    I highly recommend Lou’s Plumbing! They are always helpful whenever I call for their services. Matt was very knowledgeable! His expertise really made the job go smoothly. I knew I had a leak because the city of PO called and mentioned my water usage increase. Before Matt even came into the house, he spotted a pipe dripping and knew it was the problem with my hot water heater relief valve. I will always call Lou’s plumbing !     I had a leak in my kitchen sink. Water leaking out an old garbage disposal. A small flood on my kitchen floor. Called Lou’s and someone was here in 30 minutes. Sam was wonderful. Efficient , friendly, and did excellent work! Thank you so much! Most appreciated.

    I noticed that I had a water main leak in my front yard, I dug the line up and was shocked to see how bad the leak was. I just moved to Ormond Beach 2 years ago and new nothing about getting a qualified plumber, I called at 7:30 am sharp and they answered right away, they sent a technician out within a hour and made the repairs even knowing I wasn’t a client. I could not be any more impressed with the professionalism and what they charged was very reasonable. I will say this is nice to know that companies like this still exist. Thank you all very much for a top notch service

    I have nothing but praise for this organization! I called, they came and conquered my 50 yr old Trailer plumbing issue in the only shower that I have. The fella they sent was the most knowledgeable coolest plumber and not to mention professional. I have ever met. Matt rebuilt all control valves in no time at all.     Noticed a leak coming from the ceiling located under the 2nd story bathroom. Called 3 companies and Lous not only answered, but had their pro Sam at our house within 30 minutes.     Ten Stars! Two very difficult faucet repairs on my 1958 oceanside house. Outside hose faucet and a bathroom sink had the galvanized pipes eventual corrosion and small leaks. Sam the tech arrived a little early and replaced it all with copper fittings and new fixtures. Great job. Call Lou.

    Lou is da bomb! Lou was the only plumber out of 5 that visited my home that took on the challenge of re-piping my condo. Our galvanized pipes had sprung several leaks and needed to be replaced. We live in GA, but he took the time to send pictures , communicated via text every step of the way and even recommended a great Painting company to finish the drywall and repaint after the re-pipe. I cant recommend him enough! Ours was a big job, but I will always call Lou for any of my plumbing needs! Thanks Lou! If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable plumber, Lou is your guy!

    First rate service! We purchased an all-inclusive replacement package from Lous for 2 old toilets, and they installed a kitchen faucet that I previously purchased. They hustled and were in and out in no time. The toilets are great! Although his prices are a bit high, we believe its worth the peace of mind having a competent plumber for our plumbing needs.

    A valve behind my water heater decided to break last night and I had to turn off my water to keep it from leaking everywhere. I called Lou’s plumbing and left a message that we needed someone to come out to fix it. Later I missed their call that said to call back the next day (it was after 5pm) and schedule something. So I did! And I’m so happy I did, I called again at 8:30am, and the plumber left by 10am the same day. And they didn’t charge me any emergency fees or anything crazy. They are fair, they are fast, they are friendly, and they are the only plumber I’m calling in the future!Thank you guys, you are life savers!

    We had a new hot water heater installed and the service was professional. The only issue I had was a 3% up charge for using a credit card, The total price was given to us before the replacement which did not include this. That was an additional $45 when it came time for payment. If they’re going to charge this they need to tell you upfront.

    I just called Lous Plumbing because I discovered a fire hazard in my 13 year old water heater. I was just checking the panels when I found it. Lous Plumbing came out within an hour. The serviceman Pat was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He discovered that the coil had burnt out and my water heater was history.I received an excellent price to install a new water heater. I am so thankful that this didnt cause a major fire in my house. I am also thankful for Lous Plumbing being so responsive, professional and courteous.My new heater is working great!     Lou’s PlumbingI can’t write enough good stuff about Lou’s Plumbing. They are honest and fair in price. They keep their word, their prompt, and are professional. They cleaned up after themselves, wow! I stumble upon Lou’s Pluming in my desperation of having some unexpected major plumbing done. And Lou’s was the light in the dark. They came out, they gave me an estimate and they worked me in. What was so amazing was they worked strategically in a manner of trying to save me money, but it was the worst-case scenario. Most plumbing companies would have torn out my kitchen cabinets and bust a hole in the foundation the length of the pipe. I can’t thank Matt, John, and Matt’s son enough. I hope I have their names correct because this review is two months after the incident.

    Great service and attention to detail! I needed a trusted plumber to get the job done and once again, Lous Plumbing came through!     LIFESAVER! Our hot water heater broke down for good in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve which resulted in us having to turn off the water to our house. We were pretty stressed since it was the holidays and we were due to host family at our home at 3:00pm for Christmas Eve. Lous Plumbing was able to take our last minute request and was in and out of our house within 45 minutes after installing a new water heater. Wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Great plumbing , Matt did a really nice job on my kitchen faucet and valves . I went and bought a mowen faucet and normally I would replace it myself. But the shut off valve under the sink cabinet would not shut off. And Im not messing with cutting pipe and dealing with these compression fittings. So I called lous Matt came out and did a great job. He even cleaned up the stainless steel sink . I would definitely call lous again if I need plumbing. And ask for Matt. Thank you .

    Another plumping company came and told me moisture under sink was caused by an old leak that had been fixed and that it would dry out in time.problem got worse and worse.     I am SO happy with the work done by Joe from Lous Plumbing! It took a little over an hour to replace all of the plumbing under my kitchen double sink and one laundry line.     Excellent customer service! Needed two toilets replaced in my home because they were leaking. Called to setup an appointment and they were able to come out right away. Anthony took the time to explain everything to me. The attention to detail was outstanding. After the work was completed they carefully cleaned up any mess that was made during the installation and also took the time to clean one of the tiles that had a stubborn rust stain due to the leak. I was very impressed and would HIGHLY recommend them. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

    Lou’s Plumbing responded back quickly after being contacted with a garbage disposal problem. Shiloh came the next day and after assessing and reviewing the problem we agreed that the installation of a new disposal was our best option. Shiloh was efficient and professional. Lou’s Plumbing exceeded our expectation. If we need plumbing assistance in the future, they will be our first contact.

    Wow what a great company! I had my master toilet backing up into the show absolutely terrible. I wish I had called Lous first unfortunately I called the septic guy for the 4th time ugh! Lous came out on time actually early stayed until he went through each pipe to make sure the drain or pipes were clear. This company operates like plumbing companies used to, honest hard working professional could not ask for better service. The worst feeling ok maybe not the worst but pretty bad feeling having a plumbing problem and not knowing who you can trust. I highly recommend Lous Plumbing in Ormond Beach doing business like people should taking pride in a job well done.
