Josue was different. He wanted to make sure I understood the challenge at hand and my resolution process after his departure. Had I started my troubling shooting journey with the Leak Doctor I would have saved hundreds of dollars and avoided a sleepless night.     The tech David was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing.If I should need a leak detect again I am definitely calling The Leak Doctor . They were very pleasant to talk to over the phone. Worked with me and my schedule. I Accidentally cancelled the appointment didn’t realize it until hours later left a message with answering service and in less than hour they called me back and was able to schedule me back in.

    We have been dealing with a mysterious leak in our garage for a couple of weeks. Our trusted plumber came out to see if he could find the problem but couldnt. The Leak Doctor was great! David arrived promptly, explained how he works and then started to narrow down what could be the issue. He then ran down the whole list of what he did to rule out things and what the problem was. My husband and I felt very confident in Davids work and knew we called the right company! David was polite and took his time. We definitely recommend this company!

    Had a very hard leak to find due to it being behind the wall. They sent me a professional, his name was Josue. This guy was able to find the leak and exactly where it was coming quickly. I am amazed cause everyone was thinking it was coming from a different place than where he found it.. it ended up coming from the AC drip pipe that nobody even noticed! If you have a hard leak to find ask for Josue! This guy truly is a human leak detector. I have nothing but great things to say about him. Very profession and friendly, answered all my questions.. if I could give 10 stars I would. Leak doctor will be recommended to my friends and family. Thank you.

    The Leak Doctor came out the same day I called and expertly tested 7 points that might cause a leak. None proved conclusive, as the water flow ceased during his visit. However, the evidence of water damage was present behind the walls... nothing we could see with just visual inspection! He had to make several cuts in the drywall (with my permission) to locate the water service lines. He cleaned up afterward, prepared an excellent report. And, will provide follow-up should the situation change.

    Jonathan deserves 5 stars for his incredible honesty and quality work. After 2 hours, he pinpointed the cause of the leak. There was a needle-size crack on one of the pipes. He used a piece of rubber and cramp to patch the leak as a temporary solution. Jonathan is very honest, and charged us the negotiated rate of $350. Thank you so much for your hard work Jonathan!

    Josue from the Leak Doctor was wonderful! He contacted me before his scheduled appointment time and offered to come early. He took his time to make sure the leak was correctly diagnosed, and he repaired what he was licensed to repair. He checked all the plumbing in the house to make sure there were no more hidden leaks. . He explained thoroughly everything that he was doing and what my next steps should be toward getting repairs done. Josue made sure I understood what I would be charged before he did any work and kept me informed of changes. Pricing wise it is not cheap; but probably in line with what these types of plumbing repairs cost. (Another plumbing company I called came to my house last week and declared that they saw no problems and then promised to send out another person to investigate further. That never happened.) I feel confident that the problem has been diagnosed and I would not hesitate to use Leak Doctor again. Thank you Josue!

    Outstanding work! Josh and Anthony came to the house because we found a tile that was warmer than the others. I suspected a slab leak. I called and they were scheduled to come in a fast time-frame.Josh called when they were on their way and they were on-time in the time frame I was told.     I had a Leak in my home and someone told me to call the Leak Doctor. They sent Marco Turner as my plumber, he was punctual, pleasant and very precise. He could determine the area where the Leak was and it was right behind the heater in my daughters room. We had to remove the bed, lift the carpet etc., we did it fast and he was totally helpful. They scheduled me for the first visit next day. I expected the process to take about a week.     Very impressed with David from the Leak Doctor crew. He came out the first day and stayed for nearly 2 hours to really pinpoint the location of our foundation leak because we have tile and wanted to do minimal damage. His patience with me was beyond praise-worthy, because I am home alone with a 3-month old and he still managed to explain everything to me as well as my father-in-law who showed up just as David was leaving on the first day. He took the time to explain everything again to my father-in-law just to be sure we both understood the process (as I was distracted with the baby), then came out the following day early morning to fix our hot water! He broke through the tile, then the slab, had the leak repaired, water running, and the hole filled back in, in less than 4 hours, all while being friendly, explaining every move, and allowing me to watch through the process and “hover” as I would call it. He even ran into a issue with our piping and still finished in a timely manner. He helped us understand some of the home insurance process, as well, and let them know just how old our piping was.     It was determined that we had a leak at our commercial building, but a plumber was unable to find any leaks inside after inspecting all 10 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Therefore, the leak had to be outside the building and most likely under our cement parking lot. I called The Leak Doctor first, but was a bit concerned about their hourly rate. After calling other companies, it appeared that I needed to go with The Leak Doctor after all. Josue came out within a day and assured me that he wouldnt waste any time since he knew how pricey the service would be. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency, as he methodically ruled out any potential causes for the leak. Ultimately, Josue used his sensitive equipment to find the leak several feet under the parking lot slab and put an X on the spot where he thought it would be. He said it was probably too deep for him to make the repair so he recommended another plumbing company, who came out the next day, used a backhoe to dig up the lot, found the leak inches from where Josue marked it, and repaired it. I coordinated with a concrete guy to fill in the hole that same afternoon. Thank you Josue for doing such a great job in finding the leak so quickly for us!

    We had Carlos Bermudez come out Saturday night and locate a slab leak for us. He spend a lot of time and used all kind of techniques to accurately find where the leak was.     These guys are great! With every single water source shut off in the house, our water meter ran and ran, and our bill was more than double the last 2 months. There were no water sounds at all from any of our water sources, and it made no sense. We were terrified that we had a leak under the slab, but since we could not find any source of leaking, we had to call a professional.We called Ranaldi Plumbing first, who told us on the phone that it would be a $39 trip charge to detect the leak, and when they found the leak, the trip charge would be deducted from the cost of repair.The plumber gets here, and suddenly, Im told that hed do a visual inspection for the leak for an additional $211, before even stepping foot in our house. If he didnt find it, it would be an additional $500 to schedule their leak detection specialist. I was told on the phone that they would FIND the leak for $39, which clearly was not true. I paid the $39 (note that this guy never put a foot inside my house to look for a leak).I found Leak Doctor on google, and the best thing about them was their promise that their rate was $325. Period. No surprises, no extra cost. If they dont find your leak, or if thats not the only leak, they will come back again.Steve and Anthony came out, spent about 1/2 an hour listening at all our water supplies, but not finding the source of the leak, while the meter still spun. They then pulled out a gas compressor, injected gas into the lines.... and found the problem. Our Reverse Osmosis under the kitchen sink was continually drawing water. When they shut that off, then checked the meter again, the spinning stopped. It was WELL worth the piece of mind to do this! I would 100% recommend these guys, and would absolutely use them again!

    As a realtor I’ve seen many leak issues. Representing the buyer, all we could do was expect the seller to repair. It was a condo so that complicated things. The seller and the HOA called 2 plumbing companies each one diagnosed a slab leak requiring replumbing. That was very expensive. But then the HOA on-site handyman found the cause of the leak in the wall behind the washing machine and repaired it, leaving the wall open. They wanted us to do the walkthrough , approve and close. You can imagine we weren’t confident. We recommended The Leak Doctor. They scheduled and their tech came out a few days later and found another leak! But no slab leak! And instead of spending 3000 plus, the cost of the repair was less than 500 including repairing and painting the drywall.The lesson here is when you have a leak DON’T call a plumbing contractor first. Call The Leak Doctor.Then after the diagnosis hire a plumbing contractor if necessary to do the work.

    Woke up to a wet area on my ceiling. Because my plumbing runs through the attic I was sure it was a pipe issue. After calling a few leak detection services, I decided on the Leak Doctor. Not only were their services more affordable than their competitors, being certified plumbers, they are also capable of also repairing any plumbing issues, sometimes during the same visit, saving time and money by eliminating an additional service call to a plumber. The other competitors I called were unable to do this and would only offer a referral, no repair work. Steven came out promptly the next morning and inspected the whole house and attic. He was very courteous and professional and went above and beyond. Once he determined it wasnt a plumbing issue, he didnt give up until he pinpointed the problem - much to my surprise it was a minor roof leak and not a plumbing issue at all. Thank you Steven for all your help!!!!! If you are ever in the unfortunate circumstance of needing a leak detection service, I highly recommend to call The Leak Doctor first!

    Leak doctor sent out Carlos Bermudez to my house. I was extremely impressed. He was skillful and knowledgeable, detailed, hard working, patient, and most of all presented himself as well as the company he works for and represents in the most pleasant and professional manner possible. He went above and beyond and made sure I was satisfied and informed about why my water bill was so high and how to prevent it in the future. I will be using Leak doctor in the future as well as requesting Carlos Bermudez in the future.

    Leak doctor rocks. The service tech came out and after 3 1/2 hours of searching he found the leak in the concrete foundation 3 ft from where I reported the water was coming into my home. Thus verifying it was best to re-plumb the house rather than tare up the tile and floor hoping the old pipes would not produce another leak.

    Arrived within scheduled time. Josue gave a brief description of the process and reviewed all the water outlets in side and outside the house. (Originally the water company notified us that we had an excessive water bill and we should have the house checked for leaks.) After a few minutes he found the leak in the front yard.
