We just had our septic pumped out by Alan and Raymond they done exceptional job and very neat and clean extremely professional and friendly.This was not our first time that we have had drain mechanics exceptional employees to our home, we have also had Judge and Joey out and they also were extraordinarily honest courteous,professional and very friendly.I have also had the great pleasure of talking with and dealing with some of their office staff. Their names were Taylor and Xiomara. Each time I have had the pleasure of speaking with these wonderful young ladies has been a wonderful experience and Im grateful to them both for their help, time and the pure pleasure of just talking with them.We also have had Jacob out for some plumbing needs and as with every other employee that weve had here he done a magnificent job. Very exceptional professional and very friendly.Bottom line here is that the experience my husband and myself have had is a magnificent one in dealing with this companys employees. They all do sincerely deserve to be recognized for their exceptional service in each of their own departments of the company. As a realtor, time sensitive plumbing issues often arise at the worst times (closing day). Drain Mechanics has been amazing at arriving quickly and keeping things on track.Today, our buyer is a homeless veteran living in a shelter out of town, who worked very hard to get his VA benefits and credit on track. It’s a huge celebratory moment for everyone involved, but at the last minute (two hours before closing) we discovered new plumbing issues had arisen by way of a drain and septic issue. Drain Mechanics donated their time and materials to this homeless veteran to ensure he closed on time and is moving into a home with great plumbing.The entire office staff and particularly, the manager Brooke, have always jumped through hoops to help our veteran real estate clients. The owner, Josh, is a staunch supporter of our veterans and the supports to veteran community in Brevard. Can’t say enough good things about this company and the folks who work there.

They informed me they did not have the tool to lift the lid to clean the filter. I called the service and the tool was brought out. So the work was completed satisfactory by Judge and Joey. A huge thanks to Johnny and Jacob for replacing the hookup, Zeric and his apprentice (didnt catch his name) for pumping the tank, Jose A. for locating the problem on initial inspection, and Renee at the office for scheduling.Definitely will be our go-to plumbing choice if the need arises in the future.

I have to give it to Jose A. And Jose B. These guys were truly professional. Their attention to detail and work ethic to get the job done were phenomenal. We had to do a complete re-pipe of our home due to a leak from a copper manifold in the ground and age. Kudos to them for doing a job well done. We previously used Drain Mechanics for a belly pipe situation for our septic system, there too they shined, thanks to Mr. Rodney and his crew. Excellent service. I had multiple plumbing issues. Was offered same day service for my pipe/drainage issues and was able to have my septic tank pumped 2 days later. Fees for service I felt were spot on for the work they did in my home. Customer service from beginning to end was impeccable. Technicians were thorough, explained everything and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Zarek on the septic truck was excellent, friendly and explained everything that he was doing. Ended up calling Thursday evening when it was realized that the toilets werent flushing and water was coming up the drains. Thought it was a drain clog, but the evidently the full septic pipe said otherwise. Called for a septic truck. Robbie and Mike showed up and proceeded to troubleshoot my septic system. My water heater finally died on Tuesday. When I called Drain Mechanics Plumbing & Septic, the women who answered was very polite and helpful. She sent someone out that afternoon to assess the problem. At that point they scheduled my job for the next day. Steve Dotson arrived Wednesday and did a great job on the install of a new 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater. He installed a couple more perks at no additional cost and did a very professional job. This company is very quick and professional! Isaac and Chris came out to figure out what was wrong with our septic system. Then they noticed that we were already under contract with another company and said they couldnt work on our system because were under contract with the other company. So they left after calling said company they told us that the front part of the system is not part of their contract and that drain mechanics can fix our problem. So they came back out same day and figured out what was wrong but couldnt fix it due to not having the part needed. So far I would totally recommend this company. We had low water pressure around the house called Drain Mechanics Sunday evening and they had someone come out the next day to check it out. Dan was awesome! He checked all the faucets and showers and it ended up just being sediment build up everywhere. He also replaced an old valve outside so now we can use our hose again on one side of the house. Drain Mechanics sent a camera into the pipes of a house today for a client of mine. Everyone was great. They were friendly and our inspectors took the time to talk to my client and even helped provide a quote for possible future work right there on site. They included this information in his report and took pictures so that when he is ready to make changes, they are ready too. Also, they sent the client a video of their inspection so that he can see for himself. These guys went above and beyond and it was really appreciated! I will be using them again for sure!

This company is the best! Jose came out and after trying every thing he could to unclog the toilets he determined it was the septic tank. He called and scheduled someone to come out to pump it for us, the same day. The guy that pumped it was amazing. I’m sorry I didn’t get the young mans name. He explained what we need to do in the future to keep this from happening again. He made sure the toilets were flushing properly and he was just in general a very professional, helpful person. When I say fast, I expected the job to take all day and they were done, start to finish, in a couple of hours. I am absolutely grateful that these two young men came out today and have already asked them to give me a bid on another job that I have. While installing a J channel for a termite cut I ran a screw into a water line. I called Drain Mechanics who had Lucas here in 20 minutes. It was a brutally difficult job on a 45 year old copper line. The hole was only an inch above a 2 x 4. Despite having practically no room to work, Lucas repaired the leak through hard work, determination and at times sheer brute strength. I highly recommend Drain Mechanics for your plumbing needs. They stand behind their work too.

Roto rooter was at my house from 930pm till 1am and was unable to resolve my problem, the price was outrageous. *Communication* they need communication btw themselves ,they call me one week saying that they will be starting ,following week nothing and two weeks later nothing I called they say they will call back they never didupdate:The PM in change of our project call us he was really informative, he says that we where supposed to have his phone number for updates (they never give it to us ) so an advice if you have a big project with them with multiple stages make sure that you have the PM phone number bc in the office they don’t know what is going on with those projects and they never call you back with updates.

Zerek poked around for it and found it pretty quickly. He drained it and cleaned the filter and covered it over including sealing the edges and replaced the dirt/sand neatly, highly recommended!

I had a leak into my downstairs dining room ceiling. Since the room is under an upstairs bathroom, I thought that was the source of the water. Another company re-seated the toilet, said good luck and left. Jose, from Drain Mechanics, inspected the toilet area and said may be something else. With my permission, he cut a small hole in the ceiling and quickly found a pinhole leak in the copper tubing leading to the sink. He repaired the pipe, cleaned up after his work, as was out the door in 1.5 hours. I could not be happier.

Highly recommend this company for septic pumping. Pricing was reasonable for an emergency. Both the receptionist and the 2 drivers were very professional and polite. This is how a company should be, they answered all my questions while still doing the job with no attitudes. At the end they left the yard clean and filled back in the hole needed to access the cover for the septic tank. This was an emergency call on a Friday night but could not get here till Saturday because of other emergencies that night, which is understandable. The time frame was 7am to 12pm Saturday and they showed up within that time. Will definitely use them again.

Since the Hurticane Ian we had so much trouble with the drainage & water pressure in our home. It was getting worse by the day & no plumber had a reasonable lead time. Spent quite a bit of time. I thought I needed to clean out the two thanks but he didnt think that I needed to because the kitchen one was draining properly. When he completed the bathroom was still clogged he suggested that it needed to be unplug from the roof to let air get in. Since I couldnt go on the roof my son went and finally aerate the system.
