The team over at Kraken are amazing. My wife and I just moved to the area and our first project was to update the drain pipe in the house from cast iron to PVC. When visiting family in the area we discovered there was a bad blockage in their sink. After trying multiple things to fix the issue from removing the pipes under the sink to clean, using sulphuric acid, and running a 20 foot snake to clear out the blockage I was still unable to unclog the block. After checking around with several local plumbers I was happy to be greeted with a very knowledgeable and friendly voice on the phone. After discussing the problem, I received a very competitive estimate and went with this local business. He showed up very quickly and managed to fit us in his busy schedule. The plumber was very friendly, answered every question, and gave the time to ensure the issue was entirely taken care of along with a little extra work just to be nice at no extra cost. I was very impressed and enjoyed talking shop with the plumber and will use him again if we ever have another issue. I was very happy with the decision and have no regrets for the excellent work.

Contacted Kraken to have a hybrid hot water heater installed and they were great from start to finish! Colleen was patient and communicative from getting the quote to setting up the service. There was full transparency in the process and costs from the get go. They also used materials Id already purchased. Frank was our technician and did a fantastic install! Colleen answered the phone, evaluated the problem and called me back within 5 minutes to schedule the repair within 4 hours. This was confirmed by text. He diagnosed the problem and fix it in a blink of the eye neat and timely.I have hired in the past 4 plumbers looking to fix the multi head shower and beside the fact they charged big bucks they wanted to sell me A New Shower assembly instead to diagnose the problem!If you need a honest knowledgeable and good plumber call Kraken Plumbing!After some time due an insurance request Frank replaced the faucet hoses and also the faucet assembly at his recommendation in order to prevent anothe expenses later on.Also the office and customer service lady was at the top of the game! Other plumbing companies, wanted money up front even before they showed up and if you didnt go with them hundreds of dollars lost (THEY WANTED A DEPOSIT GRT.) A BIG NO TO THEM.
