After dealing with a leaking refrigerator supply line at my parents house on Christmas eve, I called Augers on 12/26 early in the afternoon. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful. So much so that she was able to have a tech out the next morning between 10 and 12.Not only was Troy a little early, but extremely efficient, clean and explained everything to my parents prior to my arrival at the house that morning. He had everything done and buttoned up in less than an hour.As someone who not only lives out of state, but also deals with multiple vendors in various trades, I would easily recommend this company for service.Thanks for being so prompt and fair with repair cost.

Anthony and crew showed up early, as arranged via phone. I explained the issue with my drains and they promptly went to work clearing the problem. I plan to use them again as the need may arise. We have used Augers for many years and have always been pleased. We had an issue with our toilets draining over the weekend and left a message at the office. We got a return call from Nicole promptly Monday am and she was able to send a truck out by noon. She was very helpful and seemed to really care about our problem. Everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently when Grant arrived right on time. He was very polite and professional and was also able to answer all our questions. We will never use another plumber!!

This was common sense interactive service that will cause me to make Augers my go to plumbing company.

I always have the best experience w this company. From the super friendly receptionist, to the quality work I will never hire anyone else. I had flooding in 3 bedrooms after using my shower. They fit me in by the morning, and they showed up not just on time but a few minutes early which I always appreciate instead of sitting around forever for them to show like Ive had w other plumbers in the past. I previously used another plumbing company with a similar job and was charged for a full hour labor when the job took only 10 minutes. I feel Auger is a very honest company with their clients best interest in mind. I will not use any other plumbing company in the future.

Augers Plumbing was recommended to me after my plumber of a decade stopped working due to injury. The whole experience of working with them has been a pleasure. Nicole who works the office is wonderful! She is so knowledgeable about what to ask in preparation for the job and had so many helpful recommendations for other companies on the area that specialize in areas like gas and drain line replacement.I initially called to have a slow draining tub cleared, only to call back a few days later to ask if they could also service or replace my gas water heater during that same service call. They were able to accommodate my request and with only one work days notice!It was very convenient that they have an office number to text from and send pictures to. The emailed online invoice is great be because I can pay online and easily find the invoice later for reference. I had an issue with a water heater (it was defective from the manufacturer), the team at Augers Pluming was professional and set up an appointment, replaced it, and handled the warranty for me. They arrived when they said they would and were up front about everything. On top of that they provided a couple of pointers on how to better maintain the system. If they handle warranty work this well, I can only imagine how well they do other work. I know if I need a plumber I will be calling them in the future.

Highly highly recommend Auger’s. We had them repair a facet for us a few years ago and then just had them replace our water heater. The office staff “Nicole” is absolutely the friendliest you’ll find anywhere I’m sure and they will evaluate things to see if a less expensive repair is possible before just selling you a new replacement. The father has passed the business down to his children now, Anthony and Danae. Wow! the tow of them work together like a well oiled machine 👌👌 Very focused on the job and left the job-site cleaner than they found it!! The water heater they install is the professional grade heater and it was beautifully installed…all the copper soldering work is exceptionally done (not everybody is an expert at soldering) but they seem to be 😉😉 Very friendly experience! Ive used Augers Plumbing several times now and I cant say enough good about them -- we really appreciate their professionalism. They are always prompt; have never left a mess. They didnt balk even at an unusual project last year (cleaning out a clogged yard drain and installing a box so we could get to the problem spot and keep it cleaned out ourselves. Theyve replaced a broken garbage disposal, and most recently, installed the rough valve in shower remodel, and came back to fix the really bad pressure because the trim kit was not installed properly. They are super to work with! Highly recommend them!!

A couple weeks ago I was seeing water at the front of my garage. A couple days ago I noticed rusty water around my water heater. I was recommended Augers by a coworker to install a hybrid system, so I gave them a call. I wanted to get a wifi-enabled one to hook it into the home automation, so Nicole basically got a degree in wifi-enabled heaters over the course of a couple hours and found me exactly what I needed. They were able to squeeze me in the next day, saving us from spending labor day weekend without hot water.I didnt catch the plumbers name, but he was fantastic. He made it look easy. In and out, and installation was only $300.10/10 would save as plumber in my contact list.
