Premiere Roofing is one of the best experiences Ive had with roofing replacement. They replaced my roof and when hurricane Helene missed my Florida home on its way to Columbia a large tree fell and in the yard but there was no wind damage to my roof. They came out and inspected the roof and no missing shingles or wind damage.

They kept the lines of communication open from concept to completion. The estimate was very reasonable, and their work crew was efficient, professional, and respectful of our property. Premiere recently replace my roof that was damaged by a Hail storm. They did an excellent job. The quality of the work was great. They worked long days to make sure the job was completed in a timely fashion. Most days they worked until dark. Clean up was exceptional as well. During the process they found additional damage that was not included on the original insurance company estimate. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company and did a great job of documenting the additional work that was needed which was promptly approved by the insurance company. Hope I dont need a new roof any time soon but when I do Ill be calling Premiere.

I was very pleased with the way they handled my roof repair and installation. Daniel was very professional and consistent, calling me to update my project. His team was very professional and did the job fast. They really policed the area of and picked up after themselves. They used a magnet to pick up any stray nails. They did a great job and I would use them again if needed.

I would highly recommend this company. I used them to replace my roof and everyone, from the sales rep to the office staff to the crew that came out to do the work, was knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. David and his team were absolutely wonderful! They helped us get the roof mostly covered through insurance because of a bad storm that damaged the roof and took care of everything seamlessly. Premiere was my contractor to repair my garage that had been badly damaged by an auto accident. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them for future work. This particular work involved concrete block repair, stucco, ceiling drywall removal and replacement, knockdown texture on the ceiling, and paint. Replacement of the garage door was done by another firm.

I started a whole roof contractor searchsince Aug 2023 and that turned out to be adisaster had to let go of that awfulcompany and lost money. I restarted thesearch and this time went with one of myinsurance contractors which ended upbeing premiere roofing and carpentry andfrom the start of the process,and meetingwith Daniel Longa it has been a relief hewent through the process with meexplained the process very professionaland respectful to my questions for my roofreplacement I felt comfortable I cant thankhim enough I started on feb 21 2024 andby March 6 my roof was being worked onand finished March 7 the employers werehard working did everything accordinglyand once they was done left everything soclean you wouldnt have known work wasdone lm so pleased with my new roof andthe outcome of it all I highly recommend premiere roofing and carpentry you wont regret using them very reliable thank you so much God bless

Premiere came out immediately to remove the limb and tarp. A crew was sent to replace the roof. They did a wonderful job. My roof looks great. Thank you, Premiere Roofing and Carpentry. Our roof was replaced by premiere in 2020 in the middle of covid 19 calamity. They assisted us as a go between with our insurance company, gave us an immediate estimate and replaced our roof professionally while working from home. Under horrible circumstances, they provided timely professional service, answering all of our questions and guiding us through this process.All of our phone calls were returned promptly and their entire staff guided us through an electronic maze of paperwork with great patience and efficiency. The installation team was polite, clean, and very neat. We are confident they will stand by their work and warranty. They even bypassed an initialestimate , saving us money. From the ladies in the office, to the installation team, to the owner who did the initial estimate, and Eddie who coordinated the project, we send many thanks and best regards. An A+ project done under the worst circumstances in modern day history.
