    Weve used Mr. Pipes and today was our first time since they’ve become Patriot Plumbing. No difference. Same reasonable prices and excellent work. We had two sinks with original valves and lines that needed replacing. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and has it all done in very timely manner. I’d recommend to everyone. I won’t call anyone else in future for our plumbing needs. Thank you for being so great to work with!

    I needed to replace our old residential 80 gallon water heater. No longer available - a commercial 80 gallon had a substandard warranty. The information was very transparent. I chose a 50 gallon Rheem with a heat pump. The installation service was impeccable!! Even brought their own hose to empty. The level of communication was perfect. I appreciate professionalism and I got it in spades. Thank you Patriot - you are my go to!!

    Excellent response time sending a service technician to fix our problem. The technician was very helpful and explained what needed to be fixed and why and what the cost would be which was a fair and reasonable amount. When he found an unexpected problem he explained the problem and cost to do the job right which again was a fair and reasonable amount. This is our 3rd time using Patriot Plumbing and will continue using this company in the future if we have any future plumbing issues.

    Called Patriot plumbing today after making the mistake of drilling into a water line and they sent out one of their servicemen Gabe right away to repair the break.     I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing. They rerouted my drain pipe around the outside of the house when I had a busted cast iron pipe under the concrete slab.Jimi, Dan, and others showed up when promised and worked diligently to get the job done within the week. They were very respectful of the disruption this repair caused and conscientious about digging up my sod so that it could be saved and replaced.I am very happy with their work and feel the price was very fair.

    I live in an older home which always presents upkeep issues so I have used Patriot Plumbing on various occasions over the years. Every time has been with complete satisfaction. Their estimates are fair, they deliver as promised and are as neat as I would hope any service provider to be – and then some. I have one plumbing companys card in my collection and this is the one. I can recommend then without hesitation or reservation. Call Patriot if you need a plumber. Ms. Kim, in the office, is a delightful person who is always attentive and follows up as necessary. Billy was the last plumber to arrive and he and his helper (Im sorry I missed his name) were exceptional in every way. Thank you, gentlemen. I love my new outdoor quarter-turn spigot!

    Patriot certainly deserves that 5-star rating, in my opinion. The service techs are always polite and extremely helpful. For instance, I have been having trouble with my new home owner insurance company and their little fixes. In fact, CW, the last tech who was here talked with the company on the phone to be sure what he was fixing was indeed what they wanted since it seemed this was the second time we were requested to fix the same thing.

    Very impressed with this company! Customer service with Kim the phone was very efficient. We were kept informed about appointment time and arrival of technician. Billy did a great job with everything - looked at issue with hammer valve on washing machine (which was resolved) and installed new garbage disposal and kitchen sink strainers. Will hire again when needed!

    I had a bad leak in my house and I had to shut off my water! I requested a service call Monday morning ! Kim from Patriot Plumbing call me right when they opened!!     Billy and Dan were outstanding. They were able to reset our toilet in less than an hour. Patriots receptionist worked with us throughout the day to try to get us the service we needed that same day; she came through for us. Our plumbers came to our home later that day, gave us an estimate to include possible complications and proceeded to do everything they set out to do. They were professional, knowledgable, and very nice. We thank you all very much and will call you in the future when the need arises.

    I recently had a problem with a clogged toilet and Patriot Plumbing took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. Gabe or CJ (not sure of his name) the repair man and he was so polite and made me feel comfortable with my situation. He quickly took care of my problem and gave me suggestions for future plumbing situations that I want to take care of. He explained my options and walked me thru everything. I got a follow-up call from the company to assure everything was still working okay a day later. I am so impressed with this company I am making arrangements for them to come back and replace my kitchen faucet that I have been having problems with. I write this review with knowledge of experience within the plumbing world because my father was a plumber in the Daytona Beach area his whole life. This is the first plumbing company I have delt with that gives the same courtesy and professionalism that I remember my dad giving. It was refreshing. The office staff was easy to arrange details with. I believe the girls name I dealt with was Kim.(I hope i have her name right) Very, very nice and pleasant. I highly recommend them !!

    I tell you what I have been living beachside for 30 years. In the same home it is about 60 years old now and is starting to have plumbing issues. I originally called Lous plumbing. They told me they did not come to my area. This was during bike week. They referred me to the clogged dog. The clogged dog came out on Monday after bike week, ran his snake twice on my roof the clock cleared he charged me $250 and he left the next day it was clogged again. He came out snakes. The drain on the roof the next day it was clogged again. They told me that I needed to have a $1000 camera sent down. I would hire him again pay him another 250 and send the camera down at the same time to find The Clog At that point I knew he was a hog. I looked at some reviews. And then I called Mr. Pipes. Mr. Pipes has a wonderful reputation. Steve is going through some personal issues right now. So he referred me to Patriot plumbing. I was so happy with c. J. And Gabe, they came and snake. My drain through the roof ran the water to clean the lines and did a thorough job until it was done. They only charged me $200. Which made me very happy. This has been a issue for over a month and Patriot. Plumbing was the only plumber that would come and help me. Thank you so much for your good service and your professional team. CJ and Gabe went above and beyond to help me and to make sure that this would not reaccur, I am so happy.I highly recommend Patriot plumbing. Thank you guys.

    My family recently hired Patriot Plumbing Service. We scheduled an appointment over the phone for an estimate of plumbing work and the estimate that they gave was a price that we thought was fair, and that we could also afford.     Thanks for the awesome service you provided! We scheduled this AM between 8-10 appmt for your Plumber,, Hunter to see what he could do to solve our toilet issue! Literally in less than 2 hours he removed the old two piece toilet, broken flange and gasket seal, cleaned everything, replaced flange, gasket and installed the single piece new toilet we already had purchased, got everything sealed & cleaned up and tested, took away all the old stuff and good to GO literally! Highly recommend doesnt come close to giving high enough praise plus at a labor cost lower than we anticipated! I had a faucet leak that, when I tried to fix it myself, ended up not going well since the faucet was 20+ years old.     I called Patriot, Plumbing first thing in the morning in a panic because a pipe broke, and water was pouring out into the soaking tub in the master bath.Kim was amazing, she had someone here within 45 minutes. It took me about five minutes or more to find the shut off to the main water source outside.Jimi arrived and took care of the problem immediately.I’ve had Patriot, Plumbing to my home before and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them or to let anyone know that they are top notch.     Best service around. Veteran owned and ALWAYS reliable. If I have any plumbing issues, Jimi at Patriot Plumbing is the person I call. Reasonable prices, and excellent service. When they are done, you cant tell they were even there. I highly recommend them. Ive been using them for years. Never had any complaints. Hes replaced water heaters, garbage disposals, worked on clogged drains etc. Never had any issues with billing, or any hidden charges and I love their new scheduling system, sends me a text when they are on the way and the receipt is conveniently emailed to me so I dont have to have a paper copy laying around.

    I was very happy with the service provided by Patriot Plumbing. They returned my call quickly and I was able to schedule an appt within a day or so. The repairmen showed up when promised and were able to identify the source of our leak (the dishwasher) and fixed the kitchen faucet we thought we were going to have to replace. The dishwasher will need to be replaced due to age and I will definitely use them to do the install. In this age of Covid, everyone wore a mask which we appreciated. Overall a good experience and some nice people.

    Jeff arrived a bit early but I was asked if it was OK with me. It sure was fine with me. Jeff went right to work trying to locate the leak under my sink. I knew one of the 4 valves was bad. He checked the others as well they needed to be replaced as well. I guess after 20 years+ they done their job. He was friendly, knowledgeable as well professional. The cost of the repair was very reasonable.

    Billy K and an associate fixed a slab leak under the foundation of the house. They were very careful when digging through my foundation and found the leak in my hot water line. I was amazed at the little amount of tile that they had to remove to fix the leak. Only 1-12 x 12 tile piece. They were extremely clean and courteous the whole time they were there. These guys knew what they were doing and knew how to fix the problem. If I could give them 6 stars or more I would have. Highly recommended! Awesome job and beyond my expectations!

    Patriot Plumbing Service did a great job for me, which I very much appreciate. Several months ago I had hired a handy man who as it turned out was not handy at all. Patriot Plumbing Service came in and mopped up the mess left by the other people. From now on if I should ever have any plumbing needs I will call Patriot Plumbing Service. They were very professional as well as reasonable not to mention prompt. I cant say enough good things about them and I highly highly recommend them.     I have used this company twice and I am picky. On top of doing fine plumbing work they are mindful of your home. They roll out heavy brown paper to protect your flooring as well as making sure everything is aesthetically pleasing. Your home is spotless when they leave. Pictures are taken of the work which is promptly checked by another to be sure it’s perfect. The office is highly professional and pleasant. To me the prices seem to be on the higher side but to be honest everything is crazy right now. We are upgrading a 1950’s home in town doing a lot ourselves due to the $$$$ on all. Still, unlike my less than stellar luck with electricians after spending a lot Patriot Plumbing makes the bill less painful because they go above and beyond.
