Very pleased with Frank Gay Services. They were extremely helpful by coming out same day and quite late to diagnose the problem. They came next day to replace my entire a/c system and had it done very quick but also with great quality. Tech from the first night was Thomas Gold that was very patient showed me the problem and went through everything with me and my wife to get us fixed up. Today the two technicians for the install were Ruben Inchausti and Daiyan Fernandez. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of quality, trustworthy, and quick work. Thanks Frank Gay for the great work!

I don’t know how we got so lucky 🍀 but we did a google search for plumbers and got an immediate reply from Frank Gay Services. Our plumber, Ken Cruz, is wonderful. He carefully explained the condition of our badly corroded washing machine valves as well as the options for the repairs. Ken was diligent and fast and his work is immaculate. I already have a load of clothes washing now.I’m very satisfied and very relieved.

First off I never leave reviews but this was such a horrible experience with this company. My Ac stopped cooling over the weekend and this company was able to come out the following Tuesday. The young man who came to my home was very pleasant. I told him what was happening with my unit and he immediately stated that I must just need coolant. I stated the unit was only a couple years old and we needed to figure out why we would need this with such a new unit. I asked him to check for leaks and he stated he would. The young man said that he added coolant to my unit and everything looked great with the unit he didn’t see any leaks. He walked around and check the temp in the vents and said the temp was coming down. We talked for 30 minutes or so about the unit and before he left I asked that he checked the vent temperature again and it showed it was getting hotter already. The young man stated that it would take time for the home to cool down and to give it a few hours which didn’t make sense since the thermometer was showing the temperature climbing. Need less to say we waited and the home reached 89 degrees. I called the company back and requested someone come out and take a look that same night and was told they couldn’t send anyone out until the following day. The next day they sent the same inexperienced young man out and he would then tell me it must be my thermostat and that my unit had lost some of the coolant and that I would need more. So he added more and said to wait a few more hours and it should cool down. Of course it never cooled down. I ended up calling love my ac. They came out at 10pm and the technician was in disbelief when he saw my unit. The unit was so greasy from all of the coolant leaking out everywhere on the outside and inside. The technician from frank gay left tools and didn’t even put my caps back on the unit. As soon as I walked over to the unit and looked inside I could tell it was a major leak and don’t understand why Frank Gay’s technician didn’t see that. So thousands of dollars later my unit is fixed thanks to love my ac they were able to weld the leak that night and get us taken care of. So of course I’ve reached out to Frank Gay’s company to speak with someone about this and no one has called back. How’s that for customer service. I understand that everyone goes through a learning process but for the company not to contact me back when there’s a problem is disrespectful. On top of it I paid for a membership with this company who won’t even contact me back.EDIT: Frank Gay Services was very helpful upon contacting me! They acknowledged the services they originally provided were not the standard and they offered me a refund of 300 dollars. Next time I would like it done right the first time, but their customer service skills after great!

Sergio was amazing with his services to replace all the faucets in my bathroom tub and shower head also. He and his assistant were extremely professional and completed everything better than I could have imagined. They cleaned up after since they had to cut through drywall and cut through the bathroom tile and the kitchen cabinet as well. I would highly recommend Frank Gay Services to any woman who needs work done in their house and doesn’t want to get ripped off. I also have a small dog and they were kind to her and always shut the door each time they went back and forth. Trust this company! They are professional, cost efficient and I will use them again for sure!

The plumber; Mike W., did an outstanding job and showed a genuine appreciation for his craft. He also identified why my previous water heater failed (electrolysis from dissimilar metals) and ensured that wouldnt happen again. I will trust him to work on my home again if I needed. Well done.

19 days after the new HVAC installation, turn on the heat to warm the house. No heat.Of course it’s Saturday and Orlando is not working. He is the only tech familiar with my problems with this.Appointment on Monday. After more than 5 hours neither Orlando nor his manager James could figure it out.So Christmas Eve, Orlando, after 3 hours figured out the problem.My brand new unit I’ve had 21 days finally works correctly.Thank you, Orlando

Had a light switch spark last night. Called Frank Gay this morning and they sent someone out today. Trevor was quick and knew what he was talking about. He set up the appointment for the next day.Jiovanni Was at the house before 9am and finished before 3pm. He had to re-wire the bathroom and a bedroom completely. Meaning he had to go into the attic in Florida heat. Also had a surge protector installed to prevent this from happening again. Now waiting for them to come back to patch holes. (Different team).

The project included cutting through our wood flooring and concrete pad to fix a leaking pipe in the kitchen. Chris prepared the area thoughtfully and cleaned the area after. A great experience. HOI. Do I say anything more to the homeowners of Florida? My new insurance company wouldn’t underwrite my policy unless I got a new water heater. I’ve selected a water heater, but needed to know of what I was getting into installation wise. I called Frank Gay Plumbing. They dispatched one of their plumbers same day and there was no guessing on when they would arrive thanks to their messaging system. He arrived - on time! How many technicians just give you a window and never arrive on time?!? Their guy arrived on time and broke down his quote. He didn’t hard press me or try to up sale me. This was very comforting being a single mom. The quote was very reasonable. If or if not, I need an installation no doubt which company I will be contacting with any plumbing issue. Service outstanding. Co sent photo of Brandon, and updates as to when he would be at the property. Brandon had to replace two 50 amp circuits. Had one in his truck, had to leave and purchase another. He did pull the panel as well. Bill was 572.00. Seems high to me. Brandon explained everything, was very pleasant. Being a realtor in this 55+ community, the homes are newer ( 2018 built). I usually do not need the services of an electrician. I know prices on everything are high in this economy.Linda M

Our a/c went out last night. My dog and I had a miserable night in the heat. I called Frank Gay Services this morning and they were able to assign a technician to come out today. The technician, Thomas Gold, did an awesome job diagnosing the problem, and explaining what repairs were needed to get us back up and going. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I signed up for their Family Plan for bi-yearly HVAC maintenance service, which also includes an electrical & plumbing inspection.

Rich from Frank Gay services did an excellent job solving a clogged pipe in the ground that was downstream from our kitchen sink. They were able to come that morning and the work was quick. One note, if you haven’t used a plumber like this in years, get ready for price shock. This is not a negative on Frank Gay. It is the marketplace. Young people, consider going into plumbing and other trades. It is very lucrative!

We had a fire alarm detector start beeping late yesterday afternoon. Called our usual electrician and they were unable to get here till 1/14/25, which was unacceptable. Looked up Frank Gay services and they had a technician here within 2 hours. Trevor was excellent. He handled our lack of knowledge well. Detector is too high up in our house for my husband or myself to get to. He fixed it immediately. He was friendly and patient. Explained all about thier family plan, which a man named Dillon had mentioned when I called. I had said I would call him back about itTrevor signed us up while he was here. Also put a surge protector on our electric box. All in all we are very pleased at how our morning turned out. Excellent service, compassionate, knowledgeable. The serviceman, Mike Wood, was excellent - he took time to explain everything and advised on what we can do in the furure when we vacate the house for long periods. He discovered a code violation of which we were unaware. We were very satisfied with his excellent care.We were less satisfied with the dispatch service which did not return 3 calls we made to the company on the day of our service appointment. They failed to show up for the appointment and we were forced to reschedule for the following day.We are giving 5 stars because the tech was so good. We are rethinking whether or not to renew our contract once it expires.

Carlton Smith did a fantastic job in an extremely timely manner. He diagnosed a leak from the top of my tenants water heater, and installed a new one that we had delivered on the same day. He did a very good install and he also hauled away our old unit. Water heats up extremely fast now, and more importantly, no leaks!! My tenant is very happy now, and we are too!

I would expect so, though, because everything else was done to my liking. Good job.

My service technician, Jamar, was exceptional. Not only did he show me the inside of my compressor, he cleaned the black mold growing inside. Inspected and Tested all of the parts both inside and out. No other technicians have been as thorough with their service, professionalism and ability to explain what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Jamar for any repairs or maintenance over any of the other technicians working at Frank Gay.

Avery Terrizzi, was our technician today and he did an outstanding job. Incredibly polite and personable. Called to notify us when he was 45 minutes out, and again when he arrived. Provided tons of knowledge and wisdom while he worked away on servicing our AC. Pulling panel after panel and inspecting all the internal workings of our condenser and handler; incredibly thorough for a standard service. He also wore clean room booties inside the house even though we insisted it was fine in our older country home. Can’t say enough great things about him.

I was without hot water since hurricane Helene. I kept trying my regular electrician and he just wouldnt get back to me so I did a Google search and I found this service and called them at 3:30 in the afternoon and there was a technician in my house by 5:30. Trevor was awesome he was respectful he was very thorough in his explanation about what needed to be fixed and it was fixed on the spot very happy with the service and I will be calling them again.

My hot water tanks pressure relief tank developed a leak over night and was spraying water everywhere! I had to turn the water main off leaving the house with no water! I discovered the leak while storing yard items that could become projectiles (due to Hurricane Milton). I called Frank Gay Plumbing hoping they could come out to do the repair. This was Wed morning before Hurricane Milton was to hit landfall. I am so grateful that they were able to come out and repair the leaking tank. Mike Wood discovered the location of the problem immediately and repaired it . He was very professional. He explained everything.I highly recommend Frank Gay Plumbing. The service was top notch. I actually got a real person to talk to when I called. They kept me informed by texts as to who was coming (with a picture) and when they would arrive. Mike arrived precisely at the time he was scheduled .

All these professionals are within the same company giving me comfort that they too will be as pleasant to deal with as my plumber Rich has been. They have a family plan that makes this project we are tackling, very convenient, efficient and economical. Just wow, this guy had a pretty large list of repairs to do on a newly purchased house from the 50’s, with a lot of older plumbing. Sergio went non stop from the time he got to my house, until he was done. We are beyond impressed with Sergio and his insanely hard work ethic. If you are lucky enough to have Sergio assigned to your job, rest assured nothing will stop him from getting the job done the right way. I’m now a couple weeks out from my original review. I had to jump on to let people know that Al Valentine (Plumber) and Korena Pearson (Customer Experience Specialist) are also top notch in their field, Rich is the man as well (yes I’ve had a lot of appointments recently due to the age and lack of normal use in the house in recent history). I had a bit of a communication failure during one of my several experiences with Frank Gay. The 3 mentioned professionals went well above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They listened to me, took action, and even followed up with me afterwards. I can tell you this company and all 3 people I mentioned, stand by their work.

It was a three day job and not fun to experience but Victor’s personality and skill made it bearable. After inspection, the wall repair will be scheduled and we will return to a normal life.👍Update:At this time I am sorry to say we are still waiting. Now that the inspection was passed, we are waiting for our installer to come back to check on a couple of issues and finish up some work that had to be done after inspection.Also, we have tried to contact the drywall crew to schedule our wall repairs. We have heard nothing even though it has been quite some time since the final inspection.We are ready to have this all finished so we can get back to normal life. Lightening strike to our house. Many systems down. Hole in wall and smelled like smoke. Fire department summoned and gave us an all clear with regards to fire.We called Frank Gay services to repair damaged outlets and more importantly to assess the home’s electrical continuity and safety. Hector Mauro showed up on schedule - after notice from company of who was coming and included his photo - I showed him point of impact and accrued damages and he went straight to work.Hector explained everything he was testing and what repairs he was undertaking. After about 3 hours his work was complete and we then felt safe in our house. All in all, an excellent visit by a hard-working and knowledgeable Electrical Technician.

Dion was clear concise and patient. He explained what was absolutely necessary, what could make things optimal, and what was good preventative measures. I felt comfortable with his advice and explanations and skill level. It was an jnvestment, but one i feel comfortable with.

The exterior hose bib was done in a timely manner and the technician informed me at the beginning of the cost and the potential cost with the job because of older pipes. Wow. Called with a possible broken pipe. Excellent customer service on the phone. An hour later the service tech was there. He investigated and discovered it was a meter issue not a leak. Professional, neat and clean, and good at his job. The radio commercials are annoying but the company is A- plus.

Avery was our Technician and was very kind explaining why we had a leak in our AC system. He showed us each part that was damaged and walked us through what solutions we could choose and the pricing. I asked numerous questions and some questions were repeated and he made sure I understood and came up with a plan. We decided to move forward and scheduled to get a new system two days later.Santos was the second technician that came and uninstalled our system and installed the new one. He was great, on time, and fast doing it all himself on a holiday. We got a new thermostat for our system as well and he walked us through what was fixed, where everything was, and all our questions.This is my first time with this company and every one was professional and wonderful. I have no complaints and will update my review if anything changes. Thank you so much and I appreciate the amazing hard workers that have been helping us along the way!

These guys did more than unclog my drain pipes they found the anomaly that has been causing my plumbing issues and how it can be rectified. They also found and uncovered my ground cleanout that the last company swore did not exist at my house. I would 100% recommend them even though they were more expensive because they just do more. They could have just as easily went to the roof, snaked the drain and been on their way like the last company. Oh also they rescued my own snake I lost down the roof cleanout when my drill loosend up and let go of it.

Chris is the best. He came for a solution that solved itself. Must have been an air bubble in the lines. But, he inspected the pipes and found that my air conditioner was not installed correctly. And took pictures and showed me the problem.I just bought this home three weeks ago and had an inspection. Not sure why it was not picked up on but I’m so thankful for Chris.
