    This company is wonderful and awesome at what they do. Diana and Luis are very responsive from start to finish, and they are still responsive even after the crew is finished with the reroof; that tells you they have integrity and stand behind their work product.For the reroof crew, Victor and his crew worked efficiently, they completed the job in a day and half, which included tearing down the old roof, replacing rotted wood where needed and reroofing with new materials. In addition, they did a great job in cleaning after themselves each day and made several passes to pick up loose materials and nails as much as they could, which is wonderful as Ive read horror review stories about some other companies regarding their crew not cleaning up after themselves. In addition, they made sure to take care of any issues that arise after the reroof, even coming out on the weekend when the office is supposed to be closed. Thank you for going above and beyond with your customer service and looking forward to hiring you for other contracting needs that your company can provide.If anyone needs your roof to be redone, definitely give Diana, Luis, Victor and their crew a try, you wont be disappointed!

    I had a new roof put on my home. It rained heavily both of the days they were working on it. Despite the best efforts of their guys working, some water had got into the roof and into one of the walls in my new home. I had just moved in a few months prior and had the whole house painted and textured inside when I did. Luis and Diana wanted to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I was able to bring back the company that had textured and painted when I moved in to redo the wall that had gotten damaged. Revildor took care of any expense involved and followed up with me numerous times to express their concern and to reassure that they would make sure everything was taken care of. It was a stressful moment at first but when I realized they were all over it I felt so much better. Now the walls and ceiling inside look good as new. The roof itself has made it through Hurricane Helene without any issues so it seems like they did a good job with it. And I could not recommend them more as a company that cares for its customers and really works to deliver on their promises. Thank you again Luis and Diana for everything.

    My roof was damaged as the result of Irma hurricane that went thru our area back in September. There were multiple shingles missing and I was contemplating a very significant financial step back in costs of repairs, until the professionals from Revildor came and without delay have inspected and provided me with two fair options for repair. I have chosen the one that fit best both my budget and the quality of repairs, and Revildor did the rest. In just matter of a few days the roof on my house was fully repaired and the photos of the new looking roof was provided to me per my demand. Hearing stories about people waiting weeks and even months for roof repair companies to just return their calls as so many people in Florida area experienced roof damage and needed to find a roof contractor to make the repairs, I was pleasantly surprised to get Luis Quevedo, the licensed roof contractor from Revildor to return my call in matter of just a couple of hours, and who in just a few days since the initial call to come to my house, do free inspection and give me his professional assessment of the damage. Diana Bolivar, who was managing the contract from the beginning to the end has also been very professional, responsive and attentive. Great people to work with and Ill definitely keep them on my short list for future reference!

    This company was recommended to us by a friend. They have a quiet, confident way of doing exactly what needs to happen. When Kathy sent us emails, she always followed it up with a phone call. Luis answered all questions we had. Viktor and his crew of 6 were quick and efficient. I love that Viktor brought his crew water and drinks to stay hydrated. He made sure they took breaks to not get overheated. We opened our garage and provided chairs, water and a fan to keep them comfortable in the July heat. They did all that we asked them to do safely and quickly. At the end of day one, one of the crew members went around the perimeter of our house to clean the trash out of the bushes.     Our roof was damaged by Hurricane Irma in more than one location. We had months of trying to “chase leaks”, which led to even more damage in the interior of our home.One of our friends, who recently had their roof replaced, recommended we call Revildor to come out and inspect our roof to see what our options were. After examining it thoroughly, they showed us that there was a significant amount of damage, and, they assessed that there was most likely even more damage beneath the surface where we couldn’t see.They helped us with everything from working with our Insurance company who then approved us for a new roof. In addition, they handled ALL the paperwork that was required by our town, and there was a lot of it. Our inspection by both the city inspector and our mortgage company was 100% approved, which gave us peace of mind.The process was smooth as they told us exactly what to expect.     I had significant damage to my roof from hurricane Irma. I obtained 4 bids to replace the roof and selected Revildor due to their upfront professionalism. The work was done in a timely fashion and at a cost acceptable to me.The office personnel and roofers themselves truly know the meaning of customer support and communicated with me well during the process. I had extensive solar panels that had to be removed first and Revildor worked with the company I hired with the removal and replacement.I do want to add that the roofers themselves were extremely hard working, taking only a break for lunch.     Revildor has now re-roofed four of my properties and will be contacted to do the rest of them as they come due. They walk the roof and send me pictures of damage found. Jobs are timed so the dumpster arrives the day before, old roof comes off the next day and, if Mother Nature cooperates, the new roof is on the day after. A montage of photos accompanies the invoice that shows various stages of completion and discovered sheating damage. How a person could ask for more is beyond me.
