This might be a long post so I apologize for that now.Ryan was great, he identified I had a slab leak on the hot water side before even coming out and advised me what to do in order to use my hot water for showers and such. He came out quickly to give an estimate. I was able to get on the schedule a few weeks later. He came highly recommended so I didnt even bother with more estimates.Rick, Ed and Eric were all great, they came in did what they needed to do without causing much disturbance to our lives as I work from home and homeschool my children. They cleaned as they work and what seemed like a ton of holes in my house, I dont think any were made that didnt have to be.The inspector came out and praised the work they did and said the holes they cut were the cleanest he has seen and other companies just tear up the walls and he would have expected to see more holes then what I had.My dad is in construction and said he has been in a lot of homes that have been re-piped and they work they did was top notch.All in all, top notch group of guys. They were all nice and had good conversations and were joy to have around given the circumstances.If your looking for the work to be done right, call Ryan.I wish the drywall repair was included in the price as it now one more thing I have to think about but I believe Ryan doesnt include it to keep the cost down in case a homeowner wants to repair it themselves.Thanks again for all the hard work I know it was a long and difficult job.

Eric of GPS Plumbing completed a very professional gas water heater installation. Many of the parts were upgrades from my previous installation. He tripled and quadrupled checked all water and gas connections for leaks. Eric cleaned up and carried all old parts away. I wouldnt hesitate to use GPS Plumbing again for service.

I cannot say enough about GPS plumbing. Over the last few weeks, they have fixed and updated numerous items in and under our home. We try to use local service companies and tradesmen for everything at our home. If you are looking for a hometown plumbing company that is friendly, responsive, professional, reasonably priced and that does what they say they will do, and then some, GPS is that company.When we had a leak in our crawlspace, we called several other plumbers for estimates. All of them were expensive and couldnt get to us for a while. We then called GPS, largely because of their reviews, and Ryan, the owner, talked wirh my wife and listened as she described our situation. That same day, Eric from GPS showed up to crawl under the house and give us an estimate. We expected it to be expensive and to have to wait a while before getting the actual repair, but Eric crawled out, told us what was going on, how much it would cost to fix it (which was very reasonable) and that he could have it fixed in a couple of hours. We were shocked and grateful. We believed we had finally found our plumber.We then had Ryan come to the house to talk about removing the collapsed cast iron lines and updating other lines that needed attention under the house. He took the time to answer our questions and talk through our options, and we settled on a plan and a price. A few days later, Eric was back and spent two very long days under the house removing and replacing old and damaged pipes. Ryan also checked in a couple of times a day and was constantly asking how things were going. He also followed up after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. He even sent Eric back for quick check when we had a question.In my opinion, these guys do things the right way. They care about customers and about the quality of work they provide. That is a rare combination in todays world. I highly recommend GPS for any plumbing needs you have in your home or business. They are great plumbers, but even better men.

I just finished a whole house repipe with GPS Plumbing and there are not enough nice things to say about Ryan and his team. From day one Ryan was present. Always available in person or by phone, not a single question or concern went unanswered which is very important when going through such a large home project. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and as a master plumber who has grown up working beside his father, his extensive knowledge is very obvious. I have high standards when it comes to having work done on my home and Ryan and his team did not disappoint. They worked hard to fulfill all my wishes and kept an extremely clean workspace. They were great with my kids. GPS plumbing left nothing to be desired and were phenomenal in every way. You can tell when someone is prideful in their work and when they put their heart and soul into it and that absolutely defines Ryan. I wish everyone in the business cared as much as he and his team do. Use GPS plumbing, you’ll be very thankful to have such great people helping you out.

GPS Plumbing is fantastic. I have hired other plumbers who quickly replaced all toilet internals and left, but never discovered the true cause of the leak. Eric of GPS replaced everything first, then tested and noticed that there was still a small leak. He took everything apart and found a crack in the fill valve. Now it works perfectly and does not leak. Eric is extremely thorough. He is also courteous with great customer service skills in personal interactions. Thank you, Eric and GPS Plumbing!

A friend referred me to Ryan since she had a great experience with GPS Plumbing and trusted them. I recently moved to a new home and it’s had a few different issues. So I’ve had to talk to several different handymen/subcontractors/service providers. GPS Plumbing is above and beyond. I got quotes from different people but Ryan was quick to respond, took the time to really figure out what the problems were, and then explained everything. He and Eric were straightforward, honest, professional and trustworthy, not an easy combination to find. They told me exactly what they’d be doing, completed their work quickly, left everything clean, and showed me exactly what they did (which was what they said they’d do). I was even able to continue working from home, they were very courteous. Id highly recommend using GPS Plumbing so you can trust everything will be fixed correctly and in a timely manner.

Beautiful work! Were very pleased with how clean Erics work was installing our water heater and booster. He didn’t have a lot of ceiling space to work with due to a short electrical line, but he fit everything in. Also, he went to work immediately after we discussed the job and worked continuously until he finished. I threw him a curve ball afterwards because I remembered we had a toilet upstairs that needed a new gasket. Even though he had a full schedule, he checked it out. Not only did he do it for us but he didnt charge us anything, not for parts or labor. Wow, where else do you get that kind of service anymore? When he was done I could not help but throw him all the cash I had. It wont make him rich but at least hell have enough to buy lunch. After all that, I showed him a future job that we know is coming soon. He explained what is involved and about how long it would take to do it. I really couldnt be happier with GPS PLUMBING. We will definitely be using them as our go to plumbers.

He arrived in time window promised and expediently made the necessary repair. Although we were surprised that the shower faucet replacement did not function in the same way that we were a custom, the replacement is of good quality and expertly installed.

I was replacing my washer/dryer so I turned off the hot/cold water valves in laundry room, however they wouldn’t turn off - I jiggled the on/off valve and it broke off and water sprayed everywhere!! I thought my laundry room was going to flood so I called Sun Plumbing who I normally use but they said they couldn’t get there for 3 days - are you kidding me?? So I called GPS and they said they had someone in the area and could be there within the hour - thank God!! I was able to turn off water main to house to avoid flooding, but I do appreciate the responsiveness of GPS - they arrived like they said and replaced my hot/cold water valves quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. From now on they will be my go to plumbers! Thank you GPS!!

Everything went great. I contacted Ryan yesterday afternoon once our flooring people noticed the washing machine valves werent shutting off properly. GPS was able to squeeze our job in first thing in the morning. They showed up on time, got right to work and wrapped the job up quickly. Once everything was done Ryan showed me how the replacement was done and told me how to operate the new valves. He noted in about 10 years, when they may need replacing again, with the new set up we could do it ourselves pretty easily. Id absolutely recommend him and if we need more plumbing work, well absolutely give him and GPS a call.We had Ryan out again this past Friday (4/28/2016) for another plumbing emergency and once again, he swooped in and saved the day. Quick response, quick diagnosis and speedy, quality repair. Hes absolutely on our speed dial for plumbing. :)

I had and leaky toilet and I called and spoke to Ed on the phone and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, I knew I would be calling him back once I was ready to get the work done. I had one leaky toilet and one toilet that barely worked. Ed and Ryan installed two new comfort height toilets and were very friendly and helpful in showing and explaining to me what theyd done. They also installed levers for my outside hose and main water shut off for the house. I personally think sometimes its worth the price to know a job is done right by experts and I could not be more pleased with the outcome and my experience. Highly recommend GPS Plumbing. They are a father and son team with a good many years of experience. I called the day before and they told me to buy the faucet replacement I needed and they would come and install it as soon as I got it which means they will come on short notice.They were on time, in and out within an hour and a half, very professional and courteous. Did a great job, cleaned up and left things in great order, gave tips and suggestions, and even recommended the best brands to buy. No gotcha tricks, or fees. Very professional. They ANSWERED the phone on a SUNDAY! Our water heater had a tiny leak in the morning, but just a few hours later had steaming hot water streaming from two places. GPS Plumbing talked me through turning off the power and the water, stopping the leak. In less than 24 hours, they were there to install the new heater. They arrived promptly, gave a call just prior to their arrival, and completed the work quickly. Even better, I mentioned how far the master bathroom is from the water heater--lots of wasted water unless you like cold showers--and they had a simple quick fix, installing a pump with a timer to keep the water in the pipes hot. All accomplished in one visit. And I was able to work my afternoon shift.

After significant quote hunting for a whole house re-pipe, I selected GPS. I was impressed by Eds openness and willingness to be straightforward. (I worked with sales reps for almost 2 decades and can sniff out BS pretty easily) Ed and Ryan did not have an easy job repiping in my attic and had many challenges. Yet, they were able to solve them and complete the job in a reasonable time. They showed up every day to work and stopped when the job was completed to my satisfaction. In fact, Ed insisted I review everything to ensure I was happy. This is the kind of father/son small business that I like to favor. Thats a risk. Ryan from GPS Plumbing was very professional, punctual and trustworthy. I had a leaking pipe in a laundry room that was under renovation. He came in to do the job on 1 hours notice with a very reasonable price. From the moment he arrived I was impressed with his work ethic. You could tell he really cared about his reputation. I plan on calling him anytime I requiring plumbing in the future and would recommend him to anyone without any reservation.

Ed and Ryan were great! They made me a quick appointment, were on time, and solved my issues in 10 minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Both went above and beyond to explain how to fix my issues and how to avoid future problems. They were more than fair on pricing...I actually felt like I needed to give them more! I will never look for another plumber. You will not be disappointed.

GPS has come out on two occasions to fix issues in my house. Both visits were prompt on arrival and quick with completion. Ryan knows what he is doing and doesnt waste your time. I will be calling GPS for all my plumbing issues and referring them to any one who asks.

Called and talked to Eddie, quite possibly the nicest plumber I’ve ever talked to. Explained my problem and not only did he tell me what was wrong but explained the problem!!! Turns out, it’s a septic problem and I need to call the septic company. I’ve never looked forward to having a plumbing issue but I know who to call when I have one! AMAZING people!!!

I had Ed and his son Ryan at my house yesterday to fix the water pressure in my shower. They were extremely Professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my shower. Im having them coming back in a few weeks to fix a few other things. I would recommend them. I was having difficulty finding a plumber that returned calls and actually showed up. Ed answered the phone gave me an appt showed up on time and even called to follow up that I was happy with the job. I would give them more then 5 stars if allowed!

Water leaking from my toilet prompted me to call Gomiela Plumbing and Im very glad that I did!! A hairline crack in a 28 yr old toilet tank would only get bigger over time, so a new toilet was the best choice. Ryan explained that newer products are taller and are more water efficient. What an amazing difference! The price was great, so I had them replace my 2nd bathroom toilet at the same time! They were prompt and very professional.... it was a pleasure to do business with Ryan and Ed!
