise, I would give all 5 stars.

He was on time,respectful and explained the different options I could choose from and what that would mean for the future as I have an old unit. The Loyalty Plumbing team is great. I had an APEC reverse osmosis system and new kitchen faucet installed. The faucet was a special design so that we didnt have to drill another hole through my quartz countertop. It wasnt by the big manufacturers, so we werent sure how it would work out, but Troy & Eric went for it anyway. The install was great and I absolutely love the aesthetic. I appreciated that the owner Jose was receptive of my calls & texts after & conscious of making sure the job was done well, including a return trip to replace some kind of end piece that was a bit wonky. I have a separate installation coming up in a month and I will be calling them again.

House builder did a poor job when installing the sewer main pipe for the toilter thing that I did over 7 years later. I called LP and next day they came to the house, assess the situation, came up with a solution to fix the problem. Issue with flange and sewer drain was corrected and fixed rapidly and with minimal mess. Very professional, attentive and clean job. After work was done they took awesome care to ensure the the area they were working on was cleaned and organized.Will definitively recommend them for any plumbing job!!!

I can’t say enough about the quality of work and professionalism shown by Loyalty Plumbing. We have an old house with mostly original plumbing and our bathroom sink was not draining and a nasty smell was coming from the drain. At the time of the estimate Jose explained everything that needed to done and why.On the day the work was performed his worker came on time, got the job done quickly, and again explained what he did and why. He even gave us some advice to improve our situation with our faucet even though that wasn’t part of the job he came to do.We are very happy to have our sink be functional again and have the nasty smell gone. When we have problems in the future, as I’m sure we will with this old house, we will be happy to have Loyalty Plumbing do the work.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Loyalty Plumbing. I had a cast iron (48 yo) sewer pipe break, and my condo association plumber was a 6 week call out. LP was there by noon the next day! They also have the best, up to date troubleshooting equipment out there, another thing lacking in the HOA’s large, well known plumbing company. Obviously, a messy job, removing concrete and dirt, but all measures were taken to reduce the spread of the dirt and dust from spreading. They were not only fast and efficient, they took extra measures to protect my belongings, for which I am very grateful. They also have some large contracts that they can provide as reference to their stability and commitment to doing whatever needs to be done, without doing unnecessary additional work. Wish I could could give way more than five stars
