    After the recent Florida hurricanes, I only had minor loss of roof tiles. Every company I called, didn’t want to bother with repairs. They were only interested in putting in new roofs. Skylight said no job is too small, quickly came out and surveyed the roof, and quoted a fair price. Job was done efficiently and properly. I got numerous before and after photos to show the extent of the work done. I would highly recommend using them.My project manager was Joshua and was great. Always available for questions. Knowledgeable and helpful.

    Im really happy with the work that Sky Light Roofing did. I had a roof leak after Hurricane Milton and they came out the day that I called to tarp my roof and prevent further damage. They scheduled the full repairs quickly and did a great job. The work crew was professional, careful, friendly, and on time. They not only had to replace the roof but also my rain gutters everything was done in 3 days. Everything was cleaned up around the home after everything was done.     This company was lights out with their impeccable level of service and responsiveness. In terms of pricing they were slightly better than the competitors.     First I want to thanks Gustavo Morales and his entire Sky light Roofing team for there amazing service and honesty.This was my first time getting my roof replaced and Gustavo made the process so easy and painless. He came highly recommended from another client a close friend.He came over the same day i contacted Sky light Roofing to do an inspection for a quote and explained everything to me , later that night i received the quote by email which it was right on my butget plus they included a promotional rebate on my quote ,i couldnt be more happier also i was impressed how fast all the workers finished my roof ,they showed up reallyearly in the morning and finished everything by 3pm , the crew did an amazing and clean job they were very friendly and professional .after the job was completed Gustavo showed up to show me the entire beautiful new roof with his cool drone high definition camera to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I had a bad experience with a Roofing Company in the past and I was a little apprehensive about reroofing this time around.     Our neighbors used them first, their roof was done in a couple of days, we were impressed. Met with Jose, super great guy. Always polite and answers his phone and emails. He gave us an estimate, it was $2600 less than another roofer in the area. With our roof, we replaced 2 skylights and added a solar tube skylight in our bathroom with no windows and went with a lightest shingle. The guys came 7am worked till 7pm, the roof was done in 2 days from start to finish, 3rd day the solar tube skylight was added. Everything passed brevard county inspections. The company documents everything, after the roof is completed they send you an email of 40+ pics of your roof from start to finish. It’s beautiful! The quality is perfect! It was the best deal in town too. There’s a reason why they are always working because their work quality is too notch and the pricing is super fair! I’m so glad my neighbor picked them because that’s the only way we found them. The office is easy to work with too, they have their own notary in house as well. They kept us informed regarding the start date, they showed up on time, they took every precaution to protect our landscape, The crew, despite at least 3 rain delays, got the job done in 2 days! After the job was almost complete, they sent a follow-up crew to finish some final details that I would have never have thought of or expected: they removed all of the debris from my rain gutters and yard; they dressed up and painted all of the vent pipes in my roof; they were also very polite an courteous.     This has to be the most professional company I have ever contracted. Timeframes are always on point with SLR, they made sure I had a direct contact number for any concerns at any time of the day.     Skylight Roofing and specifically Fernando and his Team provide the most pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to use Skylight Roofing for a roof replacement. Fernando provided a very thorough and informative demo of the roof replacement process. Including material, documentation and timing. He was also able to provide gutter service quote that lead to us replacing our complete gutter system.Fernando was able to line up a replacement date based on our schedule. Super accommodating considering it was done during the winter holidays. The team removed and installed the new roof within an 8 hour shift! Truly amazing on how quick and efficient Skylight executed the replacement.It has now been 6 months since installation and the roof looks as new as it did the first day.     I worked with Brent Moyer of Sky Light Roofing after finding some damaged shingles in my yard. He was referred by a neighbor. He went up on my roof and took over 80 photos of areas of concern. Brent then worked my insurance adjuster and a complete reroof was okayed. The crew did a great job protecting my landscaping and getting the old roof into the dumpster. Afterward they used a 3’long magnet to insure there were no nails left behind. The estimate was right on the money and I paid only my deductible. Very happy that I chose Sky Light Roofing.

The price was also more reasonable.When the crew came, very early in the morning, they went to work right away. The supervisor talked to me about the process & answered questions as needed. I was very comfortable during the process. I loved that they put down plastic all around my house, protected my awnings & decorative driveway!A supervisor monitors the progress the whole time!     If youre looking for a great roofing company look no further! Rick does a great job communicating and the getting the job squared away. The team is one of the fastest Ive seen in my neighborhood. Lots of neighbors have replaced their roofs, but Skylight were the only ones that can complete a single story 2100 sq ft shingle roof in a day. They had the best quote we were offered (out of 3 different companies) Rick earns his keep and is one positive dude!

    Skylight roofing was amazing! We got three different quotes from different roofers and skylight roofing gave us the best price and the best warranty. We also had a skylight that needed to be replaced and they included that as well. Rick was so informative and very professional when he came over to give me a quote. He was honest and answered all my questions and concerns. Going forward, the process went extremely smooth. We had a deadline to meet because our insurance policy was being renewed soon and we needed the new roof first. They got the permits to do the roof in 5 days and started the following Tuesday. They did our whole 2100 sqft home in a single day. They were effienct and productive. The roof looks amazing! Afterwards, Rick came the next day and scanned the property to make sure everything was cleaned up and back together. They are great company and I would recommend them to anyone!

    I would highly recommend using this company. In August 2022 we needed a new roof in preparation to sell our house. This company gave us a great value and a beautiful new roof. The crew was very courteous and neat. I had very little roof debris to clean up after they left. In September hurricane Ian hit. The roof sustained some damage from a tree limb that had fallen and punched a good sized hole through the roof. Two other smaller holes were found. We contacted Gabriel Gonzalez, Account Manager, with Sky Light Roofing, Inc. who was our account manager before. Gabriel immediately responded to our urgent request for help. We are in the middle of selling our house in Florida, building a house in Tennessee and having to move from our temporary housing in Tennessee. We would not be able to stay in Florida long for repairs. Gabriel came out to survey the damage and gave us a very reasonable quote for repairs. He even came by the house, the evening we had arrived back in Florida from Tennessee. He brought the paperwork for us to sign so he could get us on the schedule. They had a very reasonable price compared to three other quotes that I had received previously. The crew showed up early and knocked it right out. They were friendly and courteous. The end result is absolutely amazing result that I could not be more thrilled with!While I dont hope to have to replace my roof again any time soon, I will certainly recommend them to coworkers, friends and family. And I will use them in the future as any needs arise regarding my roof.

    I called this company after I heard a story about the owner of the company generously sharing his time and expertise with someone as they troubleshooted a suspected roof leak and then charging them $0 for a couple hours of his attention. I had gotten four quotes and this company was the most competitively priced and had the best online reviews. The entire process was surprisingly simple and efficient. The company scheduled around our holiday plans beautifully. The icing on the cake were the 40+ photos the foreman took of my roof at literally every stage of the project that were unexpected but appeared via email and exceeded all expectations for professionalism.     Hurricane Irma caused damages on our roof and we needed to replace it ASAP to meet a deadline. Many Roofing companies were not able to do the job until two to five months later. But Sky Light Roofing was willing to help us out even though they were also extremely busy. They were the first company that came out to give us a reasonable price and started the job two weeks after we signed the agreement. Juan and his team were very professional.     Juan and Angie were so helpful in getting our roof replaced following Hurricane Irma in 2017. Our insurance company originally only paid out a minimal amount for repairs and we struggled to find anyone who would even look at the roof let alone repair it.
