He is a man of integrity with strong family values and places customer service and satisfaction the centering point of his business.I have used Pro Trade for small plumbing jobs around the house and just had them install a whole house water treatment unit for needed water filtration and softening system. Then they put in a 4 stage reverse osmosis potable water filtration system. In addition they ran a hard line from my pool mechanicals outside my lanai/ pool enclosure into my lanai so I can now drain the pool from within as needed without going outside to the pool pump valve to drain the pool.It looks great was reasonably priced and they arrived on time, cleaned up carefully and completed on schedule. They gave a schedule and then called when a cancellation happened. Shane and Zack came to the house and efficiently replaced our toilet and were above and beyond nice. Price was better than expected.

Greg responded very quickly when we had no hot water (and a house full of people). He showed up 20 minutes before expected and resolved the immediate issue quickly, admitting it was a temporary fix, and that the hot water heater would need to be replaced. When we were ready to schedule, I contacted Greg again he was able to assist us in a timely manner. He and his assistant were very professional. I highly recommend Pro Trade Plumbing.

Never for one second did I think they were milking me for more money which some people in this profession will do.
