    Yesterday I had Jake come out to help with my reverse osmosis filter system. The day before my son had come over and changed the filters in the unit. Unfortunately, a lot of the areas were dripping water. He tried his best but they wouldnt stop. So I called you folks and you were out here yesterday afternoon. Jake is a wonderful gentleman. Polite, kind and explained everything to me. He did a great job!

    Steve, the plumber that came out, was extremely helpful and thorough. He explained the situation and got the issue fixed right the first time. I would recommend Steve wholeheartedly! Now as far as customer service the day of my scheduled appointment was a bit off. When the time of the appointment passed by a half hour, I called and was told people had called in and there were also emergencies. I asked when they would be out, I was told that they call me right back. An hour later, I had to call again and tell them that I would be back to my house in an hour and to let Steve know. He called back and we worked things out but thats not his job, its customer service. Would still highly recommend First Quality Plumbing.

    With a significant leak and faulty kitchen faucet creating problems for us, First Quality Plumbing came through for us. Their technician, Darrell, showed up promptly and he was very professional and personable. Darrell supplied us with a reasonable estimate before commencing with the job. He quickly addressed our problems and quickly made necessary repairs. He suggested that in the unlikely event that a problem should arise over the weekend he suggested we contact First Quality and specifically ask for him to respond. My wife and I have utilized First Quality Plumbing on numerous occasions over the years and have always been highly satisfied.

    Jake at First Quality Plumbing went above our expectations. We did not have hot water nor could we flush our toilets. He was here from 8am till like 7pm to make sure everything was running correctly. This company cared about our needs. Thank you to Steve that arranged for the work to be done quickly. I called them on a Thursday, Steve came out that same day. He inspected what needed to be done. Jake came out Friday and worked hard all day. They took care of us as if we were their own family.     We had our whole house REPIPE for $4280 last year and our pipe came from the wall at the washing machine area. Yes it’s been over a year, but it happened before the year was up and Miss Mary didn’t know who to call to get it fixed, but the pipes are not sturdy enough for a washing machine faucet. It’s only stuck into the drywall , not professional at all if you go to any home the pipe Should be secured to a stud not drywall very unpleased. First Quality plumbing will not fix because it’s been over a year. Service guy from First Quality plumbing wanted to charge $187 an hour (which we were willing to pay but then he said, it may take 2 hours)to put a board up and do it the right way which they should’ve did the first time .

    Great job from the 1) initial quote, 2) disconnect and removal of old dishwasher, cutting water pipes under the sink in prep for kitchen remodeling. 3) Coming back after cabinet and counter tops installment, then installing kitchen sink drain, install new kitchen faucet, install new dishwasher and changing out our old bathroom sink faucet.     I called today at around 12:45 and the associate took my issue and dispatched a plumber in about 45 min. Mr West arrived with helper and ascertained the problem with my water heater, gave me a quote right away and when I asked about when they could do the job he said right now. I was expecting Friday at the earliest. Mr West and his helper proceeded to take out the old water heater and install the new one (they had one on the truck) it didnt take long. They cleaned up and took the old one with them. Mr West was professional and easy to talk to. Great jobThank you

    We recently needed our hot water heater and expansion tank replaced. The expansion tank above it had rusted out on the bottom and ruptured while we were on vacation and subsequently ruined the hot water heaters electrical components. Fortunately, a friend noticed water coming out from underneath our garage door and it was not occurring the day before, so it had apparently happened recently. Since First Quality Plumbing had done work for us before and we were very pleased with them, we contacted them once again to replace our water heater and expansion tank. They said that they could come out the very next day and do the replacement. The plumber that they sent, George, arrived exactly when they said he would, explained everything to me about the new system, and had it installed in under two hours. He also disposed of our old water heater and expansion tank. George did a fantastic job and was very pleasant to work with. He is a credit to First Quality Plumbing, and I would highly recommend using their services for any plumbing needs you may have.

    Just wanted to share this is our second time using first quality and both times we had Darrel come out to evaluate and fix the problem. The first time being at 2am for a whole house back up. Darell was honest, reliable, professional and very knowledgeable.     Used this company for the first time.Brandis did an excellent job switching my old kitchen faucet to the new one. It turned out to be a complicated switch due to the previous faucet having rusted at the base.     Called these guys up on Saturday to fix my water main to the house after it got hit with a lawn mower and Tech Darrell M called me back in 15 mins. Super nice guy, great attitude. He explained the charges clearly and professionally, he arrived on time and explained everything to me up front. He did a great job and had it repaired quick! He even educated me on the materials he was installing. He even positioned the new pipe closer to house so it wouldnt stick out so far to help avoid hitting it again. He even replaced my old gate valve with a new ball valve no extra charge and added insulation to the new pipe! No extra charge. Definitely a pro! We will be calling this company again for service! After receiving a few quotes where the technician had to come out and take a look, we received a call from Paula and she gave us a rough estimate of replacement cost, which was much more affordable than all the other places we got quotes from. I requested an appointment and Brandeis our technician arrived promptly and hit the ground running! He looked at the valves and told us how much it would cost, we agreed on the price and asked him to start. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He completed our project very quickly and showed us what he had done. We’re very happy with FQP and would call them for our next plumbing project and recommend them to family and friends!

    Great customer service from my initial call to make the appointment, follow up communications verifying appointment to Steve calling me asking if I was available earlier! The kitchen faucet he installed had a faulty sensor and he was able to troubleshoot it and get it to work. He also found a slight leak in a water filter line connection that I was able to replace easily.

    George came out to fix our hot water heater, which we thought was the problem because we had no hot water. Turns out we have several slab leaks. He fixed what he could today. We will need to have the house re-piped...42 years old and all copper pipe in the slab. We will have First Quality Plumbing do the repairs. Our drain under our kitchen sink just literally fell off while running the water and I had a small waterfall coming out the bottom of the kitchen cabinet. Carmelo came out today and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He explained what he did and when he was done he ran the water on both sides of the sink at full blast and no leaks!     The crew that came out to install our water filtration system were professional and did the job quicker than expected. My Daughter and I got confused when the crew tried to explain to us what valves to turn on and the the direction to turn them. Not that they didnt explain it well. Just because there are so many valves. When they come back in a couple of days to turn on the system, my family hope they can label all of the valves.A different crew came out and turned the water filtration system on. They took their time and showed us how to turn on all they switches to make the system work. We wrote instructions on a picture that we printed out. The crew said they were going to do printouts with all their customers.
