Assure-U Roofing far exceeded my expectations. My husband was even impressed! Nicole was very nice and knowledgeable when I called to schedule. David came and provided our estimate, he was courteous and patient (I ask a lot of questions). The crew was clean, fast, helpful, and professional! The process was so simple and the price was very fair! My zipcode is 32807 and there are a lot of roofers in the area. We received a lot of estimates but the entire staff at Assure-U Roofing made us comfortable and confident that they actually care about us and our roof.

Had my roof replaced many years ago. I am ashamed I never left a review back then. Company came out to provide me with a wind mitigation report at no cost to me to help get a reduction in my insurance.Very happy with how responsive they were, the quality of their work, and how they continue to go out of there way to support even years after the job was completed. Would easily use this company again for future needs.

Assure-U Roofing replaced my roof approximately eight years ago. I’ve had a couple of minor issues since then and Assure-U has always immediately responded and rectified the problem. Honest and upfront company that has always treat me with respect, professionalism, and great customer service. The owners\managers Sam and Nick are the best, hence very knowledgeable about the roofing industry. Kudos to the roofing installer staff as well. Im so glad I chose Assure_U Roofing for our roofing repair. They are honest and fixed only what was needed, nothing more and nothing less. Im very pleased with their work. Nick was so knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish I had called them 3 years ago to install the new roof because the company that did the job cut corners, resulting in leaks after 2 years. Assure-U did our homes last roof 21 years ago and the previous owners never needed any maintenance or repairs nor did they have any leaks. We got two other bids and Assure-U came in at the middle point as far as price, but after the high quality job they did and the lifetime of the old roof we went with them. So happy we did, our new roof is beautiful! Their clean up was so thorough it looks like the new roof went up like magic and our home looks brand new. The only thing we had to do was pick the color they took care of everything else and it was hassle free. THANK YOU!

Great company for your roofing needs. Once I called and scheduled an appointment, David came and provided a fair quote. The job was done soon after and we are extremely pleased with the results.We needed a replacement roof for our detached garage and some shingles replaced on our home. I was impressed that Sam even provided matching colored shingles for our home.I would highly recommend this company.

It would probably require a dissertation to express my gratitude and describe the quality of work by Assure-U at home services.Sams team did a great job end-to-end; from 1st estimate, to installing my roof, to addressing follow-up items.However, Sam went above and beyond to ensure even the most minute details I noted were addressed to my satisfaction.The roof was installed in October following Hurricane Irma.Seven months later, we noticed what we though was chipped paint on several of the vents. Sam promptly came to our home and removed what turned out to be plastic covers from thenew vents.I am meticulous when it comes to selecting company for home services;I spend a great deal of time researching them and typically interview 2-3of those I shortlist prior to making a final discussion.Assure-U Home Services was shortlisted and I could not be happier.He is a person of the highest integrity, ethics and treats everyone with equality and respect.For this reason, Assure-U home services receives my highest recommendation!

I recently had my roof on my rental property replaced. I was very pleased at how quickly Assure U communicated with me throughout the process, especially because I live out of state! From the beginning Theresa responded to all my questions via email or phone call. Sam provided me with a quote within a few days of contacting them. Once I decided to move forward with Assure U, they made sure that I had HOA approval and asked for documentation. I then paid 50% up front and the rest after the job was done. They scheduled me in quickly, even with the hurricane just passing. Sam contacted me a couple times during the week of the roof replacement to finalize details. The roof looks great. I couldnt be happier!

This company gets my highest accolade!! They did an outstanding roof installation for me about a year and a half ago. My insurance company informed me that if I got a Verification Inspection Form, my homeowners insurance would be less. Mr Sam Strothers was out to my home in two days!!! While conducting the inspection, he found that something was loose on the side of my house (nothing to do with the roof) and he spent about 10-15 minutes fixing it. How awesome is that??? You just dont find this kind of customer service anymore! I appreciate you guys, more than I could ever express!

Assure-U provides very good service. They sent someone to our house within a few days to provide an estimate. Their price was the best compared to two other companies I received a quote with. They started the job within two weeks after I received the HOA approval and after they got the permit from my city. They are state licensed and has their own insurance to protect their workers.They started the work on a Monday, and a dumpster was delivered to my house on Sunday. They completed the job in one and a half days. The workers were working early before 8 o’clock in the morning. They post the permit on the outside wall and took care of the permit process. The workers tried to clean my house the best they can to ensure the safety of my kids not stepping on nails. My families used them before and was very satisfied with them, and I am also satisfied with the price, service, product, and speed they provided. I highly recommend to get a quote with them before you make a decision.
