    We needed our new trailer hooked up to the sewer line. We called Drain Mechanics.Alyssa answered and was courteous and professional. She got our information and asked all the right questions and was even able to schedule a tech to come out the next morningCarlos was right on time the next morning.     Alan and Raymond came in the rain right before a hurricane to pump out my black water tank. The job was done quickly and professionally and now theres no more blockage. They always answer their phones and are ACTUALLY 24 hours. Several of the other septic services that claim to be 24 hours dont answer their phones at night. I called multiple septic services near midnight and Drain Mechanics is the only company that answered, and thankfully, they did a great job too.

    Talk about a life saver!Drain Mechanics had technician Jacob at our home within a few hours on the day before thanksgiving to solve our emergency plumbing issues.The office manager, Xiormara, listened patiently to our situation, suggested a work - in appt for the same day repair then sent the very knowledgeable Jacob to our home right when expected .Although it seemed our plumbing issues resolved themselves , he suggested that we check the clean out valve and he was right on target. He flushed out the problem and completed his work within one hour.We aren’t using anyone else going forward for our home plumbing services . What a great team they’ve assembled at Drain Mechanics !     We’ve used Drain mechanics a few times for the sale of our home and the purchase of our next home. Since we’re new to septic, we needed someone to assess if there was any damage to the drain field after a delivery truck got stuck in our yard. Robert was extremely professional and informative. He explained each step of the process, how the septic tank works, where the filter is that needs to be cleaned and even mentioned that we could put a riser on that section to make it easier to access. We will definitely be calling Drain Mechanics for any of our future plumbing needs!

    Our Septic backed up the week of Thanksgiving and in a panic I started calling every Septic company I could find. At the time I didnt realize Drain Mechanics did septic as well as plumbing-- they performed an emergency plumbing job on the cheap for me last year. I shouldnt be surprised that they were the only company to call me back and made sure I knew they would be out same day and not charge an emergency fee!     I called early in the morning because my toilets would not flush. The girls in the office were super polite, helpful, and asked me a few questions. They knew that since I had never had my tank pumped out that it had to be the issue. They came and pumped out my tank the same day I called. I didnt realize that I had a filter The guys that were pumping out the tank showed me the filter and explained to me why its important to get a pump out and clean the filter ever couple of years.Before leaving they made sure my toilets would flush.I will always use Drain Mechanics for any plumbing or septic issues I have from now on.     We have an older house thats new to us and werent sure when the tank was last pumped. Our friends recommended these guys and I couldnt be happier with the service.     I just want to give a big thumbs up to the team that installed a new biokinetic wastewater treatment system at my home. They did an amazing job! Every person on the team took pride in their work and represented their company positively. Manny worked incredibly hard, just like the rest of the crew, and I truly appreciate everything they did for my wife and me. They didnt slack off at all; they worked nonstop in the 95° heat and always greeted us with a smile.     I wanted to get my septic tanks pumped before Hurricane season. After being ignored by one company (No call back after 24 hours) I called Drain Mechanics. The lady on the phone was pleasant/professional and very helpful. I told her it wasnt an emergency. She advised that they could be here the next morning - between 7 & 12! I had expected to be placed on a waiting list for a couple weeks. Stunning!! True to her word the workers, Robert & Chris, arrived at 7:15AM. Those two guys immediately set to work and were gone in an hour & a half!!! I watched them as they sweated their way through a very manual labor intensive job. They were professional. They were knowledgeable. They were efficient and they were very pleasant men to speak with. Kudos to the entire operation.

    Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Drain Mechanics!They were prompt, friendly, clean/organized, and very cautious/careful with my home. Unlike a local mom and pop plumber who caused over 10k in damages a couple months back, whom I had used many times previously. (owner sold it to the son and his son is a POS to say the least). Which I shared with the lady I spoke with and Dan. They were very calming with my anxiety and Ptsd from the damages caused earlier this year.I called yesterday (Sunday) due to a clog/backup in my home. I asked for camera services and they were up front and honest that they do not do cameras in the weekend, walked me though steps to be sure everything was OK and not an emergency.     Screwed up major, but made it right.We have a well for our main water source, like many people in SW Palm Bay do. The piping above the well was accidentally hit with our trailer and broken, leaving us with no water to the house. This was a Saturday morning, and all of the well companies were closed. So we were forced to call a plumber for emergency service. Drain Mechanics had great reviews, so we agreed to let them come out (at a very high hourly rate). The person on the phone was very nice and repeatedly assured me that they were able to address the problem, but the guy who showed up was obviously not experienced with well systems. Long story short, this guy had no business whatsoever working on wells, and 7 hours and $1400 later, we still had no water. Monday morning we were finally able to call a reputable well company. They came immediately and spent less than 2 hours and the system was repaired and we had water. The well company explained that the Drain Mechanics guy had basically done everything wrong. Very wrong. BUT HERE IS THE CATCH: We called Drain Mechanics and explained all of this, and the owner personally called and apologized and refunded our money. We agreed (rightfully) to pay for the new pressure tank that they installed, and the hour of labor to install it. They agreed to refund the rest. People / companies make mistakes. We all do. But when a person / company has the integrity to admit their mistake and make it right, that’s what really counts. Hats off to this company for admitting their mistake. It’s a lot more than could be said for a lot of other companies. Next time I have a routine plumbing problem, I would 100% use this company again, because they’ve proven that they have integrity. That goes a long way. If you have a well issue however, I would recommend a well company.

    I hired Drain Mechanics to pump out our septic tank and we have never had better service when having this done. They charged us better than other companies and were available the next day. Robert and Uno were the young men who came to do the job and they not only had us flush each toilet to make sure everything was out (other companies haven’t been this thorough) but Robert also gave me hints on how to create the bacteria in the system to keep the tank more stable.     I had the pleasure of meeting with Scott yesterday and can’t speak highly enough of his help. We were told by another major plumbing company that a persistent squeak we were hearing when running water was due to deterioration in our pipes and that we would need to fully repipe our home for $14-$17K over 3 days of work which would also result in multiple holes in our drywall as well as having to pull down all the tile from the front of our garden tub. I called Drain Mechanics for a second opinion and to see what kind of quote they could provide if they agreed with the need to repipe the home. They quickly came out the next day and after several minutes of running water and listening to the high pitched squeaks, Scott quickly diagnosed it as a faulty fill valve in our master bathroom toilet. He has saved us a lot of money and a lot of stress and provided great advice on the longevity and maintenance of our existing pipes.     First time using Drain Mechanics, but it wont be our last! Our septic tank was full and backing up, and our usual septic company couldnt help us for almost 2 weeks! Drain Mechanics had us on their schedule for the following day. My appt slot was 7-12. Christina was awesome, she called to let me know Robbie was on his way, as I requested. I met Robbie E at our house 10 minutes later. I told him that wed been diagnosed with a bad drain field and our tank has to be pumped frequently. He explained that the style of our tanks tells him that they had been upgraded at some point since the original installation in 1985, and he was going to make sure we didnt have a damaged filter, rather than a bad drain field. He did some digging and found that the upgrade did not include a filter, verifying that our drain field is bad. Ive had 2 other companies out several times and nobody ever told us about this, or attempted to check for other issues. Robbie E was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He took my email address and offered to have their office send me a quote to replace our tank and drain field as well. We will definitely call them again for septic issues.

    We have been here in Palm Bay for 4 years now and we have had to have our tanks pumped quite a few times because of flooding so we have used a few different companies. I have to say Drain Mechanics has been the best so far not only were they the cheapest i have found they were here the very next day and i called after 3 pm. I do want to say the two men who came Robbie and Eduardo were perfect gentleman. Not only were the knowledgeable but very kind and even rinsed around the opening of the tank and replaced some missing screws at no extra charge.     Had a leak right at the city line. They came out the next day and had it repaired in less than an hour. Very reasonable price. So thankful for the nice fast service. Will definitely call if I need a plumber again.

The technicians came out at the very beginning of the window I was given BOTH days and not only fixed my septic system, they explained the entire operating process, all of the components, and how to best self-service our system to prevent another emergency from happening again.     I called drain mechanics after seeing their great reviews, and I gotta say I wasnt disappointed! Robbie, Robert, and Eddy were really great! They were extremely professional, and answered every one of my questions in detail, and made me feel very confident they knew exactly what they were doing. They found my septic tank within seconds, and were able to figure out that I had a second septic tank as well.In the end they determined I didnt need to get my septic pumped (I am a new homeowner, and there was no info on my tank during purchase) and they were very clear that I wouldnt need to pay for a full pumping, just the Trip Out fee, unless I really wanted to get it pumped. Theres no doubt in my mind another company would have just performed the pump and taken my money when I didnt need it.They quickly cleaned up the work area, and got my tank lids covered almost perfectly.When my septic DOES need pumping, I know exactly who Im calling!

    6/22 MY cold water did not work after i had changed the faucet head.Called and got an appointment that coordinated with my schedule quickly. Steve Dotson showed up early (for which i was happy) and quickly analyzed the problem, which was simply a stuck valve. I knew it was stuck but was afraid to put pressure on it for fear it would break. He knew how much pressure he could use and was string enough to be able to turn it. He also explained what all the valves under my sink did and how far they needed to be turned, which is information i now need since i am now responsible for the full care of my house. Since it was such an easy fix, he was also able to get me a discount on the charge, which i appreciated.3/22 After a pipe burst behind my refrigerator and flooded my kitchen and laundry room, I called four plumbers before I found Drain Mechanics, who did not hesitate to come TODAY to fix the problem and restore water service to my house, even though it was after hours. Julio showed up within the hour, quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. His truck was well-stocked so he did not even have to leave and return. I was extremely pleased that I could get it taken care of today. I have nothing to compare the value to, but considering it was after hours, I expect it was comparable to any other in the area. I also could have checked good quality, since nothing leaked when he was finished, he installed better pipe and hoses than I had had to prevent a recurrence, and left the work area cleaner than it had been previously!

    I was having an odd situation in my 1977 edition house which is on a 2 tank septic system. The odd part is one tank has been partially covered with the concrete floor of the added-on back porch. The expertise of the septic crew, Robbie E. and Eddie, quickly figured the situation out and found the second lid of the partially covered tank just outside the porch floor. They were able to not only pump my tank, but also installed a new cleanout riser to address an issue that had been hidden from me by the previous owner.
