We had a backed up sewer drain and Stephen dug the entire line out (more than 4 feet deep) and helped us realize that AT&T had installed their fiber line directly through our sewer! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked super hard to make sure everything was taken care of. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent service provided by Blain. He was very knowledgeable and was able to install my heat pump water heater without issues. Scheduling was easy and communication was great. The price was fair according to the work performed. Highly recommend them for any work you need to have done in your home! I have already noticed a significant drop in my Kilowatt usage with this heat pump water heater!

I am so grateful for Hers and His Plumbing!! My house sprung a leak on a Friday afternoon and after not being able to stop it we turned the water off. Was very pleased with Hers and His plumbing. They sent out Gerald D. and he was so polite and understanding. He listened to the issue and got straight to work. He was able to get the drain cleared quickly and made sure it was fully cleared before leaving. He also helped clean up his work area which wasnt that bad, just a little water. Excellent customer service! When city wrote me off I was assigned Hers and His Plumbing through 3rd party insurance. Technician Johnathan Kao came out very next day prompt first thing in the morning, on a weekend day at that. He was very informative and took the time to explain everything in detail to me. What I thought was going to be a major issue that city said was most likely the cause, was solved by Johnathan simply taking the time out to get to the bottom of it. I had to have a fix on my foundation water line and they were able to easily identify and fix the leak within 12 inches of the source. I only have to fill in a small area with concrete and replace 2, 12 x 12 tiles. Very happy with the service and I will definitely recommend & request them by name for future projects/issues.

Dealing with a busted water line or leak can be kind of scary because you dont know what the damages could be, but he made the whole process quick and easy. An exceptional true service oriented provider of great plumbing services and skilled professionals. Today Jonathan Kao came to analyze and resolve our recurring plumbing problems from last week. While his colleague last Sunday also did an exceptional job the issue returned with toilets and shower backing up and gurgling. It was again the main line so Jonathan spend over an hour on the roof going beyond the norm to force what appeared to be roots out of our roof vents to the main drain. Bravo and applause to Jonathan and this company for their service and positive attitude as I called them through our service insurance policy at midnight last night. My outdoor plumbing service was completed today by technician Charlie with hisandherplumbing.com. He was outstanding. He informed me of the problem and explained step by step exactly what needed to be done, and the materials he would use to rectify it. It was a very hot afternoon with no shade to work in and the job to fix my outdoor pipe required hours of digging and then crawling under the house with very little room. I felt bad because of the conditions, but he never once made any negative comment. In fact, he was so kind and amiable that his attitude helped reduce anxiety. If I were the owner, I would be delighted to have him working for me. He displayed the highest level of professionalism and courteousness. In my opinion, he is as good as they come, and for now on, this is the only plumbing company I will use and I will request Charlie. If you use this service , I think you will be quite impressed. Better than 5 star service.😃

UPDATE 9/19/23: Had Hers & His Plumbing come out to check my AC unit as part of their maintenance plan. Their techs Felix and Dante were great. Very thorough and explained what they were checking. Awesome follow up!I hired Hers & His Plumbing Heating and Air to completely install a new HVAC system and used them again to install a new water heater. Their services were awesome!I live in central Florida and my inside AC handler was fried to a crisp due to a lightning surge. Pretty bad. Melted control board, fried wires, just a total fire hazard. House and unit are only 10-years old. Honestly my home did not catch fire out of the grace of god.My regular AC company, in which I pay a service a plan, was unable to come out to help the situation. I went online to Hers and His, filled their contact form, and their office immediately responded and sent out a manager within two hours. They recommended I change the handler, but with the unit being 10 years old, I opted to change the handler and outdoor heat pump. The brand they used for the install was Goodman.They have excellent financing options though Greensky which allowed me to also get my water heater replaced since it was also iffy. Went with a more energy efficient water heater. The install for both the AC and water heater was seamless and I am super happy with how everything turned out. Big recommend!

I contacted Hers and His Plumbing when my water heater stopped working. Wed worked with them once before and had a great experience. It was no surprise that my more than 20 year old water heater needed to be replaced. Within just a few hours we had an estimate, the job completed and hot water again. YES, I could have probably searched around for someone to do it for less, but it would have taken days and who knows what kind of mess they would have made. Hers and His did it right, I liked my technician, Blaine, and I will certainly call them the next time I have a need for any service they provide.

He was very informative, professional and did what he said he was going to do. I had an estimate from Hers and His company to repair leak but chose to go with another company due to difference in estimate cost. He did repair a co-existing smaller leak and called several times as it was cement related and all the rain we had made it impossible. Just let me say he went the extra mile in customer service. I recently had intermittent hot water issues at my residence that proved to be an issue nailing down and had another plumbing service attempt to resolve, unfortunately the initial fix was not the issue and thats where Felix of Hers and His Plumbing comes in.Felix alongside Clarence (another technician) were able to source out the true problem we were facing an old A/C line that has been feeding back into the water syste mixing and cooling off the hot water from the unit.This wasnt an easily detectable fix and Felixs additional trade skills in HVAC were invaluable in this case. Both Clarence and Felix were very open and forth right with any cost that may have come up and assured me they would eliminate all possible avenues before coming back with any costly fixes.The hot water in the home has never been better and I would definitely recommend you contacting Hers and His Plumbing and by request Felix as your service provider. Clarence also provided great information and gave us confidence the issue would be resolved.Do check them out for any Plumbing issues you might have especially with any tankless water heater problems.A high recommend.

The service I received from Hers and His Plumbing Heating and Air has far exceeded any service I received in the past by other companies. Their technician, Felix, was kind and very knowledgeable of the problem at hand, which was a blocked sewer line. He expended quite the effort to locate the second clean out point to reach the blockage caused by my neighbors bamboo. He even offered advice on how to eliminate the roots so that we could perhaps not have this problem in the near future. I want to mention this has been an ongoing problem for us and Felix was the first technician to offer advice on how we could combat the problem. It all started a couple of weeks ago.I got a call from the city telling me that I’m being charged for 10,000gal of water. I had a leak.I spent $125 on a service call to American Home Shield. They sent Hers and His plumbing.The plumber spent a little time looking in all the obvious places, which I had already done, then he gave up. He never looked under the house at all.He called Sleuths Leak Detectors, at a rate of $450, which AHS will not pay.It took Sleuths about 10min to find it. The leak was under the house in all its glory. A burst pipe. The toilet supply line. The plumber would have seen it if he had bothered to look! All he had to do is remove one panel of skirting.I got the plumber back, he didn’t wait for Sleuths, and after taking one look, he refused to fix it!! Something about the kind of pipe it is. He said it was Hers and His plumbing policy not to touch that kind of pipe. All he offered me was a $12,000 re-pipe!He unceremoniously got in his van and left. Leaving me with a $125 service call to AHS; a busted pipe; an increasing water bill at 18gal/hr; AND a $450 bill for the leak detector because he couldn’t find the leak!!This was a total waste of time and money!!IT COST ME $450 - FOR NOTHING!!ALERT ALERT ALERT!!!This is an update...I got a call from management, who was very sorry for what I had gone through.We had a good conversation.The big thing is - they have returned everything to me.I feel now that I was an exception and not the rule.Thank you Hers and His plumbing for being an honest company!Thank You

So happy with the service I was provided with Hers and His Plumbing! I was dealing with some damaged sewer pipes that some tree roots got into causing for water to back up into the house. I also needed to replace my water heater. Another company came by and gave me a ridiculous quote so I called His and Hers plumbing. Felix came by and gave me a much lower quote! He was super friendly and re-assuring! He even cleared the pipe a bit right then and there so we were able to take a shower that night. The next day, he and his partner, Cody, and boss, Nathan came by and worked on the house from 8am to about 9:30 at night! This is an outstanding company. I had Sunday emergency service performed for a leak that developed in the shower. A person arrived within 3 hours and the problem was corrected. Shortly after, Nathan arrived to the house to inspect the work. Joshua was our HVAC technician. He arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. With two AC units we had a yearly PM done for the upcoming summer season. He was extremely thorough and made sure that each unit was performing up to standard. He explained some areas of concern that may become an issue in the future, and we noted the concern. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling that can sometimes take place with other companies. Very impressed, and we now have a new AC company for our home. Great job!
