    They were responsive in putting a tarp on my roof while it rained, and promptly submitted a permit to get my flat roof replaced. I really appreciate their quick response! Steve referred Lucas to me, who was very helpful and acted as quickly as he could to get tarps on to keep out the water!

    While walking my Moms dog around her neighborhood on 10/21/20, I admired a new roof job, took a picture of the sign and called the number. Damian Punnara called me back immediately and scheduled time to come look at our roof the next day. He did a quick inspection and was able to confirm the damage we suspected from a recent rain/wind storm. Damian was experienced working with our insurance company (USAA) and professionally, and efficiently handled everything from that point forward. The roof was finished by December 9th and we couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend this company, and Damian personally. He is responsive, communicative and accommodating. Thank you Damian!

    The roofing experts were very very professional in their job. Everything was cleaned up and everything was done on time. The Solar man Manny, who also took the panels off the roof and reinstalled them did a great job if you’re needing anything to do with solar panels. Lucas is the gentleman who I contracted with who works for the roofing experts. He was very professional and was there for everything I needed. I recommend the roofing expert very highly.

    I can not start this review without thanking Ed Mercado” The Roofing Experts “ for the help he provided during this roofing process, Ed was referred to me by an inspector that performed a 4 point inspection at my house.Ed educated me about not only the roof but as well as letting me know that I may have a claim possibility for damages with my Insurance company, Ed Mercado along with his company DID ALL THE WORK going after this claim, been there for every single inspection, his company was on time on EVERYTHING, my Roof and Gutters came out fantastic, the quality of work was Outstanding, I live 3 hours away from my second home and Ed communicated with me through Texts, Emails all the time.Ed Mercado is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to.I can’t not recommend it enough, if you’re looking for someone to help out stop looking, The Roofing Experts are the best.I give them 5 stars on EVERYTHING, they made my life easier .Thank you Ed one more time.BLESSINGS be upon yourself and family.

    I had some issues around my vents on my roof and some wet areas inside my attic. I worked with Damian Punnara, this gentleman is truly professional and knowledgeable. He is first class and took the time to check all my vents on my roof , not just the one that was having an issue and he climbed inside the attic and checked the area from inside to verify everything. He went above and beyond and I promise I would not use anyone else and highly suggest if you have any roofing issues that you give him a call , good honest person, which is hard to find nowadays.     There is nothing I could say bad about this company or Damian Punnara. He helped me every step of the way from dealing with the insurance company and the attorneys Damian was always professional, and very responsive. He answered all my questions without hesitation and took care of anything that I needed. He always had a positive and optimistic attitude. Him and the roofing crew did a great job and finish the job within a day and a half.There was problem with cleanup, as they cleaned up when they were done and searched for any nails that they might’ve missed. Then the next day came back with another guy from the company to double check the nails, and anything else that they have missed. Nothing but the best an above and beyond customer service.My biggest checked box with any company is great customer service and quality, and Damian and his crew exceeded that.I definitely recommend Damian and his crew.

    We had our roof replaced earlier this year (2023) and are very pleased not only with Steve Conrad who came out and worked with us on our estimate, roof shingle choice and other things but with the installation process as a whole. The installers came and expeditiously replaced the roof keeping the area neat and clean as can be expected for a work site. They went around afterward with a magnet to ensure the removal of stray nails, etc. Steve kept in great communication and was always professional and friendly. We appreciate their work, which is thus far standing up to the Florida rains and we would recommend them to anyone who asks.

    Kaitlin was referred to me by my property manager as I live 1100 mikes away out of state.     Updated:Almost two years after my new roof was done, I noticed a little hole over the flashing connection. I took a picture and sent it to Damian on a Saturday afternoon. He responded right away and promised to send it to the office when it opens on Monday. The worker showed up on Wednesday to follow up on that! So happy to see everyone in the company is so responsive and professional. NO MORE HOLE AND A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!The whole experience with the roofers was professional and responsive. They showed up on time and worked hard all day till 8 p.m.! They finished my roof and cleaned up in one day! Manuel came back again to do a thorough cleanup the next day to make sure we have no nails or any debris. Damian Punnara, the project manager has been so helpful all along to keep us in the loop from the beginning to the end. He explained the whole process and worked closely with us and the insurance company. I highly recommend Damian as he will get the job done. As a matter of fact, two of my friends also have their roofs done through Damian. I am so happy to have a nice roof done right.

    We are out of town for the summer and Govin made the process easy. He worked with us in text messages and phone calls to get the ball rolling. When the insurance company turned us down, he went to work and got the claim approved. The work crew really hustled in the 90 plus degree Temps and finished within 2 days.     Words can not explain how my family and I as well as my neighbors feel about Damien. I saw him on my neighbors roof doing an inspection then went over and asked him to check mine.     I decided to go with the Roofing Experts because people in my neighborhood knew Ed Mercado. He was a great guy, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. I knew that roof repairs are tricky because you dont really know what needs to be done until you open it up. My repair was in a problematic area of the roof, and they took it in stride. The cost was true to the end, except for a little more material being needed. The repair crew worked tirelessly all day except for rain, were very good, polite and worked clean

    I’ve never had to deal with getting a new roof. We really didn’t know who to trust. Luckily Keith Ulrick was recommended to us by my neighbor. Not only is he a professional at what he does but he is also easy to talk to and easy to get along with. His inspection was done very thorough and he even helped us with making the color decision to match our home. After the roof was approved, the team showed up early in the morning and got the job done! I was blown away by the quality of work and the look was right on point. What also got my attention was how well they cleaned up after the job was done. I didnt find a single piece of trash or shingles on my lawn. If you are looking for a true professional, call Keith.     We contacted Damian Punnara when we noticed that the Roofing Experts replaced our neighbor’s roof. From the very first appointment Damian was extremely punctual (I mean to the minute), since then, if he said he would call or come over, I knew it would be right on time.     We chose Damien Punnara of The Roofing Experts to replace our roof which was heavily damaged from a recent hail storm. We could not be happier with our decision. The roofing crew was very professional and had the roof completed in two days of work on a 2,700+ sq/ft house. They kept the site very clean, being sure there was no debris or nails left. I appreciated that there were no blasting radios, no loud talk, just professional organized work from sunup to past sunset.Damien assisted us through the entire claim process. We would have been lost without him. Our mortgage company did not cooperate as well as the could have.     When Ed Mercado first approached us about needing to do a roof replacement, I was a little skeptical. But his cander and professionalism went above and beyond our expectations. He is a Project Manager for the Roofing Experts and he laid out step by step what we needed to do get our roof replaced which was damaged from a wind event back in August 2020. He even worked with our insurance company and HOA to line up everything prior to the day of construction.When his crew arrived, they performed quickly and efficiently and was very impressed on the clean up as well not leaving debris anywhere in our yard. The removal of the dumpster needed was also very quick and they were done in 2 days start to finish.I would highly recommend Ed Mercado and his team from the Roofing Experts to anyone Im need of a quality roof replacement or something similar!

    My cousin recently had his roof replaced on his property in Kissimmee. Florida. Because he lives in Canada, he was unable to post his review of the work down on the Better Business Bureau’s website in the United States. As a result, he asked me to post it form him. Here now are his words: “I want to share with you my experience with Mr. Damian Punnara a roofing supervisor/project manager with Celena Duchscher inc. in Orlando, Florida. I owned a rental property in Kissimmee for approx. 20 years and felt that the roof needed replacing. Living in Canada I really didnt know any roofing contractors in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. I turned to a relative to lives in St. Cloud who referred me to Mr. Punnara. As you can well imagine I wanted someone whom I could trust since I know nothing about roofs and not being on the ground there, I would literally be at the mercy of whomever I selected. I took my relative recommendation and called Mr. Punnara. After a few missed called we finally connected. As soon as I spoke to him, I knew that he was my guy. I told him what I wanted and told him that I was giving him carte-blanche to represent me. Dare I say that he has gone over and beyond the call of duty. He took charge told me exactly what information my insurance company would need, he sent me before and after photos, got all the building permits from the city, coordinated with the tenants, property manager, and homeowners’ association to make certain that the replacement shingles were approved. He showed remarkable patience with the running around I had to go through to get all the down payments from the insurance company were eventually paid to his companyI would say that I was truly blessed to find Mr. Punnara and will go out of my way to tell persons who I know living in Florida that if the time comes to replace their roof that he and his company must do the job.     The roofing experts team led by Jorge Vazquez came out to review storm damage and confirmed we needed a new roof. Working with our insurance company they quickly scheduled a new roof installation. Within a short period the roof was scheduled to be repaired. There was need for roof panels to be replaced and all was pulled and replaced. The roof looks great with the new architectural shingles.About 6 months later during a rain I found my porch roof was leaking and after writing the company they responded within a week to send a team out and find the leak and replace the shingles in the leaking area. Very Impressed with the response and the repair! I would recommend this company for a roofing job!

From the initial “Hello” in offering a complete roof assessment without any prior commitment and free of charge. Which lead to providing a detail explanation as to the current structural integrity of the roof, after a sever wind storm which had impact our community in recent weeks during the 3rd Qtr. of 2020. Francois provide us with 100% orientation and assistance in establishing the insurance claim. Within his scope of work, he also advised us, of the required permits of the county, city and HOA to replace the entire roof, which he took care of providing. They day of the roof replacement, it was conducted by a well-established and very skillful team. By the 2nd day the entire process had been completed with all the material discarded were removed from the property. The Roofing Experts manage to make a complex process into a streamline and effective organized roof replacement experience. I will add that throughout the entire process every time I called Francois for a question or update, he would take the call or return the call within the hour.

    We had a pretty major storm blow through our neighborhood, in fact the video my wife took during the down burst was shown on WESH that day, Herman was across the street inspecting our friends roof & when he finished he came over and talked to me about the storm. I asked him if he would mind taking a look at my roof, without any hesitation he went up & looked and noticed where we’d been hit by hail. Herman showed me a diagram of the damage and he said not to worry about a thing, that he would make sure we were taken care of. Unfortunately,our insurance company didn’t think we needed any repairs. So Herman set up several meetings with their adjuster. But alas, it was not to be. That being said, if we ever need roofing repair, we will not hesitate to call them.

He took the effort to appear every time the Insurance Company sent an Adjuster.     Damian Punnara came around the same day I called and checked the roof and attic area to determine the source of the leaks coming from the roof, he looked at everything and took his time to find the problems. Damian updated me throughout the whole process from the inspection, permits, contractors dropping off and delivering supplies. The whole crew were absolutely fantastic, it took them two days to strip the roof and install a new one, even when it rained the crew were not giving up and soldiered through. They worked 13 hours both days and did an amazing job, they cleaned up after both days and even returned once the roof was completed to get any debris they missed from around the house and the pool enclosure. Damian checked the progress throughout the job and also checked the worksite upon completion and asked if there had been any problems. Absolutely 100% would recommend if you need a new roof installation!!
